    I have to say im 50/50 with this. I love it has all the functions BUT i don’t like how often during a cleaning I have to set it to clean itself and change the fill up the clean water and empty the dirty. I have an open floor plan home. Kitchen, living room and dinning in one. I literally had to clean the machine 4 times it takes me too long to clean this way. It’s a solid machine, it cleans very well, vacuum so so and steam well I had a steamer and it was super hot, this is not as hot but its ok.

    Absolutely love this thing. Does the job. The only thing I wish they’d change is to add some scrubbing material to the rollers. This would help with tough stains on floors.

    Needed a clean cycle 4x during cleaning a 400sf area. Clean cycle takes 2.5 minutes. Left streaks. Neither side gets sides even remotely close. Disappointed to say the least.

    do not purchase this. I just got mine, have company visiting. Put it together at 6 a.m. and it would not power on! I paid $500 for junk and then Tineco does not have any customer Serice available on Saturday to trouble shoot! STAY AWAY

    Works well at mopping. Need to vacuum ahead of time otherwise it will need to dock to clean much more often. Steam works well at getting up tougher messes.

    I was so excited to get this but it didn't work as great as I thought it would. It leaves streaks in the floor and it kept saying the fill tank was full and it wasn't. I am planning on returning it sadly.
