Really good, easy to carry, my mom think this tineco is best the other brands. I bought it two years ago and it looks like new, I use it a lot to clean up my dogs' hair.

I absolutely love this vacuum. I have owned many thru the years and its by far the best especially for a stick vacuum. It has great suction for hard floors and area rugs too. Its so easy to use. I have a bad back now i can finally vacuum instead of asking someone else!!

I replaced a Dyson, this one was on sale so not bad don't like the wheels as much and the length of time charge lasts ( takes full charge to vacuum the house, which is just 2 rugs 3 bedrooms the rest is wood floors)

Great suction, innovative looking and functioning product. the one thing I will say is that battery life is not great! When you are using it, it will literally drain about one percent every 10-15 seconds.

This cordless vacuum is excellent. So easy and convenient to use. The auto clean where it automatically adjust how much power is needed on each area saves energy and very efficient. Definitely recommend it.

I was blown away by this stick vac. The suction from this vac is comparable to our other vacuum cleaner. Corded vac is getting some much needed rest. Basically got it for the carpeted staircase and will probably keep one on hand from here on out. I can not speak for the longevity, I’m only about 5 to 6 months in. But love it ….also came with a wall Mount and some attachments. Battery out last the 2 rooms and staircase that I need it for. The only downside is the dirt collection chamber is to small. Annoying at first, but you get used to it.

I really wanted to love this vacuum, but the power control slider (what allows you to manually adjust the power of the vacuum) stopped working 3 days into owning it. The unit would start in auto mode but I think some part of the touch sensor was malfunctioning - it would randomly raise and lower the suction (and not connected to the auto mode / auto dust sensor). When we tried to raise or lower the power setting, nothing would happen. The unit worked for the first two days, but suddenly stopped working after day 3. For some reason, the main power head was very squeaky, also, when going over hardwood floors. This was a minor annoyance and if this were the only issue, we almost definitely would have kept the vacuum. What I will say is the suction on carpets was SERIOUSLY impressive, much better than our current Dyson DC24 which is about 10 years old but still does quite well. We had every intention of keeping the S12 and I thought about swapping our unit out for another S12, but I was put off by how quickly there was a malfunction with the unit so I returned it.

Better than I was expecting! It took me about a month of research and many unbiased YouTube video reviews and decided on this model. I have a regular heavy duty corded wet/dry vacuum for deep cleaning and this was just an added convenience cordless, stick vacuum for everything in between, but I find myself using it for EVERYTHING because it’s suction is fantastic, even on kitty litter scattered around gets sucked up! It’s way more convenient and battery life lasts for my entire 1600 sq foot home. Carpet, area rugs and hardwood floors.

omg is strong and great price I had a Dyson but trust me you will love this one is a great vaccum and for the price you would love it too pure one s12

I love vacuuming now! The vacuum is amazing. It’s lightweight, quiet and works well. I wish I had a back up battery but for now it works great.

There in response for support or service if i call customer care Tineco, I think they are waiting for 1 year warranty to expire so that I need to pay for their repair/support, i don’t recommend this product, stop working after 8 months.

Very amazing and strong suction but the only negative thing about it is the battery life especially when u turn up the suction it

Love this for quick vacuuming around the house. The container and battery only allow for so much, so don't expect to clean your whole house in one go. I can't compare to other vacuums, but I have enjoyed this and has made cleaning much easier.

This Tineco is amazing. We love it, comes with a good bit of attachments. It doesn’t come with the hard wood floor attachment though.

I've used it once so far on carpet and seems to do a good job. More affordable than buying a Dyson and performs just as well. My only preference is they offered a separate charging dock for the battery. I'd rather not hang the vacuum on the wall.

Half the price of Dyson Animal, emptying the container isn't as great but for half the price I will deal with it.

Amazing vacuum!!! Great quality and super suction! Love the trigger holder option. Makes it so nice to do a full sweep of the floors without having to have pressure on the trigger. Replaced when my old dyson was dying and it’s worlds better! If you’re on the fence - GET IT!!

Sunction is powerful, I made my due diligence before I opt for Tineco s12 cordless vacuum and is the best performing vacuum in the market, really works on rugs sucks every bit of dirts. I am absolutely and massively satisfied with this German machine, simply the best vacuum. I love it’s super sunction, great quality.

perfect for quick jobs, the only thing i wish is that there was more control over the suction or that you could raise/lower the deck for different area rugs, you can adjust the power but i have an area rug that it just kind of suctions onto still. other than that everything is easy to use, switch out, and empty

Its been 8 months since we got it, still working perfectly, easy to clean, easy to use.
