Thankfully, I don't lose/misplace my keys all too often. However, when it happens, I like being able to ring them. The Tile Pro is a great little tracker because of the extended range over the Tile Mate, the tougher build, as well as the sleek design. This thing gets pretty loud and it's great. I use it in a three-level house and I can always fetch them. The Tile app will show you where the Tile Pro was last detected and if it's close enough, it'll ask you to walk around to connect to it and ring it. There's a Premium subscription that I tried as a trial and it's got nice features such as telling you if you've left the house without your keys and you can get members of the Tile community to help locate something that you misplaced. I didn't renew after the trial because I didn't think I needed it yet. The cool thing is you get to ring your phone, too, by double-clicking the Tile button on the Tile Pro tracker, so it's nice that it works both ways. The replaceable battery should last up to a year, which is cool, and the Premium subscription includes free battery replacements.

It works exactly like it should, when paired with the app. Saved me time looking for keys or phone, especially when I’m not at home and unusual circumstances have led me to put keys or phone in an unusual spot. It’s not tiny or slim but it’s worth it. Have been using various Tiles for years now. Like this more low key, discreet and rugged looking option. Only quibble is superficial - I wish the branding were a bit more subtle.

The Tile pro is an awesome key finder!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was constantly losing my key fob before I finally decided to invest in the Tile Pro. I didn’t mind paying the price knowing that I wouldn’t have to stress about losing my key fob all the time. The only regret I have is not buying it sooner! I am so glad I went with the Tile Pro and not one of the other Tiles because I can easily pop the old battery out and a new one right in instead of having to replace the entire thing. I’ve never been more than 300 feet or whatever the range is, so that’s not a problem. (The app will show you your precious location even if you are too far) It’s very loud too, which I appreciate... especially with 3 young children! The app has some pretty cool features as well. You can adjust the volume, change ringtones, etc. I will never go without these again!

I ordered these Tiles online and picked them up at my local store. Such an easy process! I chose these because they have a replaceable battery and wider range than before. I ordered them for a trip when I was traveling with my show dog. I put one tile inside the pocket on his carrier so that if someone picked him up, I could find him. I also put one inside my checked bag, just in case it got lost. I use these after the trip to put them on my dogs' collars when we are out in public in case something happens to one of them so I'll be able to find them sooner. Sturdy, well-made, and easy to pair with the app. I highly recommend any of the Tiles, but especially these! I only wish they came with a ring or way to attach them to things.

Tile - Pro has a longer range of 300 feet, making it easier to find the item you attaced it to. It also has an audible sound that is twice the range of the Tile-Mate. Now that Tile's have a replaceable battery, you don't have to buy a new Pro when your battery runs down. Tile users also have the added assistance of other tile users to find their Pro. When a Tile user comes in range of your lost Tile, you automatically receive the location of your Tile. The Tile user who triggered the location of your Tile is unaware of the information you receive since it is only sent directly to you.

I own the previous tile pro versions, sport and style, as well as a few tile slims and these new tile pros are the best yet! Super loud and easy to hear from far away...and they connect from far away as well! Best part is knowing that once the battery dies, it can easily be replaced without having to buy a whole new tile. I recommend them to anyone who would misplace their head if it wasn’t attached to their shoulders like myself! They’re lifesavers :)

Works just like advertised. Press the button on the tile and your phone beeps. A handy feature. Tile works great as a close range tracker. Long range tracking depends on other users having the app open on their devices. If the Tile pings on someone else’s device, it sends you a notice and location. You are better off using a GPS tracker if you need theft protection. Tile works great for finding your keys. A great use is attaching it to a DJI Mavic Pro. It sounds very loud when active it. The Tile is a bit too large for the DJI Spark. The new Pro has replaceable batteries.

If you tend to lose things: keys, wallets, bags, devices, YOUR PHONE in the couch cushions (for example), this is a must have. You can find any item you put a Tile on if its in range via Bluetooth. If it is not in Bluetooth range, you'll get a notification if ANYONE with the Tile app and Bluetooth turned on gets in range of it. One of the key things that most people don't realize is that this product is bi-directional. Sure, you can find your Tile via your phone as describee above.... but YOU CAN ALSO find your phone via Tile. Ever forget where you put your phone down or have it get in between the couch cushions? Double tap the button on the Tile and it will make your phone ring even if it's on silent so you can find it. My biggest gripe with the old Tile was the battery would die in a little less than a year and you had to buy a new one to replace. Be sure to get the New Tile Mate or Sport to get one with replaceable battery.

Better range, louder noise, feels sturdier than the original. All things you want when you are trying to find you lost keys. I really like the key chain versions of these tile products, which seem to work well as long as you replace the battery after about a year or so like it recommends. (The app tells you when they are low.) These seem to work a lot better than their Slim or Sticker products, which I found to be less useful and less consistent.

I am an avid traveler now that my wife is a flight attendant. I get nervous about checking my bag because of fear of lost bags. As good as the airlines are at handling thousands of bags per day, statistically its going to catch up to you. On 2 separate trips to London, one of our bags was lost. The tiles found the bags. But the tile pro has a longer Range. The first time we had the original tile and had to walk around the airport a little until it was in range. Never fly without a tile in your bag, never. Plus the pro you can change the battery.

I thought about buying a tile in the past but I didn’t like how it lasted for a year and had to end up paying for a new one. Now that tile came out with the pro. I love that you can easily replace the battery when the time comes. Im surprised at how loud it is and the design of it including the range. No more having to buy a brand new one.

I’ve wanted a Tile forever, but wasn’t willing to pay an exorbitant amount for a tracking device that I couldn’t change the batteries on. Well, Tile Pro solves that issue and Best Buy offered it at discounted price. The product is pretty straightforward. And with Tile’s large consumer base, if I ever lose the Tile, other users can help me find it. Overall, pleased with the purchase. A small investment for keeping track of much more expensive things (passports, key fobs, wallets).

I’ve been with the Tile app from their humble beginnings and still remain a loyal customer today. This company have improved their product quickly and effectively. It’s definitely a must have for those if us who misplaces things. The product is evolving every year it seems. They are still working out the kinks with the “Alert Me” feature. It’s a feature that alerts you that you left something behind, such as your wallet for example, if you have a Tile for your wallet. It will alert you when you’re out of a certain perimeter of your home. It currently gives false alerts. But the app will ask if it was helpful and if not, you answer yes or no, Than you explain why. Most of the time, you have your item with you. Other than that, it’s a wonderful thing to have. My son lost his phone and because the Tile had wi-Fi, I was able to track his phone on the bus and every route the phone traveled in the neighborhood dropping off the other kids. We finally tracked it to the bus depot and guided us to exactly what yellow bus it was on out of the many parked buses. You’re phone must get a wi-fi signal! I am hoping that the Tile app company, improves where it works like “Find My iPhone”. You won’t be disappointed. That I know. Only get the New 2018 Tile. All you have to do is change your battery once a year now.

Bought these twice! First one a few months ago. My son is diabetic so we put it in his kit and his wallet, he’s 15. They are small and thin so not noticeable. It’s a lifesaver because sometimes before school my son is late and didn’t know where his kit was so he’d pull his phone out and use the tracker and follow the ring! Amazing!! Such a relief- saves drama in my house. I might put one in my key ring!

Great sound for an item tracker. If you double press the tile button it locates your phone. Really loud and has an interchangeable battery inside. Easy to repair.

It does everything it says it does. The only thing I would like is an updated location more often than 15 minutes at a time. Small and then (good for hiding) and you can get multiple colors. App is easy n fun to use as well. I love the fact that having just one on my keychain can work both ways. It can tell me where my phone is by making it ring and same goes the other way from my phone to make the Tile ring. I kept 1 in my car in case it gets stolen.

The new tile is much better than the old one. I love that you can change batteries. I also like that they have better range and they sound louder.

I have these attached to my keys. This review is for the Pro model which has a greater range than the prior version. It works great at both locating your keys should they be misplaced via my iPhone, or conversely, and more importantly I can use this to locate a misplaced iPhone which happens more often than one would believe possible. These are a great idea and have even thought of getting one to keep in my car so it can be located in oversized parking lots. Easy to install, easy to set up. I have given these as gifts to friends as well.

I’ve had the previous generation Tile without the removal battery option and let me tell you it sucks. This new one with the removal battery is a huge upgrade and I’m glad Tile listened. The range is better and the app is an ease to use. I use this for my keys and the accuracy it amazing. You also will be notified once the battery gets low. This is a small but appreciated product. Now I’m waiting for BF deals or for them to come down in price to purchase many more.
