Customers often highlight the Floor One S5 Extreme's exceptional cleaning performance and ease of use as its strongest selling points. Many appreciate its lightweight design and the convenience of its vacuum and mop combination. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the small water tank size and occasional charging issues. While a few mention suction and streaking, these appear to be less prevalent issues overall.

Purchased this for my wife as a Christmas present (she had been asking for the Tineco S3). It's awesome that it sweeps and mops at the same time. Double work in half the time. Would recommend!

OK, this thing is a BEAST!
We have a larger house with 2 adults, 2 late-teenagers, 2 goofy dogs and 2 snooty cars. Just shy of 5700 square feet. There is about 2700 sq ft on main level, of which about 1300 is hard flooring. The second floor is about 1500 sq ft, but only 2 bedrooms (14x15 each) and 2 bathrooms are hard flooring with the rest being carpet. The basement is also about 1500 sq ft, of which about 1000 sq ft is hard finished flooring (the rest is concrete for HVAC/storage). We have a large area of hard flooring to cover. The Tineco Floor One S5 is a HUGE timesaver AND does an excellent job at cleaning.
In the box was the Floor One S5, the handle, a charging/storage cradle, power cord, 2 additional brush-heads, a cleaning brush, basic assembly/care/use instructions, an extra dry filter and bottle of Tineco solution. One important note: it says to ONLY use Tineco cleaning solution. Is this a marketing thing to make sure you always buy Tineco? I don't know, but it's relatively inexpensive and it only requires one cap-full per cleaning, so I am not going to try my luck by using another brand. Just a note for reference!
Out of the box, assembly was simple. Attach the handle, plug in the charging/storage cradle, pop the Floor One on the cradle and let it charge. From opening box to ready to charge was sub-5 minutes. It came right at 38% charged but I wanted to have it fully charged for first use. We ran a couple hours of errands, and it was fully charged when we returned.
In the past, we had to use our stick vacuum first to get off loose debris, pet-hair, the mindless candy wrapper left from a 17-year-old in a hurry or any other every-day living stuff. On the main floor, this would take a solid 10 minutes. After that, we would either use a wet Swiffer wet pad, or for deep cleanings, the old fashion mop 'n bucket. This process was not only labor intensive, but also time intensive. The Floor One S5 cut the time and labor in more than half. Greatly improved!
First use, I filled up the fresh tank with hot tap water, added the one cap-full of solution and was ready to go. My first impression was how light weight and maneuverable the unit is. Often, it's easy to assume lightweight might mean frail or flimsy. This is not the case with this unit. It has a quality feel, design, and feedback to it. I was impressed. For size comparison, that is a 65" TV in the picture with the Floor One and its box.
I powered it on and kept it in "Auto" mode. Another surprise: The device is self-propelled. You turn it on, lean the handle back and it starts moving forward. The device laid an even layer of water and quickly sucked up the excess. The floors were dry in a very short period. The "iLoop" sensor changed the water and power distribution multiple times. This was easy to track as the 2.5" LCD display changes from BLUE [clean] to RED [dirty]. I will say this is kind of a cool feature. I was skeptical about the efficacy of the iLoop sensor at first but after seeing the end-result, I must admit that there might be some substance behind it.
In addition to the iLoop dirty/clean display, the LCD prominently shows the battery level, mode, and other feedback mechanisms. I'm a digital kind of guy, so I think that's pretty cool. The device is pre-set to provide voice feedback. Things like charging, whether it needs cleaned, when tanks need emptying or filled etcetera. I think that's kind'a a cool feature, but it's simple to turn off if it bothers you. You can either use the app [more on that later] to turn it on and off or by pressing the "WiFI" button a couple times, you can toggle on or off. In all, if you are techy guy or gal, I think you'll love this. If you are not, you will still appreciate the feedback that is given you via the voice and LCD display.
I had to fill the clean tank 3 times and empty the dirty tank 3 times. I imagine some might consider this to be excessive but knowing that I have a large area on my main floor, I am perfectly ok with it. Given the clean it provided, well worth it.
Once I was done, clean-up was simple. Empty the dirty water tank, clear the debris, if necessary, use the brush to clean the tubes... Now this part sounds counter-intuitive, but it makes sense. Fill up your CLEAN tank [it will remind you] with fresh water and solution. The Floor One S5 uses the fresh water to clean itself. I placed the unit on the charger, and it automatically runs "diagnostics" on itself to determine if cleaning is required. Given the footprint of our house, it did determine a self-cleaning was required. It took a few minutes, but it told you what the status was. Very cool.
One important note: Watching the battery percentage counter count down may at first be alarming, but I easily did my first floor and had 35% charge when I was done. Don't worry, you should have plenty of time to do MOST home cleanings. Also remember that the battery is doing a lot of stuff between the roller, the suction, the water distribution, the "brains" and the display. Just remember, don't be alarmed, you should be fine to finish most jobs on a single charge and have battery left.
As for the app [again, as a techy] is it cool? Yes. Necessary? No. I mean end of the day, it's a hard surface wet vacuum. Don't get me wrong, I like having it, but it does nothing for the performance of the cleaning. The app gives you status, battery level, charge time, use time etcetera. I'm glad it's there but it's not necessary for you to use the machine.
End of the day, this is an excellent choice, even for the price. While price/value ratio is subjective, I would certainly pay for this Tineco Floor One S5 for two reasons. Most important is for the time it saves. It will easily cut your cleaning time by half, if not more. And the second reason is simply for the great cleaning job it does. I would (and have) recommended this to a friend. I was not disappointed, and I don't think you will be if you have the same experience I did.

Earlier this year we got rid of all the carpet on the upper level of our house and replaced it all with luxury vinyl plank flooring. We have a nice Dyson vacuum that works great on carpet, but we found that it didn’t work all that great on the hardwood floors. Not to mention we would first have to vacuum the floor and then come back and mop the entire floor. I jumped at the chance to give this a try, and I’m very glad I did!
Out of the box you can tell that this is a very well-made product and they include lots of accessories! I got 2 extra rollers and an extra filter which means I wont have to buy any of those for a long time! You also get a big bottle of the cleaning solution. Since you only use a small capful for each tank that will probably last a while too!
Putting this together could not have been easier. It’s literally 99% assembled right out of the box. All you really have to do is attach the handle and remove a piece of cardboard from around the roller brush, That’s it! You don’t need any tools or anything like that.
After a quick perusal through the manual, I was ready to go. I pulled off the front tank and added my capful of solution and filled the rest with water and then snapped it back into place.
I used it in the auto mode which means I didn’t have to worry about anything. There is also a Max mode which leaves the vacuum and water going at all times. In the auto mode its supposed to detect how dirty your floor is and use the cleaning solution when necessary. It easily glided along our floors and the cleaning solution was going the entire time. We have a 1200 square foot upper level and the battery was only down like 25% after doing the whole floor. I did have to fill the cleaning solution before I was done though so I wish the tanks could have been a little larger. I have to say I was shocked (and a little disgusted) at what came out of the tank after. It was black dirty water. So, clearly, our regular vacuum and mop weren’t doing the job!
When you are done you simply take the output tank off and open it up and dump out the dirty water and rinse it out. Its really that simple to use! Then you place the vacuum back on the charging base and it will recharge it for you. Also, when you put it on the base it will detect if it needs to run the self-cleaning mode. I didn’t need to do it after the first vacuum, but there is also a button you can push to manually do it. That button is right on top of the handle and I found myself accidentally pushing it a couple times, so maybe that could be in a better place. I ran the cleaning cycle just to see what it would do and it flushed water through the whole system and spun the roller brush to rinse that off as well. It went on for maybe a minute or 2 and then it said it was done. That’s another useful thing this has, it will talk to you and tell you if you need to empty a tank or if it’s done with cleaning mode and things like that.
I found that it works VERY well for cleaning our laminate floors. There are a few small annoyances like you’re not able to maneuver under a couch easily and some of the button placements like I mentioned earlier. I also wish that the rollers were a little thicker and removable from the plastic part so you could throw them in the washing machine. Also, I think the tank size could be a little larger. But, other than that, I think this works great and I would highly recommend it if you have hardwood or laminate floors. It will save you a lot of time from having to vacuum and then mop, and it gets your floors very clean!

I’ve only used my Tineco s7 twice on my click together LVP floors & I absolutely love it! It’s the only one I’ve bought. It has forward and reverse power assist wheels, has a light on it, and the brush roller is the entire width of the cleaner head! That’s all I know that it has that the others don’t.

The Tineco = Floor One S3 Extreme Wet/Dry Hard Floor Cordless Vacuum impressed us both on its very first use.
The assembly amounts to snapping the handle into place and putting the clean water tank into place. and that's it!
The loop on the handle points forward and where you put it in the machine has a matching groove for the little protrusion on the handle bottom front side so you can't put it on wrong.
Plug it in to charge up, add one capful of the enclosed Tineco cleaning/disinfecting solution and go read the book while it charges.
It talks to you! Letting you know what its doing or that you need to do to it and its display ring turns from red to blue as to let you know the area that you are cleaning is clean.
The voice assist can be turned off if not desired at the time or not desired at all.
It's really lightweight and relatively quiet and on normal dirt and dust days it is even self - cleaning.!
Just put it back in the charging base and hit the self - cleaning button and it cleans the roller for you. Of course you still have to dump and clean the dirty water tank and filter yourself.
And speaking of dirty water we were very surprised at exactly how dirty the water was.
I dry mop daily and wet mop when it needs it or at least every other week but the Tineco picked up so much more than that method.
It left us with very clean, mopped and vacuumed and shiny vinal and sealed hardwood floors in the time it takes to vacuum only otherwise.
Now after a big mess such as spaghetti'o's or something you may have to manually clean the tank and roller but that is an easy task as well.
Personally we will generally clean up major messes with paper towels before attempting to use this or anything else before we had this.
It can also be used in suction mode only where needed or required.
It leaves us with beautifully clean floors and I am very glad to have it
Two spare rollers and a spare filter were pack away in the box so be sure and check every piece of cardboard before throwing anything away.

I really really wanted to love this. I am a clean freak, so I tend to take every opportunity to try out different cleaning products and tools. After seeing multiple reviews for this online and on social media, I decided to take the leap and splurge once I saw it went on sale one day.
Pros: I love the idea of having a vacuum and mop in one. I vacuum and mop my floors almost everyday, if not, every other day. I would say this does a pretty nice job. I have porcelain tile through out my 2600 sq. ft. home. It cleans it well, leaving no streaks and it dries quickly.
Cons: I am huge into disinfecting things and not just simply "cleaning" it. You can't use Pine-Sol in the clean water because of the bubbles it creates. In fact, you are only supposed to use the cleaning solution that Tineco formulated for this machine. The special formula is designed not to sud much. They provide a small bottle in the box. However, I feel like it just cleans. Again, I like to disinfect my floors when I mop them. If this is not an issue for you, then this shouldn't be a deterrent from purchasing the item for you.
My second con is the reason why I will be returning this product. The clean water tank is very small (0.16 gallons). It runs out very quickly and is constantly telling me to refill it. While cleaning one average size room, it takes almost a full tank, which requires more trips to refill it.
Then, it constantly prompts me to empty the dirty water tank--even when its not full. It shuts down on its own if you don't empty it. I have tried to keep cleaning even after it prompts me to empty the dirty water (because I see the tank is about 1/4 full) but then it just shuts off. I am not sure why this keeps happening. I have checked the filter and all the tubes and it never contains anything, just some cloudy water in the tank.
I really wished that this would help cut down the time I spent cleaning and refreshing my home, but the annoyance of having to constantly refill and empty water is a huge problem and increases the time I spend cleaning-which defeats the purpose of this item. It would be great for someone with a small living space or college dorm, but not for a large home. If you can afford to splurge and have a small living area, I would say go for it.

Overview:
In recent months and years, I’ve seen many automated mopping devices. Some of these devices look like standard stick vacuums while other take the form of an automated robotic device. I never thought to purchase one because I didn’t think they would work so well. How can a device so small, that doesn’t hold much water, get the floors clean? My current method of mopping is an old school mop with a Rubbermaid bucket, kind of like what you see in schools or commercial buildings. I like this method because the mop has some weight to it to give it some elbow grease when I’m mopping and the bucket holds almost 10 gallons of water to rinse the mop in. But first, I have to lug out the central vacuum and vacuum all the space first. As you can imagine, this is time consuming and can get a bit exhausting to carry the heavy bucket filled with water. The promise of a device that vacuums and mops in 1 step is very appealing, still I was skeptical.
Setup:
The Tineco came with many pieces, but it was packaged very efficiently, all organized and tucked away in different parts of the box. There wasn’t much assembly at all, simply snap in the handle, take out the base and charger and charge for 4-5 hours, as instructed by the manual. It came with many extra parts, 2 brush rollers (a total of 3 comes with the mop) and an extra dry filter. It’s nice that they include these extra parts so you can load a dry one into the mop while the used one is drying. A bottle of Tineco cleaning solution is also included. Per the manual, this is the only soap you’re supposed to use with the device! From searching online, the cleaning solution is slightly acidic, in my basement, I have luxury hardwood vinyl flooring. The manufacturer recommends pH neutral cleaners. I didn’t fret over this too much, as all I’m using to mop is a cap full in the CWT (clean water tank).
Results:
First I mopped the basement, where my son had some friends over a week ago. It felt a bit dirty, like it was a bit greasy. I vacuumed and mopped approximately 1,100 sq ft. Mostly vinyl hardwood flooring and some rubber flooring in the gym area. It was easy to learn how to use, I kept it on “Auto” mode and left it up to the mop to control the speed. Within 15 minutes, I had vacuumed the entire basement, and I didn’t have to lug the central vacuum hose all the way from the 2nd floor! That itself is a win! When I was done mopping, I opened the dirty water tank and man, it was FILTHY! The water was black, there was hair, dust and other debris in the upper section of the DWT. I didn’t think the basement floor was “that dirty”. Hint: you want to have the S5 perform a self-clean first, before you take out the tanks to clean. Otherwise you’ll end up cleaning the S5 twice (ask me how I know).
The 2nd test was to mop the first floor. The tiled floor felt a bit slippery near the stove area, from the grease when cooking. I mopped the kitchen and the entire first floor, as well as most of the 2nd floor, again, the results were excellent! The floor in front of the stove no longer felt slippery, the water in the DWT was black! On a side note, the vacuum is designed very well, it is easy to maneuver with 1 hand and it even picks up the dust that is close to the walls.
Cleaning up is fairly straightforward. As mentioned above, the vacuum asked me to perform the self -cleaning. Once it completed, I emptied the DWT and again, the water was very dark and filthy (see attached photos). The S5 did a great job in cleaning the roller, I just had to remove a small clump of hair. Clean all the parts, the roller, the brush roller cover and the DWT. Replace with a dry roller, wipe the base and replace the S5 on the charging base. That’s it.
Conclusion:
I really like this device, it’s such a time and back saver! The cleaning up of the mop takes a bit more time, when compared to hosing down a mop and bucket, but the overall job is so much easier. I can mop once a week and not feel like it’s a 2 hour project. Batter life is very good. I was able to vacuum both floors of my house on 1 charge, with battery left over. I’m glad I got this S5 vacuum & washer, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a lightweight and efficient tool to clean their floors!
Pros:
1. One step cleaning
2. Lightweight device
3. Self-cleaning mode does a fairly good job
Cons:
1. None cons really to speak of, the section in the manual regarding the “Mode switch” can be more clear. Long press 3s to switch between water only or cleaning solution. I found this confusing because there’s only 1 clean water reservoir, and that’s where you put in the water and the cleaning solution. So if I’m switching between modes, it sounds like I can turn on cleaning solution or turn off, which you obviously can’t.

I’ve had it for over a month now. I LOVE it! It’s really easy to use and light weight. First time I used it I felt like it died too quickly. But it was powered on Max the whole time. House was very dirty after we had some big life events so house wasn't being cleaned as usual. So if using max power it does die faster obviously. Also felt like I had to stop a lot to fill water and empty dirty water. BUT it’s a light machine so small tanks. I now have a pretty solid routine with it for efficiency. Now that cleaning is also back in routine the house just needs maintenance so charge lasts for more rooms. I can clean the kitchen, dining room & living room with one charge. I can do another task while it charges if i do the entire house in one day but thats rare. We all clean our rooms individually on separate days. If the dirty water gets full I grab BOTH tanks regardless of how much clean water is left. So empty one & fill the other. This way I don't stop multiple times for EACH one. Literally takes seconds to do so vs dealing with a mop. This tiny thing CLEANS!!! I could see visible lines of clean vs dirty and since you can see dirty water you can pass it until it’s clear. So very pleased on the cleaning aspect. Make sure you do empty dirty water and clean filter PLEASE! It takes a minute to do so. If you leave dirty water it will stink the plastic container even after cleaning it. The guys in my house left it and when I tried to use it it made the most horrible smell. I just filled the tank with clean water and some soap. Left it for a few minutes to “soak” the soap smell if you will. Rinsed the filter & left to dry. Good to go after that. Love that it has 2 filters and 2 rollers btw. Cleaning it is super easy after each use. Do it to make the next use quick & painless. What I do is empty dirty water & fill clean water when done cleaning. Quickly remove any hairs from roller. Put on self cleaning until all water is used so maybe about 4 times in self cleaning. This cleans everything with no effort from me. Once that is done I empty dirty water and just quick rinse with a tiny bit of soap. Swoosh swoosh and place it upside down to dry until next use. Gave it 4 stars because if I ever needed to clean the whole DIRTY DIRTY house it wouldnt last the whole way. I would excuse it with small machine small power but NO. I have a tiny car charger that packs a punch vs expensive big car chargers so I know it’s possible to make it last longer. Would I repurchase? 1000% YES!!! Best house purchase! I dont dread cleaning floors anymore. And yes the free edge is worth it! Got this one over the other because I can get closer to the edge. Worth it!!!

A mop designed like a carpet shampoo machine. Just the carpet shampooer, you'll need to add a cap of cleaning salution and tap water to fill the resevoir and your on your way, after yo make sure the S3 is properly charged, of course. I always found it funny how agressive the voice is when you're putting on charge, changing the cleaning salution or cleaning the system. More importantly though is that it simply works so well. For tile or hardwood floors and it can also be used to shampoo small rugs. The package has eveything you'll need for your floor cleaning needs. The S3, charging dock with cable, 2 filters, a couple replaceble mop brushes, salution and cleaning wand. All you'll need to do is connect the handle and throw it on charge. It could very replace your standard mop and bucket. And at that price, it had better do just that. It is really fun to use it as self propelled and a sensors indicaters, let you know when you're dealing with a very filthy spot. The indicater screen will change colors until the spot is properly cleaned. It is really awesome to see when you've cleaned a spot that you thought was cleaned, but now you can be sure it and maybe even eat off that spot... aaand clean it again. Don't eat off the floor. Please. Just don't. there's and auto mode that starts up as soon as you lean the handle back and you're in bitness. Again, thhe S3 is really awesome and I love using it, but the only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is the obvious fact that it still a $400 mop. But I would recommend it to anyone with thee cash and a lot of hardwood & tile flooring in their place.

Vacuums are readily available devices, that come in various sizes for most any use, even for vacuuming hard floors. However, the Tineco Hard Floor Washer One S5 is easily one of the best hard floor “washers” I’ve ever used. In the box you’ll find the S5, a handle, a spare filter, a cleaning brush, a floor stand with accessory attachment holders, deodorizing solution, and the manuals. While this may look a bit overwhelming when unboxing, the only real assembly required is pushing the handle into place with an audible click heard and installing the accessory attachments and the charger to the floor stand. There is already a filter and a roller pre-installed in the unit, and the extras are included when you need to swap them for cleaning.
Overall, the assembly was straightforward, and the box flap has an illustrated quick setup guide if you don’t want to dig through the manual. I was surprised to find that the unit has a voice guide, which calls out when the power is on, when the unit is placed on the charger to indicate charging, and even goes as far as to tell you when it’s time to self-clean or empty the dirty water bin.
Charging the unit is as easy as placing it on the floor stand, which as some power charging pads that slide into place as the unit is placed on it. There is a bright display panel on the top of the unit which provides basic information, including the charge level and the current cleaning setting. While the voice prompt is loud, it can be drowned out when using the S5 on the max setting, making it difficult to make out what the prompt is trying to tell you.
The handle only has three buttons, with the very top of the handle having the self-clean button. This can only be toggled on when the unit is on the charging base, and there must be water in the freshwater bin to start. The self-clean only takes a few minutes, at which time you’ll see the S5 turn on the rollers and apply water and suction to capture any debris left over on the roller. The self-clean does a great job of removing dirt, but you’ll need to remove the roller cover every once in a while, to remove any rolled up hair or debris that gets stuck. Unlike most vacuums, the roller is easily removed for additional cleaning or replacement with the spare roller during longer cleaning sessions.
Some things to keep in mind, this doesn’t hold hot water in the tank, and only requires warm tap water to use. The manual states that water shouldn’t be hotter than 140 degrees F, which should be OK for most household taps when set to warm. Surprisingly, there is an App that can be installed on iOS, which allows the unit to be connected to WiFi, providing access to a Log where you can view cleaning time, and make setting adjustments to the volume or language spoken by the S5. You can also install any new firmware and view the current status of the S5; including the current charge level and a “self-cleaning” button to start it remotely.
Using the S5 on tile was a real treat and was performed only after I’d already swept and mopped the floor a couple of hours before. I was surprised at the ease of use, simply needing to hit the power button and allowing the S5 to run automatically, and it immediately began dispensing a light coat of water. This did a wonderful job picking up any loose dirt or debris, leaving my floors spotless when complete. The dirty water bin has to be emptied when about halfway full and does a great job of keeping debris from entering the filter housing. The included filter has a mesh door which can be swung open when removed from the bin and rinsed out for later use. The floor stand trays keep the roller and spare filter stored when not in use, and act as a bit of drying rack after rinsing and storing.
I never expected to love an appliance as much as I love this one. While the price is higher than most floor cleaners, its amazing to see just how well this handled my tile, even cleaning out the grout lines. Having 3 dogs, this worked well picking up loose grass and dirt all over the floors, even after sweeping and mopping prior. The Tineco Hard Floor Washer easily gets a seal of approval in my home, and I’m sure it will at yours.

I will admit I had some hesitation and was skeptic about using this when it first arrived. It seemed too good to be true. This machine is going to wash and clean my hard floors AND they will good as well when it’s done?
Well, I’m a believer. It was easy to put together and very easy to use. You use it just like a vacuum for hard floors that also washes the floor at the exact same time. After using it on the hardwood in the kitchen, I could see the difference automatically. While the floor was a little damp, the vacuum sucked up as much water as it could. The floor was dry within minutes and you could definitely see a shine on the floor afterwards.
Very easy to take out the clean water tank and the dirty water tank. The cleaning of the vacuum is just as easy.
One of the nice features is the self-cleaning function. One press of a button on the vacuum or the app will start the process. It runs for several minutes and it will tell you when it’s complete.
I only have one issue and it isn’t with the vacuum; it’s with the app. It took several attempts to get the vacuum to pair with the app. It was a two-part issue. Either it couldn’t find my Wi-Fi and/or it couldn’t find the hotspot to connect to the Wi-Fi. On my third attempt of removing the vacuum from the app and reinstalling, the hotspot was able to connect to my Wi-Fi.
My first time using the vacuum was without the app being paired. I just used it again with the app being paired and there are no issues with the app. The app gave me the same functions that are on the vacuum.
FYI: the vacuum does have voice prompts. I don’t have any issues with it, but I could see it being annoying for some people. There is a mute button on the back of the vacuum and also on the app if you prefer to not have your vacuum talking to you.
Bottom line: This a great floor cleaner. Despite my initial issues with the app, once it works, it’s a great feature to have to make the experience better. Just be patient if there are connection problems.

Tineco Floor One S5 Extreme – 3 in 1 Mop, Vacuum & Self Cleaning Smart Floor Washer with iLoop Smart Sensor. Model: FW101900US SKU: 6498058.
So let’s begin on the facts and use. The machine absolutely does what it states. Washes and Vacuums and does it well. For the ease of use it’s 4 out of 5. Where the improvements could be are the filling and cleaning of the dirty water tank. Let me be fair it’s not hard to do either task, however a slightly larger mouth on the clean water tank and a more round smooth interior on the dirty water tank would make these two tasks a bit easier. As for cleaning, the machine by far is advanced. If you’re in a hurry and can only set it and forget for a cycle or so you will be fine. However, you will want to manually clean at least every 3-4 uses if you have pets, pop that front cover and clean the roller area and or replace with one of the extras you receive. The only reason you want to this because it does what it says, it cleans and picks up there is no question that this machine absolutely works to get the job done which in turn you have to maintain that tool that gets the job done. My wife and I have owned multiple brands for this household duty and this machine by far is absolutely amazing. Tineco has given you extras with this that other brands don’t offer. The storage station was thought through and is one of the best we have seen. It could be a little more sturdy but it still is great. The 4 star is only because of a few small features that after using other brands and this one can still have room for improvement. That’s what allows companies to expand in their products and make products better and Tineco has been achieving that pattern for awhile now. It’s a little pricey, but the features and the cleaning performance allow for that. The other brands are not bad and we respect the past ones we have owned. This S5 however, sets the bar and is what allows for a good selection and competition in the floor cleaning area. The battery is pretty solid and if you use this you will be loving the self clean mode a lot. It handles pretty much everything we had to offer this machine. Pet hair, food, small spills and kids in and out along with our furry family pets in and out. You will fill a bit more on the clean water if your doing a large area and emptying the dirty water tank, but the positives of this machine had no effect on that part for us. Final comment for this S5 is if your in the market you will most likely love it and be waiting to see what’s next in this department of household tools that can make life cleaning a bit easier when your short on time or just want a home cleaning tool to do the job and do it right. Cordless, well it’s the future and it makes cleaning even easier. Hope this helps you on your search and decision!

I can't recommend the *Tineco Floor One S3 Extreme* enough – this is hands down the best floor care product I've ever used! As someone who's always looking for ways to make cleaning easier and more efficient, this 3-in-1 mop, vacuum, and self-cleaning floor washer has truly exceeded my expectations.
What I Love:
1. Powerful 3-in-1 Functionality: The Tineco Floor One S3 Extreme combines vacuuming, mopping, and washing into one seamless device. It picks up dirt and debris while simultaneously mopping my floors. I used to vacuum first and then mop afterward, but now, I can do both in one step!
2. iLoop Smart Sensor: The iLoop sensor is fantastic! It detects dirt and adjusts the suction power accordingly, so it's super efficient. I love that it knows when my floors are dirtier and automatically boosts the suction power to clean better. It also helps conserve battery life when floors are cleaner.
3.Self-Cleaning Function: This is a game changer! After I'm done cleaning, the machine automatically cleans itself. It’s as simple as pressing a button, and the system flushes out any dirt and debris from the rollers. No more handwashing mop heads – I love this feature!
4. Ease of Use: The design is sleek and lightweight, making it easy to maneuver around the house. It’s simple to set up, and the user interface is super intuitive. Plus, the battery lasts long enough to clean my whole home (about 600 sq. ft.) on a single charge.
5.Impressive Cleaning Power: I’ve noticed a significant difference in how clean my floors feel – they’re not just clean, they feel sanitized. The combination of vacuum and mop means the floors dry quickly and there’s no streaking. The S3 Extreme works wonders on hardwood, tiles, and even low-pile carpets!
Finally, our family loves this product. Everyone can use it, even our 7 years old. Worth every penny.

This mop cleans very well and very easy to operate. Just fill the clean water tank with water, add cleaning solution, switch it on and mop away!
I did not think my house is dirty but this mop still ends with a tank of dirty water with lots of hair.
Tineco S5 mop will automatically detect how dirty is your floor and act accordingly. It will provide voice feedback for every action such as power on, charging, auto mode etc.
It will also let you know if it needs cleaning.
Once placed the mop on the charging base, it will auto detect if the brush roller needs self cleaning. It will also prompt you to clean the dirty water tank.
You can switch between solution mode or water only mode in case you run out of cleaning solution.
The mop will stop when put in upright mode, resume when tilt.
If the mop is not at the upright position, it will want to start moving forward immediately after you switch it on.
Battery life is pretty accurate compare to what is stated in the manual, 35 min for auto mode 28 for max mode.
However, charging is slow, manual says takes 4 to 5 hours but seems longer.
It has three cleaning mode; auto mode, max mode and suction mode.
Max mode means max suction and will spray water or cleaning solution.
Suction mode only suck water and does not spray water but in testing, it seems still put water on the floor.
Once the dirty water tank is full, it will stop and prompt you to empty the tank and it did not take very long for the dirty tank to get full.
However, it did not notify me when the clean water tank is empty. I continue mop did not realized that no water solution is used.
The guide has some problem such as it says "do not vacuum foamed liquid", does it mean it can't suck up soapy water ?
Also this line in the manual, "To vacuum water left on the surface, the appliance will switch off in 3 seconds after power off." ??
Cleaning the mop is very easy, dirty water tank can be taken completely apart for cleaning. Roller and roller cover can be removed from the mop for cleaning.
The base has holder for filter, brush and roller but no place for the cleaning solution bottle.
I wish both the water tanks can be larger but then it will increase the weight of the mop.
