The vacuum is okay but Best Buy’s couriers are horrible. FedEx doesn’t look at delivery instructions.

Great product. Suction is not as strong as I thought but it works great.

Sucks at cleaning up pet hair and would maybe only be good for a tiny home with no pets. I do like the light, auto button and battery life but thats useless when it can't pick up pet hair.

I like this vacuum cleaner! It’s lightweight and doesn’t make a lot of noise , even my cat is ok when I use it while she is around. Easy to assemble and use. I highly recommend it.

We love our Tineco mop and decided to go with Tineco for our vacuum as well, however this definitely does not come close to working the same. You try to vaccum and every time you stop the vaccum a bunch of stuff falls out of it and doesn’t actually vaccum like it’s supposed to. I’d recommend spending a bit extra and getting a good quality vaccum instead.

I was excited to use this vacuum until I decided to return it. It was easy to set up and did its job well. Unfortunately, it would not charge after the second use, since the indicator light would not illuminate. Didn’t want to proceed futher with their customer support since they asked too many questions and wanted a video. Disappointed, but is what it is. Don’t think I will give it a second chance and will get something that hopefully won’t waste my time.

I bought this because it was on sale and because of its design and review reviews. I’m actually impressed and it’s doing a great job so far.

I have used a lot of different brands and makes of vacuums. I wished I would have found this product sooner. I can’t imagine using any other product but this one. You will have to try it out for yourself.

I recently got this pure one x model to be ab in-between vacuum from dust buster size to full room/house vacuum. Compared to the shark cordless vortex pro which is cordless, this is much lighter and less suction, but it still has ample power. Thus weights around 2.5lbs then add attachment. I used the bare floor and the carpet brush attachments that came with thus the first day and cleaned my basement stairs and plank flooring. It does a nice job touching this up. That being said I did go in and get under our family beds pretty easily, nice low profile. I used it to clean my van and it was not too awkward, but having the flexable hose and using the crevis or small powerhead or brush would have been easier. The suction power I kept on auto, but manual also did ok on carpet, but max was too much to comfortably push along the carpet. It kept getting stuck and skipping (nice show of force). Easy to use with gentle squeeze trigger and a quick lock to keep it running. Emptying dustbin is easy enough, and you can remove whole thing to get at filters or rinse bin if needed. Also a hepa filter on the back of the vacuum to keep down smaller dust from redepositing again. This has a wifi connection to an app, but i really dont feel i gain much info from it. Itvwill tell me estinates if filter need to clean ir change, battery charge level, and i can select power of suction from it, but i'm not going to carry my phone while vacuuming. I linked this out of the box easy enough, but for some reason it has not tracked the few time's i've used it so far. This is definitely not going to replace a bigger plugged vacuum, which the shark vortex pro could, but it fills an nice little gap that i needed to clean under tables and floors without bending over, and get a fair job on the steps. I still like the built in shopvac for my van. The price point is competative for a vacuum of this power and weight level. Thus I could see being used in a school for daily light carpet cleaning (spilled pencil shaving ect…) that kids could help with and not be too heavy. Build wise time will tell about the durability, seems substantial enough feel wise, but they kept it light. The motor is quiet, minimal vibration. Overall I do reccomend this as an option for people to buy. I give this a 4 out or 5 because It works well, but size and function makes it a bit of a niche product, not meant for full house, not meant for dustbuster duty, ok for cars.

I love the design and the power suction is amazing however the battery draining so quickly that i have to vacuum as fast as i can. I would not recommend to anyone who have large house.

I've had it for a month & it's living up to everything it's supposed to do. Zero complaints at all. Yes, I would recommend this to friends.

I’ve owned a couple stick vacuums in the past, and this isn’t quite my favorite, but I think it hits the sweet spot for most people. While it’s certainly not the most powerful, it gets most jobs done and done well. The indicator light and headlights both are helpful to let you know you’ve done enough in an area. Especially helpful for people with pets, because it’s tough to know whether you’ve vacuumed enough. The upside to slightly less power is this thing is quiet. I was able to vacuum my living room carpet and upstairs hallway without worrying about waking the kiddos. It transitions nicely from carpet to bare floors without missing a beat. I’d say it performs better on bare floors than carpets, but probably depends on what kind of carpet. It did very well on the shorter-fiber rugs we have. Another notable thing that makes this one of the “Goldilocks” stick vacuums is that it was a super easy to assemble and operate, but comes with a nice variety of attachments. The smaller attachment went great for automotive uses. The low weight also made it a breeze to mount because I didn’t worry about finding a stud (though I did use toggle bolts rather than the hardware provided). I’m not afraid of damaging my wall when docking and removing either, which is nice. Since it’s relatively small, canister-wise, it also isn’t too awkward to carry around or use the smaller length attachments. Ergonomically, this is one of the top performers. Trigger lock and weight means you won’t get sore quickly from squeezing and lugging it around. Not sure that the vacuum battery is the full advertised 70 minutes, as I’ve never in my life vacuumed that long. I vacuumed a couple times for 15 minutes or so and it seemed like it could have done that several times, based on the battery remaining. Charges quickly, but battery isn’t replaceable. Filters are changeable, and it seems to need regular cleaning. Overall, I’d recommend this to anyone needing something that can handle most everything. Probably better options for large families or multi-pet homes, but this probably does the trick if you vacuum regularly and don’t have deeper/thicker carpeting. It’d also be a great second vacuum for the kitchen or for quick messes you’d normally use a broom/dustpan for.

Initially thought this was a quality product, but this has turned out to be a piece of junk. Unit failed to charge after about 3 weeks of use. Contacted Tineco cstomer support - they shipped a new head unit, but the problem has not been solved. Have sent video and e-mail Tineco customer suport multie time requestting a full replacement since the unit is still under warranty - NO RESPONSE any longer. Do not purchase this product - at first appearnnces seem like a well made product, but failing after 3 weeks ad now the company will not honor the warranty is simply not acceptable!

Had two of the Pure One X Dual vacuum. First vacuum broke in less than a month and couldn't be repaired. A plastic tab that holds the vacuum together broke off. The second Tineco - Pure One X Dual the connection joints from the tube and motor have become so loose it is almost unusable. Returning the second for a different brand.

I’ve owned this vacuum for nearly two years and am extremely dissatisfied with its quality. Despite its attractive appearance and the convenience of an app, the suction is poor, and the battery life is terrible. I can’t vacuum more than two rooms without needing to recharge it. I now only used it for small area rugs, but it still doesn’t pick up everything. I do not recommend this product.

I do not like it worst purchase for the price for me. I wanted a vacuum without a cord but this is good for a small apart or someone without kids. I’m constantly cleaning up messes but it doesn’t pick up much the suction power is not that great. Disappointed bc I still use my cord vacuum

The large power heads worked well on the carpet and hard floors, but at times skipped and hopped on the carpet.
