Can't lose your keys with Tile

Disappointed

Recently purchased a box of four tiles for car keys and service animal .. they simply don’t work .. first put them on activated them they were fine for about three hours after that the phone could not track them even if the dog was sitting next to me . Approximately once every six hours the location will update but still indicate on my phone that the items were lost .. I will returning them tomorrow
