It’s so convenient for floor clean up! You have to be diligent about cleaning it after use or it will smell. I don’t like that it leaves dirty wet spots where it sits.

Tineco Floor Vacuum and Mop

Still use an old fashioned mop and bucket for my "deep clean" on the weekends. Battery did go out after about 1.5yrs and had to send in for repair under the warranty.

Just Ok

I have cleaned it multiple times and still not working. Customer service continually says clean an try again with no real solution

Great when it works

Vacmop

Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The best ever…only downfall is if anything happens to it you have to send the whole machine back to the company for them to fix…while they had my machine they scratched the display which upset me…they did send me a whole bottle of cleaner but that still doesn’t make up for my display being scratched!

Not worth your money because they do not care.

I love this vacuum so much and suddenly before the year and warranty was up it breaks down. Motor is having issues. We contact tineco directly and they run us around and around and end up saying nothing can be done. We spent so much and can’t even get any help or assistance.

A waste of money

The clean dirty tank comes on even when the tank is empty and clean. You can’t bypass it. It’s so frustrating. I have done all I can Change all the new parts and I still get the problem. I wish I could return it and at least get partial money back

The charging dock doesn’t work and won’t charge. It also started getting a small even though I would clean it after every use

Tineco vacmop

Called tineco and they asked me to send the machine and they provided shipping label. Very quick to connect customer service
