It’s good for low pile rugs and floors. I do wish it had a little more suction. Overall, the product is a decent buy.

I really wanted to like this vacuum. It was so quiet, light, and didn't require holding the trigger down the whole time cleaning. It's clearly made well to be repaired, every piece seemed easily removable. Unfortunately the dust bin design is not so great. There's no mechanism to push anything out, so if you've gathered a lot of pet hair or dust bunnies you'll need to pry them out by hand. Some stuff also seemed to skip the collection barrier and collect around the prefilter instead, which you need to remove to reach and clean. I'll be keeping an eye on future Tinecos for a better dust bin mechanism in other models.

I hadn’t even had the vacuum a full year before the battery started giving out. Chatting with the company was very unprofessional as the agent was not even using proper grammar and I was trying to use my warranty which I was not able to for no reason. I explained my issue 3 times in the chat and they still didn’t offer a replacement, instead they just wanted to troubleshoot via email.

If you have pets DO NOT go for this one the fur clumps up and the suction isn't strong enough... definitely go for the pet version!

I wanted to like this based off the color, size, and potential. Unfortunately, after 2 months of having it, it stopped suctioning. In order to get it to work like a normal vacuum, you need to put it on the max setting, which only lasts a full battery for 2-4 minutes. Its never been able to pickup bigger items the size of cheerios, it just spits it back out. I would not recommend this vacuum since it does not do the minimum of what we need.

Excellent for quick clean ups around the house. Great power and super convenient. Was a little worried due the the brand being fairly new but it did not disappoint especially for the price.

It is expensive and really quite useless. It might work for spot vaccuuming, if you had a really small apartment or store. It is completely inadquate for a house and does a very poor job. It worked ok for a couple of months only. Runs out of battery fast. Now it has no suction, after just a couple of months of use.

highly recommend used shark products for years they all broke within the first year this is my second tineco product and i love both!!

This is a great product. Comes with many attachments and a wall-hanging charger. I use this vacuum in my home and in my motor home.
