Was a Dyson devotee for years, not anymore. Super build and quality.

Main head not self propelled. Pick up weak unless set to highest setting. Below average performance on carpet.

As much as I tried to make this work, the small collection cup was more bothersome than I anticipated. Suction was poor and battery started losing charge capacity only after a few months. Go ahead and spend more on a Dyson - you get what you pay for.

Too expensive to have a small holder that sucks the dirt. One room the battery is low to have to charge up not for multiple rooms with one use.

Product worked great for the first 30 days or so then began acting up and is slowing getting worse. Now the only way it will stay running is buy pulling the batter out for 30 seconds, putting it back in, then don’t let your finger off of the trigger or else you have to do it again. Didn’t think it was possible for something to suck and not suck at the same time.

The worst vacuum I have ever owned. Literally does NOT suck anything up. Filters need to be replaced constantly and Tineco’s customer service is horrible.

Overall a fine vacuum, worked well while lasted. Auto mode is somewhat sloppy but it never “undersucks”. Stopped working 2 days before the warranty expired but I guess their support stops working before that since I got no reply on my inquiry in the middle of the week. Would rather go with something cheaper since it’s apparently a disposable.

Terrible, suction is not great. Battery on last 15 mins or so but take 2hrs to charge. I returned it. I knew I should have gotten Dyson!

Felt like cheap plastic. Wife was excited since she saw many reviews and videos on tik tok. It completely disappointed. Said carpet was dirty literally a second after it said it was clean, same for laminate floor. SQUEEKED like an old car's pulley belt. Went back and got a dyson for just a bit more, was much better than this.

Vacuum seems cheaply made, funny considering how much your spending. A few seconds into using vacuum started making squeaking noise checked to make sure nothing was stuck & went I tried again same issue also doesn’t properly pickup anything on rugs. Had to rerun. Don’t waste your money or time buy a Dyson.

Do not buy this if you have a cat. It seems to vacuum up everything but litter. When you stop the motor the litter drops out. I missed the return window so I am selling at a loss to buy one that will vacuum up litter.

Garbage, was good for under a week, we continued to give a chance by the time my wife decided she didn't want it and wanted to return the vacuum, we were passed the return date.

Worst vacuum we have ever owned. The suction is very bad and the amount of dirt that it holds is horrible.

I have a Dyson and a Tineco. Both are fantastic. I purchased the Tineco a year ago for our place in Palm Springs Ca. Two things stick out in my mind about comparing both vacuums. They both suck about the same, except the Tineco is much quieter, and runs for a longer time on a charge. At the time we purchased the Tineco, it was about $100 cheaper than the Dyson.

So good your partner will vacuum your house from top to bottom. Multiple times a day. Because it is just that friggin easy to use. And powerful. And super easy! We have a 900 sq ft, 100 year old house and a giant black lab. It gets dirty, quickly. This vacuum is easy to pull out, super compact, and most importantly-- is powerful. Works well on both wood floors and low pile carpets. I bought it originally because our corded vacuum was slowly dying/losing performance..and didn't even get a chance to use for the first week because my husband kept vacuuming. SO....MAGIC? Go get yourself one!

I love this vacuum so much that I haven’t used my old plug-in style since. It’s very easy to use and empty, is lightweight, and the best thing is: no cord! I’m able to do my whole house (2200 sq ft) on one charge…keep in mind we have no animal hair and no kids so my floors don’t have heavy traffic. You do have to empty the small dirt container quite regularly (sometimes twice in one use) but it doesn’t bother me. I picked this model because it has a dirt sensor which saves on battery use, and I like that it has a switch so that you don’t have to hold the trigger the whole time. You could buy a second battery from Tineco to keep charged as a backup if you wanted to. It’s around $90. I don’t think I’ll need it.

It is a great product and lives up to its commitment.
