I have a mirror finished porcelain floor which always needs to be dried no mater which floor cleaner i use. But with this cleaner I barely had to wipe it because most of the steam disapeared. it was great one month ago I would have given 5 stars. today only 2 stars because the flex hose from the head to the handle just separated and will not suck anymore. now i am looking how to fix it

I have ceramic white floor and hardwood in some areas. I have to says this vacuum and steam mop has made my life so much easier. Corans thoroughly and doesnt leave streaks . Best thing ive ever purchased

The machine worked wonderfully at first: thorough cleaning, easy to use, and low maintenance. I was genuinely impressed during the first year of use and even recommended it to several people, including my daughter. However, after about 14 months of regular, light home use, it began to malfunction. The brush stopped spinning, suction weakened, and the water tank started leaking. Since it was still under the 2-year manufacturer’s warranty, I contacted customer service. We spent weeks going back and forth, had to ship the machine in for diagnostics, and waited even longer for a response. Eventually, they offered a refurbished replacement, which felt like a poor resolution for a $400 machine that had barely lasted a year. Still, we were forced to accept. The refurbished replacement broke within a month. Same issues. Once again, we had to ship it back, repeat diagnostics, and wait MONTHS. This time, they admitted they didn’t even have a refurbished model of the same type available. The only compensation offered? A $32 refund for a $400 purchase. On top of that, they weren't to return our original unit, which means we can't even seek third-party repairs. To make matters worse, my daughter, who bought the same machine based on my recommendation, had hers fail after just SIX MONTHS of light use in a small apartment. This is not a product built to last, and the customer service is absolutely dreadful. They seem more interested in stalling than actually resolving issues. Once your machine fails (and it WILL, within 12–18 months), you’ll be stuck in a drawn-out, infuriating process that ends with no repair, no replacement, and no real refund. Avoid this product and this company unless you're fine with repurchasing a vacuum every year.

Does an excellent job. Tried an S3 and this is superior-- tilts more effectively, includes a steam function, doesn't use soap or suck you into proprietary formulas. And if you're going to invest in a $200-600 mop/ vacuum, personally I think you should not get a cordless one because it's hard to predict how long their batteries will last. Still wish it had a more aggressive scrub function. But that's not what any of the steam mops or hard floor vacuums I've tried provide.

Good machine, but if I had known you could not add cleaner to the clean water, I would have opted for a different machine. I did not see that anywhere in the product description when I was browsing models. I think it should be plainly stated in the descriptions. The steam does work well but it adds an extra step in having to spay the floor with cleaner prior to mopping.

Cuts cleaning time in half, love that it doesn't need any cleaning agents and water is enough. Could have done without the cord but it's not too difficult to work with.

Vacuuming and mopping are not munfavorite things to do but with this machine its so easy to do. I actially enjoy to clean thr house now. Well worth getting this.

This vacuum is great. It’s easy to use and keeps my floors nice and clean. Simple maintenance after each use is easy.

Never heard of this brand until I had two back-to-back negative experiences with a well-known national competitor's products, both of which had to be returned. and I was looking for another option. Really positively impressed. Chose this model because I do not like a lot of bells and whistles. Very pleased with the results. The voice notifications are very convenient, like when the clean water needs to be refilled. Self-cleaning options is nice. Quiet. Confident that this will deliver.

This vacuum works really well as a mop, but the machine needs to be cleaned very regularly which can be a bit time consuming.

This machine works pretty well, but you do have to go over heavily spoiled areas multiple times to get stains up. I did sweep my floors before starting to use steamer. I would like to be able to add cleaming solutions for shine and deodorizer but it states to only use regular water into tank. I was also happy about how much area i was able to clean with one tank of water. All in all I'm pretty happy

Easy to use, does a great job. Floors are the cleanest as they've ever been.

The steam is great and without the need of buying additional cleaning solution for the floor is even better. The cord isnt my favorite but definitly worth the conpromise. Better than the BISSELL i had.

I Love this Product. I only hope for more focus on making it durable. Im happy with its functions but the technical aspects like its censors need fixings for sure... just keep updating. Thanks, Dave from CA.

This thing's amazing, I used to spend hours mopping the floor and then drying by hand. By the end of the day my shoulders and back hurt. Not anymore!!!!!

This is an amazing floor cleaner for our stained concrete floors. With a shedding dog and a toddler, this machine handles it with ease.

Best investment ever. Every household should have a Tineco. So easy to use, my family loves it. My house has never been cleaner. Not cordless but I will take a cord for the steam. Love the steam feature.

This is my second Tineco cleaning device, and the second device that is defective. I'm really starting to question Tineco quality control. This particular unit out of the box produced no steam. Instead, it left puddles of water on the floor while cleaning. The roller and vents were ice cold after I ran it in steam mode for 5 minutes. I'll be returning to Best Buy for an exchange, and I'll give it another shot. Prior to this I had a Tineco S5 Extreme, also purchased from Best Buy. I found that unit to have a defect where the battery would rapidly drain if left idle on the charger for 1-2 weeks without use. Something mentioned in numerous online videos and reviews. Tineco needs to step up their quality control. I have no doubt that when working this unit will perform well.
