Bought this vacuum, presumably brand new, from this store. I got it home and began unpacking it, and realized it looked like it had been repacked. Upon further inspection, realized the vacuum had maggots and hair in the water tank, at the bottom of the box, and in the vacuum itself. The manager that had to issue the refund was apathetic, rude, and didn't want to be bothered with the situation and gave me a number for customer service. I can't comment on the quality of the vacuum itself because I never had a chance to use it. Best Buy should be embarrassed by how this issue was handled in-store.

Over all mop works great and can clan a 3000 sqft floors. Down size I wish it was a steam mop as well.

great machine, life and time saver! The edge cleaning is great and is a much improved version of the 1st model we had. Always like to buy Tineco product, as they are functional and are quite reliable so far.

Doesn't get close to the trim around the bottom of the wall, but is very good at cleaning the rest. It also maneuvers easy as it kind of pulls its self forward.

This is the 2nd floor cleaner I purchased by Tineco and both had the same issue. Worked great for 2 months and then it started putting too much water on the floor and the suction was poor. I followed all the troubleshooting steps and clean it after each use, so this item has been disappointing. Prior to this I had a Bissell that worked for years, but it was corded and I needed something cordless. I will try a different brand now.

My floors have been so clean lately! It’s easy to use and clean up after use. I use this for cleaning and wiping the dirt off my floor from daily use and spills from my kids. It doesn’t get dried on stains as easily but that’s no problem. If you like to walk around bare feet and not feel any debree then this is perfect. I love this vac!

This review is as of 10/13/22: I’ve used the One S5 model 2 times. The first time I used it worked great. Second time using it I observed some issues. First issue: The vacuum released an excessive amount of water Second issue: The iloop sensor remained red for the entire hour I cleaned. It did not go away despite how much I cleaned Third issue: after finishing the self cleaning, the One S5 leaked all of the dirty water on to the floor. Ultimately, I really wanted to like the Vacuum but this issues are a red flag for me. Will be returning

Suction quit working after a year of use. Was great for a year then just stopped. Contacted vendor and they asked for a time stamp on receipt which best buy when you buy online only has date. Do not buy
