Great vacuum. I use this for the upstairs quick pick ups. Very light and love the light that shows you where the dust is. Will tell you battery life and the wall mount is easy to install. Very sturdy

This vacuum is honestly so great i 1000% recommend. My cats constantly track litter theough my apartment and it makes it SO easy to clean up. I love all the different attachments and being able to mount it on the wall.

this vacuum was very much worth the money! The only downfall is the battery does not last very long. I ordered an additional battery.

I would skip this vacuum, the filter always needs to changed. When I'm done vacuuming, it leaves behind dirt.

I traded in my Dyson animal cordless vacuum and purchased the Tineco S12. I have the Tineco iFloor 3 and I love it so I thought I’d try their cordless vacuum. I do really like it, it’s light, I love that it has a trigger lock so you don’t have to hold the trigger the whole time you’re using it (my Dyson gave me a callous from holding theirs), I love how it’s quieter and vacuums great. The battery life is also way better than Dyson. My main dislike is emptying the bin, there is no way to do it without getting dirty. You have to stick your hand in, pull out the filter and get the debris out. You also have to really clean the filter to get it clean. Then you have to vacuum again in that area since you just made a mess. They should have found a way for you to empty the bin without having to touch the dirt like Dyson has figured out.

Tineco S1. Ultimately I traded this in for a Samsung. This vac has a design flaw in the door to empty the dust bin - the hinge is prone to breaking even under normal use. Broke twice for me, so I gave up. Otherwise, this is a very solid vac that performs well on carpet and bare floors. The default brush head is really only good for carpet. I bought the barefloor roller for majority of my usage. The barefloor roler is good on hardwood, tile, ruggables, low-pile area rugs, Batts only last about 20mins. I bought 2 extra batts (3 total) just so I can do a full-house vacuuming. Outside of the dust bin flaw, this is a solid vac. Due only to that flaw, I'm not sure I would recommend this vac. If you do get it, I strongly recommend Geek Squad protection - I cashed in on that warranty coverage twice with this vac.

Great vacuum! Got it as a gift for my parents for Christmas. They have only ever used Dyson’s, but love this vacuum! My husband and I are living with them briefly while our new house is being built, so I have had the chance to use it myself. It is very light weight. The weight seems to be distributed a bit more evenly than the dyson making to feel lighter even though they are similar in weight. The trigger lock feature is super handy so you don’t have to hold it down the entire time. The light on the front is AMAZING for hard floors. To be honest, I thought the light was pointless. However, it literally illuminates every single spec of dirt and animal hair that you couldn’t see without. I will go to spot clean one area and keep going and going because I realize all the other dirt due to the light. I have also really loved the filter cleaning feature. It comes with two filters, and an entire attachment that you put the filter into and suction the dirt out of. Whichever filter you aren’t using just stays In there…. Pretty amazing. You can also remove the roller bristles from the main attachment easily to clean out the hair My only complaint is that it doesn’t pick up all of the dirt close to the edges of the wall. Other than that, I have no complaints! It is a very well thought out vacuum and easy to use.

Ive had this vacuum for about 2 1/2 years. In the beginning it took me awhile for my wrist to get use to the natural pull. I really like how I can "vacuum" the filter, to clean it if it gets very dusty and to maintain the best suction. I also regularly clean my vacuum, the bin and roller etc. Its held up for this amount of time. I use the vacuum atleast twice a day because I have young children who constantly make messes. After this amount of time and with regularly cleaning, the suction isnt the best. I have to manually make it stronger. The dust storage to empty is also awkward to empty. I seem to always get dust on myself and have to wash my hands and dust off the vacuum itself from emptying it. It also fills up very quick, if I vacuum three normal size bedrooms it would be filled. The battery never ran out on me, I have a 1400 sq. Ft. Ranch. Overall I am satisfied with product and am still using it to this day

Overall, a good stick vacuum. Decent suction power, has a digital readout with remaining percentage power, and is easy to use. It should come with a backup battery, so when you run low, you can switch out the battery like the LG model. Also, the charging station has to be mounted on the wall, but it should have a solid base so that you can let it stand alone.

After researching and comparing to Dyson I decided on the Tineco and am extremely happy with purchase. Vacuum entire home on single charge, filter cleaner works great and attachments provide total cleaning capabilities.

We've had 3 Dyson Cordless Stick vacuums. We love stick vacuums, so Dyson. But the Dyson's lasted just a couple of years. Batteries all went south fast. Maintenance constantly required and a number of repairs. So what. We loved having stick vacuums. Now, there are a TON of choices. We no longer have to pay the "name tax" and high Dyson costs. We chose the Tineco based on the BestBuy description and the great price. We have 45 days to check stuff out and return it if we want. We are NOT returning this! Works great. Stronger suction than any of our Dyson's. Has some great features we did not have in our Dysons - the light, the supporting wheels, the digital dispaly. The filters and filter cleaning feature. Love it.

We have been extremely satisfied with our Tineco S12 thus far. Some of the most outstanding benefits are the strong suction, the amazing number of tools, the intense LED lighting, and the relatively quiet sound level. This unit compares favorably with the equivalent Dyson vacuums and is much less costly for similar, and in some cases, better performance. The App sends reminders when filters need cleaning or for other maintenance. Highly recommended!

We researched cordless "stick vaccums" ad nauseum. Interestingly, Consumer Reports put Tineco at the top of this list! Over well-known brands like Dyson & Shark. A deeper dig showed that Tineco had won the Innovation of the Year a few years back at the Consumer Electronics Show held in year in Vegas. So, we took a chance and ordered this unit. We were surprised at how sturdy this unit is...very solid, with all pieces and extensions snapping securely in place. We thought we'd need to get an additional battery, but found we get an easy 30-40 minutes of vacuum time; probably because we have a lot of "bare floors" and not a ton of carpeting. Carpeting requires suction. Because the unit is so quiet, it's deceivingly powerful. But it pulls up dust that we never saw before and automatically adjusts from carpet to bare floor and back to carpet. The handheld unit is a bit awkward at times, but I've used it in my car and it easily gets the job done. The filter cleaning attachment is ingenious. When you empty your dust bin, you can remove the internal filter and clean it to keep peek efficiency. No mess ... no dust... they provide two filters so you can rotate them. We're really pleased with this purchase.

Good mobile vacuum. It is light and easy to push and carry. The suction moderately strong.

First cordless stick vacuum and pretty satisfied. Battery drains a lot in relation for how long it's used and the power adjustment slider kinds works, but it's still better than using a broom and less expensive than a Dyson.

We’ve had several different brands of cordless vacuums and this one beats them all. Suction is great, all parts can be cleaned. We have 2 large dogs and 3 kids and it stands up to the daily messes and shedding.

I bought the Tineco cordless vacuum when I purchased my new home back in May 2023. I have had the vacuum for over a year and it has been the most amazing purchase I could’ve have ever made in my adult life. I will never go back to a broom again. This has made my everyday life with three kids and two dogs so much easier! Cleaning couldn’t be any easier now that I have my Tineco vacuum. Lightweight. Long charge to clean up before needing to charge. Literally minimal issues. Only thing I wish it that it was easier to clean as I am a bit annoying and like to throughly clean but there is hard to reach places, that’s not a big deal.
