They have definitely been helpful when I misplace my keys or wallet. Range in them is descent. Sometimes it can be difficult to connect one of the tiles to get it to beep. We attached the round tile to a cat collar. Haven’t tested this out much though. Our cat isn’t a fan of collars and are mostly indoors. I think the pack is worth the cost
