I have only had this vacuum for a short time, but I am very pleased with its design and function. Normal vacuuming is very easy and thorough. The accessories provided are well designed and work well. The dirt cup is not very big, but it is easy to empty and clean. And the attachment for cleaning the prefilter is genius! I can't comment on reliability yet - give it a year or two - put it seems very sturdy for its weight.

I bought Tineco PureOne S11 vacuum online with help from the Bestbuy help desk. I got the shipment in two days. It is light, easy to install. After charge battery, I vacuumed my house and minivan. It has very good power of suction. It is also easy to clean up. When I asked question to Tineco support, I got answer quickly. I ordered two more pre-filters. I am happy I made this decision to buy this product.

Smooth, quiet. Works well, much better than my old Dyson. Easy to clean. A bit heavy.

We found ourselves looking for reviews of an affordable stick vac. Consumer Reports rated this one highly. We have had it about a month and can say based on almost daily experience, Consumer Reports was spot-on with their review. Lite weight, balance for easy use, power available when needed, long enough battery life between charges to do a significant amount of cleaning on both hardwood and carpet.

Good vacuum. It stays charged for a good period of time, it is easy to empty, and has good suction! I have had the vacuum for a little over a year now and I am not disappointed. I wanted the Dyson for a really long time but I definitely don't regret this buy for the price.

I purchased this Tineco cordless vacuum after seeing the ratings in Consumer Reports. It scored top marks in every test. (I own a Dyson, also, which needed a new battery after less than two years.) The Tineco has good suction and a light which is nice because you can actually see the dust on the hardwoods. It has a switch that can be positioned so you don't have to squeeze the trigger constantly. It has a Max mode that I like to use for area rugs. I can easily carry it up steps or from room to room. Overall, I am very pleased with the Tineco, a brand I was not familiar with.

The Tineco - PureOne S11 is acceptably good. It does a good job of picking up most items. We have noticed some objects left in carpets, requiring extra work. We have noticed some dust left on wood floors. The vacuum is light weight and easy to use. It is good for little jobs, but our old cannister vacuum is still needed for good cleaning.

This was a replacement for my 10+ year old Dyson. Has great suction power, especially when you put in the boost. Haven’t used the syncing with a computer cause who really needs to be that fancy?? LOL but it’s an interesting concept. All the attachments are great and the storage/charging station works very well.

After a month of use we’re very pleased with this Tineco handheld vac. Recommend over Dyson V series that it replaced. Well designed, efficient, surprisingly quite. Wall recharging rack stores accessories. Use medium-duty drywall anchors, not the cheap ones included.

My Tineco S11 Vacuum is great at 1/2 the price. Having a 2nd battery charged & ready will get any job done in a short time. It’s easy to empty the dust & dirt out of the bin. Easy to clean. I comes with all of the accessories you may want. A+

We purchased this product because of high ratings in Consumer Reports. Very happy with it so far. It is very light, comfortable to use and has great suction. Easy to assemble.

I really like this vacuum. It’s lightweight and easy to use. The suction is pretty powerful. The biggest drawback is the dust cup. It is messy to dump and gets dust everywhere unless you empty it into a grocery bag or put the vacuum down into the trash can to dump it.

I waited a bit to write this review. I bought this to replace my shark cordless vacuum. I am overall very pleased with it. I can vacuum just about the whole house on one charge, but it does seem to take awhile to recharge. I am going to buy a second battery to have so I can finish the job if the battery dies. Overall I think the suction is good on this vacuum, I like the lights that tell you that theres still dirt to be found. I like the fact that you can clean the filters, but it does seem to need to be done quite often - although we have cats and need to vacuum up cat litter and stuff daily. I would definitely recommend this vacuum, it works great. I deducted a star for the battery life, wish it lasted longer. Also, for it really to be effective you have to use the Max button, which is okay, but it just drains the battery faster.

Very pleased so far. Lightweight and easy to maneuver. The suction is good, not quite as good as our full size machines but good enough for quick pickups. The attachments make this very handy.

Easy to assemble and use. It has variable suction and is pretty strong at its maximum. Also has a "trigger lock" so your finger doesn't get tired while vacuuming. It can get under low spaces like under sofas. Not too bad to empty.

We love our Tineco Pure One S11 Stick Vac. We use it on our ceramic tile floors and our area rugs. It is easy to use and does a great job. We can do our whole house with one charge. It is so convenient and easy to use. We love it!

I wish I had bought this much earlier than I did - it's wonderful. I can easily move about without a cord and the suction is great. It's light enough to handle and pivots without effort. Dumping the container is also easy.

This vacuum is amazing!!! I always hated vacuuming, until I got this one. I love the ease of use and the variety of attachments it comes with.
