    Efficient Cleaning for Pet Owners

If you’re a pet owner, you know how messy things can get. That’s where the Tineco Floor Washer Switch Pet 7 Series comes in. I recently had the chance to test this cordless mop and vacuum cleaner, and it has been a real game-changer in keeping my home clean, despite having a very furry friend. What caught my attention first was its dual functionality, allowing you to switch seamlessly between vacuuming and mopping. I love how it combines two essential cleaning tasks in one device, making it ideal for multi-surface cleaning without needing to lug around multiple tools. One feature I appreciate is its iLoop Sense Technology. It’s pretty smart—this feature automatically adjusts the suction power, water pressure, and brush speed depending on the mess. You don’t even need to think about it. I noticed it instantly boosts its power when it encounters heavier debris or a messier spot, and then calms down on lighter dust. This was particularly handy around my dog’s feeding area, where the spills are frequent but different every time. The way it optimizes performance means the battery lasts longer, and it can run for up to 65 minutes—more than enough time for a thorough clean around my home. Another standout is its pet-friendly design, which was a major reason I wanted to try it out. Pet hair can be a nightmare to deal with, but this vacuum tackled it without clogging or losing suction. The floor washer even comes with a pet odor-reducing cleaning solution that left my floors feeling clean and fresh. It's not often I can say a cleaning product smells good, but this one truly does. Plus, the anti-tangle brush head ensures that I don’t have to stop constantly to untangle long pet hairs, which is a lifesaver in a house with both long-haired pets and people. The Tineco 7 Series is also extremely versatile. One minute I’m mopping the kitchen, and the next I’m vacuuming the living room carpet, all without missing a beat. The vacuum attachment is strong enough to deep clean rugs and furniture, which is great because my dog’s fur tends to get everywhere, even in the couch cushions. And for those quick clean-ups, the mini power brush attachment is perfect for pet beds or tight spaces where fur likes to hide. It’s amazing how easily this machine handles everything I throw at it. Speaking of attachments, the range of tools that come with the Tineco is impressive. The anti-tangle LED brush head is a personal favorite because of how much hair it grabs without jamming. I also really like the FlashDry self-clean charging base. Once I’m done, I place the cleaner on the stand, and it self-cleans the brush, meaning less maintenance for me. It’s little things like this that show the thought Tineco put into making cleaning easy, especially for pet owners who are already juggling a lot. One of the biggest advantages I’ve found is how much time this tool saves. The floor washer is much faster than traditional methods, and I noticed I was able to clean my floors in half the time. The vacuum is equally quick, meaning I can zip through my entire cleaning routine much faster. It's perfect for those moments when guests are about to arrive, and I need to clean up fast. And even with its speed, I feel like it’s doing a much more thorough job than my old vacuum. After using the Tineco for a while, I feel like it’s tailored to people who love their pets but hate the mess that comes with them. Whether it’s fur, spilled kibble, or pet odors, this machine handles it all with ease. If you’ve been on the fence about investing in a good floor cleaner, I’d say this one is worth it, especially if you have pets. It’s also cordless, which means I don’t have to deal with annoying cords getting in the way or limiting where I can clean. In conclusion, the Tineco Floor Washer Switch Pet 7 Series has quickly become one of my favorite cleaning tools. It’s smart, efficient, and designed with pet owners in mind. From its strong suction and pet hair-handling abilities to the self-cleaning feature, it’s got everything you need to keep your home looking fresh. If you’re a busy pet parent like me, looking for a powerful yet easy-to-use cleaning solution, I highly recommend giving it a try.

    Great Floor Cleaning System

This is a seriously large floor washer and vacuum cleaner. You should make sure where you plan to keep this set up is large enough to set it up properly for charging. One thing of note is that this is not exactly light. Especially the vacuum part. The placement of the battery makes it very unbalanced in the hand which can lead to wrist fatigue and soreness so be advised. I mentioned that the battery is a tad bit hefty. That is also a good thing. Both the floor washer and the vacuum have outstanding battery life. The vacuum has excellent suction. It kept pulling the sectional carpet off the floor and did a most outstanding job of cleaning. The included attachments came in rather handy cleaning crevices and dealing with pet fur. The floor washer did very well cleaning my hardwood floors. The cleaning solution included with the washer has a pleasant smell and really does an outstanding job cleaning floors including stains left by pets and drunk humans. Overall this is an excellent floor and carpet cleaning system. What it lacks in ease of storage by needing a lot of space it makes up for with it's excellent cleaning capabilities. Very nice!

The Tineco Floor Cleaner overall is a pretty wonderful vacuum and floor mop. There was a few little hiccups in the beginning. The assembly of this unit was fairly straightforward however but I had a little trouble figuring out the charging situation. I read the manual pretty thoroughly but perhaps I didn’t read it well enough or missed it but It took awhile for me to realize that the set came with only one battery and the main unit (the floor washer) charges the one battery that comes with the set. I thought the set might come with two batteries but it actually only comes with one that you switch back and forth between the vacuum and the floor washer. I actually looked up a YouTube video on it and that helped a lot and I was able to use each one. The vacuum is incredible. I've had a Dyson Stick battery powered vacuum and this one is so much better. The swivel radius and edge to edge cleaning is significantly superior. And the suction is second to none. I am extraordinarily impressed with the performance of it. I have really long hair and it’s fairly easy to clean and doesn’t really get caught up in it. The vacuum is pretty much only good for hard surfaces though unless you change out the attachment for the smaller head that I assume is for car seat and floors. I like the bag less easy empty option and it has a simple design so dirt and hair doesn’t get as stuck as it does with other vacuums inside the canister. The real star of the show is definitely the floor washer. On hard surfaces it lets out just enough water/cleaner on your floor to actually clean it, then it uses the paint roller style brush to clean the floor and has enough suction to essentially dry the floor as you go. It does an incredible job of cleaning hard surfaces. I would want the controls on this thing to be a bit more intuitive, but that's my only complaint. In all honesty though this is definitely the best floor mop I’ve used. And because it lets out just enough the dry time is very fast. It also has a self cleaning and dry feature which is a game changer and is the most annoying part of a floor mop for maintenance. It would be nice if they made a more bristle mop head to do carpets and low pile rugs. Then it really would be the ultimate floor appliance!

[PROS] Strong Suction: With the crumbs, pet hair, and dust bunnies I find on occasion, I needed something dependable and the Tineco Switch has fulfilled that need. With the vacuum, I'm able to grab all of the loose hair and debris from the floor. Furthermore, I can hit the cracks and crevices when I'm cleaning my car or the sofa. With the mop, liquid spills are a breeze to handle. Fresh messes go away, and harder stuck on stains take a bit of time to loosen, but will ultimately come up unless it's been present for a lengthy period (over 24 hours). Ultra-Portable: The lightweight design has made it a favorite with my wife. She loves being able to transport the vacuum and mop from room to room without being tied down. Honestly, the design of both devices actually encourages more daily cleaning because they are simple to maneuver. Highly Convenient: Using two devices to satisfy five use cases is strength of this product. I am pleased with how well the mop took care of stains, and being able to self-clean it afterwards. The stick vac worked so well on odd surfaces like steps that I got rid of my hand vacuum. Also, the motor runtime lines up with the listed spec. I'm able to do all of my daily cleaning without issue. [CONS] Capacity: I wished the stick vacuum had a larger capacity to capture more debris. It can get quite filled up when trying to do deep cleaning in multiple rooms. No second motor: As a disclaimer, this is more of a want rather than a need. For larger homes, it may be a bit challenging to be as thorough with cleaning by having only one motor. I have an upstairs and multiple bedrooms so having a second motor would make things easier. [CONCLUSION] In a nutshell, this is a comprehensive cleaning package that's effective. It's not for the deepest of messes or set-in stains, but it performs more than admirably for moderate messes. It's the closest thing you can get to as a "look no further" type of solution.

The Tineco Switch 7 Series hardwood floor washer and vacuum combo is a decent home cleaning duo for those who primarily have hard flooring. As the name suggests, the vacuum’s unique feature is that the rechargeable battery/vacuum motor unit can be swapped/”Switched” out and used in either the hardwood floor washer or the stick vacuum unit. Once you open the box you’ll be greeted with a quick setup guide on one of the flaps, providing basic instructions for assembling both the floor washer and stick vacuum. Assembly was quick and easy for both units. Once assembled, I plugged in the charging/cleaning dock and let the unit charge to full. Something to note: the battery can only be charged when attached to the docked hardwood floor cleaner. There is no way to charge the battery when it’s connected to the stick vacuum unit. Once charged, I filled the hardwood floor cleaner’s tank with a cap-full of the included detergent, and some warm water. To operate the unit, simply tilt the handle back and press the power button to begin mopping in Auto mode. There are additional modes including Maximum, Custom, and Vacuum to cycle through depending on your need. I left the unit in the auto mode most of the time, occasionally bumping it up to Max to clean higher traffic areas. What’s cool is that the display on the top of the battery/motor pack give you some feedback as to which areas of your floor to focus your cleaning on: the unit will display a blue ring when mopping over clean flooring, and when mopping over dirtier areas the ring turns red. A nice feature too is that when you turn off the unit, it will continue to run the suction for an additional 3 seconds to try and soak up any remaining water from your floors. All in all, I had my tile floors cleaned in what felt like record time. And I couldn’t believe how much this thing picked up off my tile, as evidenced by the dirty water collected in the reservoir. I was slipping and sliding around my tile floors in my socks like Tom Cruise in Risky Business. About 5 days later I scrubbed the same area again and was pleasantly surprised that my tiles weren’t nearly as dirty as the first time I ran the scrubber. Given how easy the floor washer is to operate, I’ll be supercharging my mopping routine and keeping my tile floors squeaky clean. When you’re done mopping, you’ll return the unit to it’s charging/base station and the unit will talk to you instructing you to run the Self Clean cycle by pressing a button on the top of the handle. This self-cleaning process takes about 5-10 minutes and is a bit loud, but the fact it does this without any needed intervention or assistance is nice. Once it runs it’s cleaning cycle, the unit will instruct you to empty the collection reservoir to avoid any odors. Now, with how impressive the floor washer was, I expected the vacuum to be on par with it. Unfortunately, I was left less than impressed. I’m still trying to understand how the same interchangeable battery/motor can be such a powerhouse when used with the floor washer, but somehow feel extremely underpowered in the stick vacuum. I vacuumed both my tile floors and my carpets, and while it did okay on the hard flooring, it barely picked up anything from my carpets. Even when I turned the vacuum up to max suction, it felt underpowered. Granted, my main vacuum is a Dyson V15 stick vacuum, but even my old Dyston V6 Animal could pick up more from my carpets than the Tineco Switch series vacuum. The dirt collection bin on the unit is very small too, and not once did this vacuum get close to filling up during use. I’ll probably only use the vacuum portion of the unit in a pinch, or for smaller messes around the house/in the car because it’s just not capable of doing much more than that. This is a cool little combo to have around, especially if you primarily have hard flooring. The main reason to get this is for the cordless floor-washer/mop which is the star of the show. If you only happen to need a vacuum for lighter duty tasks, or can survive with a lighter duty vacuum cleaner, then this Switch series is made for you.

The Tineco brand continues to flex its muscles in the vacuum world and this Tineco Floor Washer Switch Pet Cordless Mop and Vacuum set is doing just that. It is ready to take on any and all messes your pets and family can throw its way. Now that I have been using it pretty much daily since getting it, I realised it is the machine that really can do it all, and with ease. The design of this vacuum kit is very well thought out and ergonomic, no pieces are too heavy or bulky, meaning small helpers, or even older users with weak or arthritic joints will still be able to comfortably use the unit. The motor is very easy to switch from what tool I want to use it with. Our household is about fifty fifty carpet and hardwood which has always made the floor cleaning process annoying with having to have a whole arsenal of different tools to clean floors here. But I can finally with confidence say this unit can single handedly be the only kit we need to clean our entire house. The motor for this vacuum is unlike anything I have ever seen before and we joke that it feels like it is from the future. The digital screen with useful information and intuitive controls is so fun to use. And the option of using the Tineco mobile app is unexpected but such a cool perk to have available. The feeling of the iLoop sense technology also feels like it is from the future, as the vacuum automatically adjusts the settings such as speed and suction power, to conserve battery life when not needed but still doing a thorough job while cleaning. Cleaning and maintenance of vacuums has always been a frustrating thing to take care of, especially for devices that involve water, but the FlashDry feature that can clean and dry the pieces that get wet in less than five minutes is so convenient and really might be my favourite feature of this entire device. It is such a great idea to have that feature and the fact that it works so well and so consistently is great. Our busy household really puts our home's floor surfaces through the ringer and cleaning them has always been a struggle. With having a mechanic in the home and a garage that is always being put to use repairing stuff, dirt and debris is tracked through our home not even daily, but hourly. And getting even a few days behind on floor cleaning really shows how much is tracked in. However we can confidently say that this Tineco Floor Washer Switch has really been a game changer for us. It has saved us an unbelievable amount of time while also giving us the treat of cleaner floors. I really recommend this kit and I cannot see there being a household out there that wouldn't be able to benefit from all the features it brings to the table.

This combination floor washer and vacuum really does it all. First, the floor washer does a great job on hard surface flooring. I have used it on my concrete floors and my tile, and I am amazed at what it cleans up. It has a scrubbing brush roller that gets up the grime and vacuums up debris at the same time without damaging the floor surface. Our concrete floors have been known to get scratched with some cleaning units, but this seems to be thorough and gentle at the same time. The self-cleaning function after you are done is FANTASTIC. It cleans the brush roller for you, and then all you have to do is dump the dirty water tank and wipe the filter out. This is my favorite part of the system because I hate cleaning out vacuum tanks and filters. When you are ready to use the Floor One vacuum, just pop off the Switch Pro motor from the floor washer and put it on the vacuum. The vacuum does a great job on carpeted surfaces. I have used the washer and vacuum for an hour on a single charge, and it still had charge left, so it should be able to handle basically any size of home. The vacuum has attachments like a power brush for furniture and a dusting brush and crevice tool for virtually anything you could think to use it on. The Tineco app lets you customize settings for the Switch Pro motor. I highly recommend this product.

washes and vacuums wish charge base was better

Packaging for the floor washer (fw) and vacuum was neat and minimal. The box was huge and a tad heavy, not a lot of waste. The box contained the fw , vacuum, charging base, base for the vacuum that attaches to the main base, and a few bits and bobs as attachments. The directions for the two vacuums are lacking, they need improving for clarity. It would be great if it was clear on how to charge the stick vacuum, unless I missed it somewhere it was not clear that the battery needed to be switched between the fw and the stick vacuum. The stick vacuum has a tube on it where you switch it out with the battery. Not sure why they did not include a tube that is not useful in this instance if the main battery needs to be switched out between the two. It would be nice if the charging base had a way to charge both vacuums together on the same base, at this price point it would only make sense. The base only holds the stick vacuum. The base is simple enough to attach the fw and stick base together but the stick vacuum base feels flimsy. Each bit and bob has its own home to place everything in. The base does take up a bit of space as it's wide. When placing the fw on the base it does alert that its charging and reminds you to empty and clean the vacuum. The stick vacuum on its own without the battery is very light but when adding the battery it adds a bit of heft to it. It has only two modes eco and max which is all that is really needed. Eco mode does the job and extends the life of the battery. Movement is agile while vacuuming and allows for ease of getting around corners. The wheels could be better but are not terrible. The fw is heavier but has better wheels which allows for the fw to move forward and backwards on its own by propelling itself a bit. It has a voice feature on the vacuum which is super useful and the fw will detect if it has sufficient water and will detect if there isn't and tells you its insufficient and powers itself off to avoid damage to the fw. The digital display on the battery is great! It's large and easy to read from a distance. The fw has more options for cleaning modes, custom, max, or suction or auto. I’ve found that the auto mode is the best option for our use case. Both the fw and stick vacuum do great at its assigned task and are pretty durable. Few minor things that could be improved to make it worth it.

The Floor Washer Switch Pet Cordless Mop & Vacuum is an interesting little combo. Rather than sell you to expensive appliances, they sell you 1 motor and the parts for a Mop & Vacuum. You just have to quickly swap out the motor from one device to another. And it's light and easy to do. The all white finish and look of the devices is actually quite good. It looks stylish and like a modern device. It has bluetooth and wireless capability to connect to an app to deliver status updates and the like. Truth is, the App isn't really necessary to use the devices. The Mop does a great job with tile, wood, and laminate flooring. I've even tried it on gym rubber and it picks up tons of ick. I'm glad it's a seperate device because I've learned that other combo wet/dry vacuums are disgusting and are prone to all sorts of issues when you mix water with dirt and hair regularly. I was able to do an entire 1800 sq ft floor with the mop and still had a ton of battery power leftover. The only bummer with the mop is having to empty the gross stuff. Now I haven't experienced this issue with this model yet, but the previous Mop I had from Tineco was prone to issues with the dirty water canister. IT would complain a lot about needing me to empty it, even though it was bone dry. I would try everything...completely strip it apart and clean and dry it and it would still do it. I used the vacuum recently on a wool rug, a shag rug, and your standard area rug and it did a great job picking up additional dust and carpet fibers my roomba missed. The vacuum is lightweight and comes with a variety of attachments like a crevice tool and an upholstery tool. I think the only con really is having to plug in the massive floor mop in order to charge the motor. It appears there is no way to charge it outside of installing it back into the mop and charging it. In future versions, I would think it would be a good idea to make it possible to charge the motor without having to dock it. The vacuum and mop do a great job and I would recommend them to others looking for a solid stick vacuum option.

I've been a fan of this company for quite some time, and have many of their different types of vacuums and floor cleaners. And though I've never owned any pets, I know that vacuums specifically for pets, clean way better than the average non-pet cleaners. I found this out years ago, when I opted to purchase a vacuum that specialized in cleaning pet hair, and was blown away but how much better it was than my previous vacuums. So when I receive the multiple cleaners and vacuums, I really needed a deep clean for my entire house. I loved all the different cleaners, and it really didn't bother me much switching out the motor. I was able to vacuum all the spiderwebs from the corners and ceilings around the ceilings of my home, sweep and simultaneously mop all the floors on the first level and in the basement, and also sweep and mop the carpet on my stairs leading to the basement. I'm still really not a fan of the charging base, but it's not anything that I think is a huge negative. As a man, cleaning is not my strong suit, but with this set up I look forward to cleaning my house more than normal. With everything you get, I do not believe this is overpriced I think it's priced perfectly! This is 1 of the most effortless cleanings of an entire house I've done in quite some time, and I will continually get Tineco products, as long as the quality stays the same!

Effective, easy to clean. Battery design not great After testing this vac-floorwasher pair for a week, I have a few criticisms, but I’m mostly happy with its performance and ease of use. SETUP: Setup is involved but not difficult. There’s quite a few pieces to identify and assemble. The instruction manual looks nice, but frankly speaking it’s a disaster. It’s organized by task as opposed to by device (eg., setup, operation, maintenance) but in random fashion across both devices. In just one example, the operation section starts off with turning on the floorwasher, then it jumps to operating the vac, and then goes back to the floorwasher–filling the clean water tank. (Keep in mind that you need to have filled the clean water tank before you turn on the floorwasher for the first time.) This subpar organization wastes time because you need to scan through the pages for the info you need. I don’t normally comment on instruction manuals, but in this case it’s worth mentioning because it’s especially bad. There are a lot of steps to using and maintaining both the vac and the floorwasher, so the manual is something I expect to revisit quite a bit, especially in the early weeks/months of owning it. This manual is a pain even for people who like reading manuals. The base and both devices occupy 22” x 13”, which is not a negligible amount of space. If you’re fortunate enough to have a laundry room, mud room, or basement, you can probably find a place to put this combo with little trouble. For small places like apartments or condos, not so much. BUILD QUALITY: All the components are of excellent build and materials. They’re as good or better than any of the best floor care appliances I’ve had in the past. THE VACUUM: The vac in ECO mode does a great job with dirt, dust, and dog fur on hard floors and a decent job on medium pile carpet. Of course, MAX mode on carpet is better, but it obviously cannot compete with a plug-in vac with a legit beater brush, so I don’t expect to use it for more than touch-up or in-between vacuuming on carpets. Edge cleaning is good on both the left and right sides. The ZeroTangle brush roll stayed clean and did not get wrapped with hair. The mini power brush is a nice addition, especially for dog fur embedded in my couch.. The cyclones and mesh filter inside the dust canister appear to do a good job cleaning the air before it gets to the HEPA filter, and given the design of the airflow, I don’t expect this vac will have a problem with coughing out dust. (The design of the airflow path is pretty awesome in this regard. As far as I can tell, the airflow hits the HEPA filter before the motor, unlike every vac I’ve ever owned, including an older Tineco. So if there are any leaks, it would be air that already passed through the HEPA). On the negative side, this vac loses a point compared to other Tineco stick vacs. The Switch Motor, which also houses the batteries, is 3 lbs, and you feel every ounce of it because it mounts above the handle. That’s 3 lbs sitting above your wrist, which makes the vacuum feel a lot heavier than it really is. Since a lot of the maneuverability of these stick vacs lies in the twisting of the wrist, you really feel gravity fighting against you. It’s not a huge problem, but it is noticeably heavier to hold and steer compared to my older Tineco model (PWRHERO 11), which has the battery mounted under the handle and the motor forward of the handle. THE FLOORWASHER: The floorwasher quickly and easily did a great job washing the floor–better than my steam mop. Only one capful of the included solution was required per tank of water. It’s lightly scented, not overly perfumey. The floor didn’t feel sticky after drying. I used about half the clean water tank volume to clean roughly 300 sq ft. I was surprised by the motorized wheels. Only a slight push or pull is required to start the motion, and then the motor drives the floorwasher forward or in reverse. Cleaning the machine was easy: just a quick emptying and rinsing of the dirty water tank, rinsing of the filter, and then running the self-cleaning function. Self-cleaning used about 10% of the battery. It is somewhat noisy (whinier and louder than a microwave oven) and runs for 5 minutes, so it’s something to keep in mind. It gets the roller very clean and mostly dry–almost dry to the touch with just a hint of dampness. (After self-cleaning, I remove the roll to allow it to completely dry outside of the unit just to be on the safe side.) THE SWITCH MOTOR: The Switch Motor is a bit of a mixed bag. On the positive side, the included display provides a lot of info (battery life, operating mode, surface dirt level, etc.), and I guess using one package to drive both the vac and the floorwasher means there’s less e-waste. However, the tradeoffs are not small, especially given the price. First, the battery is non-replaceable. In contrast to my other Tineco stick, which has a detachable battery pack, the Switch Motor houses the smarts, the display, the motor and the batteries. I assume this means that if anything goes wrong inside the Switch Motor or when the batteries inevitably lose significant capacity, then both the vac and the floorwasher are unusable. It doesn’t appear that you can easily order a new Switch Motor. Second, the battery charges only through the floorwasher unit. Many other Tineco stick vacs have a charging port built into the removable battery so that it can be charged separately from the vac (eg. the vac can go in the closet while the battery gets charged elsewhere). Since I know I won’t be mopping the floor as frequently as I’ll be vacuuming (biweekly as opposed to daily), ideally I’d like to store the vac with the battery in the closet, hide the floorwasher elsewhere out of the way (garage, maybe), and I’d charge the battery as needed near an outlet somewhere. Having the charger integrated into the floorwasher means the latter must be more accessible and less out of the way than I’d prefer. CONCLUSION: Functionally there’s a lot to like about this combo. Both the vac and the floorwasher are great at what they do. While the steering of the vac is clunky and the combo takes a lot of space, I’m pleased with how quickly and easily the pair keeps the floors dusted and mopped. And while the Switch Motor design is pretty cool, I’m just not thrilled about it having an integrated battery. Given the price, having a guaranteed failure point shared between both the vac and the floorwasher is not great. If you’re ok with that tradeoff, then enjoy the easy and effective floor cleaning while it lasts.

The Floorwasher does a nice job rather you are cleaning (mopping) the whole floor or just cleaning up spills. With three small boys it's getting lots of use. Solution for washing floors is very concentrated. It only takes one small capful of Deordorizing & Cleaning Solution per Clean Water Tank (CWT). To switch between AUTO mode, MAX mode and SUCTION mode lightly touch the button with all the dots. This unit is even self propelled so you are just guiding the unit. I especially like that it knows when the unit needs to be cleaned and prompts you to push the "Self Cleaning" button. Floor One does a good job sweeping/vacuuming. I was a liitle concerned about both units sharing one battery but this hasn't been a problem, the battery lasts a long time. It's nice that when fully charged youo see 100% when taken off the charger and you can see this number decrease as the battery life goes down. Be aware the battery will not charge in Floor One, it must be in Floorwasher. Units are light weight.
