    This is the worst vaccum I've ever used. No suction power whatsoever. I got this to specifically use in my kitchen for the pine needles that my dogs bring in on their paws from the yard. This vaccum only pushed them around and did not suck anything up, even dog hair.

    Did not even last 6 months. I purchased in July 2024 and by November, a part in the handle broke rendering it unusable. We didn't use it daily. Maybe 3 or 4 days a week. Very unhappy with this purchase.

    Very poor, does not have enough suction

    I'm returning this to the store. Despite the reviews I've read, this vacuum is very poor. It hardly picks up even the lightest, smallest things...even on the turbo/extra setting. While you do want it fairly light and portable, it feels flimsy and cheap. I can't return it fast enough and get a decent vacuum.

    I bought this as a backup vacuum due to the size of our home so I wouldn't have to carry my Dyson V11 Animal all over. While it is considerably lighter than the Dyson, it has minimal suction so I end up having to still carry the Dyson around to pick up what the Tineco can't. It was cheaper than a Dyson but considering it's lackluster performance, I can't recommend it.

    Suction is pathetic on this vacuum. Useless on hardwood and tile floors. Cheap plastic pieces constantly breaking. Wish I had just bought another shark.

    Less than 9 months of ownership and it just keeps falling apart bit by bit. None of the heads are powered any longer so they don't roll. None of the lights work. The hinge on the dust collector broke so we had to purchase a new part. Quite underpowered. Avoid.

    This is the worst vacuum I have ever used. Big mistake, the charge does not last long at all and to really have good suction you need to use it on super, and that kills the battery in like 1/2 hr or less.

    My old Shark Navigator is still king. I wish i new set bought this. There are many times it doesn't vacuum my small debris on the floor unless I put it on max power which drains the battery.

    Great Vacuum!

    This is the best vacuum I've ever owned! It's lightweight, quiet, powerful, and versatile. Super easy to maneuver anywhere you want, the lights help way more than I thought they would, and the cordless convenience means I'm much more likely to grab it and clean an area that looks like it could use some attention, which is everywhere all the time because of the dog and kids. Haven't had any problems with battery life in the couple of months using it. I feel like it's priced right, too.

    It’s good Caution The light turns red when it’s cleaning it doesn’t mean that is discharge!! Lol had to YouTube that When the mess is a tuff one it turns red to indicated dirt which is a great feature!! But it’s the best purchase ever
