this item as well doesn't reach that far but the alarm sound sure was loud enough for mr to go d my keys

I purchased 2 two packs of tile pros for myself and my family on Feb 8, 2021. I immediately set mine up on my phone because I was curious to see how well they worked. I downloaded the app on my phone connected the tile to my phone and put the tile on my key ring. The set up was very easy. The sell points of the tile pro was 1. The tile had a 400 ft search radius 2. You could find your phone if you lost it by double clicking the tile and you could find your keys by hitting the find button on your tile app. I tested both of these features out and on the eve of Feb 8 they worked flawlessly. I put the 400 ft radius to a test and the tile worked as promised. I then set my wifes up with the same positive results. Next on to Sunday Feb 14 we havent had any need to find our keys or phones with the tile because we didnt lose them. My son visited the house and I showed him my tile and tried to test it in front of him. Neither the key finding feature would work or the phone finding feature. The app on my phone said tile out of range. To make this clear the phone and keys were both on my desk. I told my son I would contact there customer service and try to figure this out. Also I tried my wifes tile out with the same unsatisfactory results. On to Feb 16 which is the date that I contacted Tile customer support. This was a 2 hour waste of time and an insult to my intelligence by the Tile customer support staff. The only way to communicate with Tile customer support is by online chatting. During this chat they told me to do the following. Insure that I had the most recent Tile app. It was determined that I did . I then asked them" What good would an update do to me if I actually lost my phone". In other words I could not accomplish an update because my phone would be lost. The Tile support staff did not have a satisfactory answer for this question and then suggested that maybe the battery was dead. They wanted my home address to send me some 20 32 batteries. I told them never mind because I had brand new 20 32 s still in the package. I then switched the battery with the same unsatisfactory results. There next suggestion was for me to reboot my phone . I then said to them something similar to my update comment "What good would a phone reboot do if I actually lose my phone". They again did not have a satisfactory answer for me but I humored them and rebooted my phone. The update on Feb 16 returned all of the functionality to my Tile ( I could find my phone and keys). On the morning of Feb 17 I woke up and tested the functionality of the Tile . I was not surprised that it no longer worked again. I determined that it was time to give up . I returned all 4 of my tiles to Best Buy the next day. Did I mention that my wifes tile had the same issues that mine had. Dont waste your money or time. If you purchase these you will eventually regret it.
