I love this vacuum... Picks up almost everything...

Really convenient and competitive with other brands like Dyson. I love this thing and keep it in my kitchen-adjacent room for easy access. You definitely still need a regular vacuum, but I use this for my staircase and smaller areas or messes that need quick clean up.

I give it five star because the price was awesome, got it during Black Friday and although it didn’t arrive in time but dang it works perfectly. Awesome vacuum, I must recommend.

This is based on limited experience as we only really started using it a few days ago. It seems to do the job well, especially on bare floors, but it also does good job with carpeted stairs. The battery life is good, and emptying it is easy.

Excellent vacuum for the price. It has all the top quality features at a fraction of the cost. Works great on hardwood floors.

Overview—I’ve had the Tineco Vac for about a week. First lets get it out of the way that the Tineco Vac is a very versatile product which can be used in just about any situation. From the car to home and the lesser vac’d areas around delicates. This thing arrived just in time as we have been making some modifications/additions to the property and have used it to clean the dust from drywall cutouts to wood shavings. It handles everything perfectly. For the tighter areas where a vac goes less often the crevice tool and if needed the extension are a great option. It handles tile, vinyl, and carpet perfectly. Although, I will say that carpet seems a bit wonky as it gets stuck on the carpet and thinks there is a lot of dust, which inturn increases its suction. Switching between attachments is an incredibly simple process with a single rocker button to release. Then just slide the new attachment until it clicks. The biggest hassle is trying to see the circular LED indicator while using the LED floor brush. Not much of an issue with the crevice or any attachment connected directly to the vac. Battery life is as mentioned in the product details of about 40 min on low and 10 min on full-power. It takes roughly 2-3 hours to charge. Anything larger than a 2000sqft home would need a second battery unless you only use it as a floor vac and don’t have many nooks and crannies where dust builds up to cover. Since we primarily use a robo vac around the house, with some exceptions to specific rooms, parts of hallways and living rooms being off limits to it. We can cover the remaining portion of the house on a single battery. Cleanup is fairly straightforward, although a portion of the dust bin could have been designed differently to ease cleanings. Remove attachments, push dustbin release, use crevice tool to remove remaining hair/dust, remove filter, insert new filter, and remove HEPA filter. Cleaning filters is a simple process as well. Just rinse, let dry over 24hrs, and use pre-filter cleaning tool. If anything however, the pre-filter cleaning tool seems redundant as there is no visible difference in cleanliness. You just use 1 filter to clean the other. On the software side of things, the Tineco app feels rather redundant for my use case. I’ve tried using it with the notifications and reminders but I seem to have no compelling reason to keep it. The dust metrics are fairly useless to me and the only integration I can see could be worth using is the Alexa skill. It features a battery report where you can ask Alexa for battery level on the vac. Unfortunately, I do not own any Alexa based products to use such integration making the app useless. Under the settings tab there is a Firmware Upgrade section but it only returns “you have yet to bind a device which supports firmware upgrade” making me think it won’t need updates eventually. Last but not least, Tineco designed the vac to be wall mounted for ease of storage/charging. This is a great concept for those with the wall real estate. If you're like me, with little to no wall real estate in areas where a vac would look good, avoid. Areas such as living rooms, dens, nooks, etc with higher guest traffic might not do so well. Be aware that Tineco is owned by Robot Vacuum manufacturer Ecovacs Robotics Co. of Suzhou, China.

My only complaint is the main one you use isn’t high enough to go over my cat litter.. so it pushes it around instead of picking it up. Other than that it does really great. I use it practically all over my house and it keeps dust away really well.

Setup: Very easy, take out, mount charger on the wall to hang the vacuum. Does include some drywall studs and screws which is nice. Let the vacuum charge and done. The charger will hold all the attachments except the filter cleaner. Yes this comes with a filter cleaner. Basically it sucks the dust off the filter. They are supposed to last 6 months and it comes with 2, so at least a year of use is there. Setting up the "Smart" features and details is one of the easier things I've tried. Download the app and follow the directions. Make it very simple, just need to know your WiFi password for the network your attaching it to. Process worked well. Didn't have to do anything crazy. I will definitely give Tineco Props for that and other companies could learn from how easy they make. That was great. Overall, not sure the value of the smart features behind helping you set reminders to clean and change filters etc. Its not a bad app, I just don't get the total extra add, that said. ***Usage If you need a vacuum to clean that you can hang on the wall and just grab, this is definitely the one. I use this now in my upstairs to do all the bedrooms. Its light and easy enough to power through without worrying about cords. It does pickup quite a bit from the carpet and does what I want from a vacuum in a compact package with easy to maintain parts/filters to keep it going for years. I've been very pleased with the cleaning its given and its light enough to use, though I find on longer cleaning sessions, when I did everything the first time, it did pinch a bit between my thumb and finger and turn it a bit red, since it is kind of top heavy. However it you take a break or switch hands I find it tolerable. Again it could be me and my hands so your experience could vary. ***Overall This is a great vacuum. Not sure having WiFi on it add a lot to me and honestly you don't need it, it cleans fine without the app or the wifi.If you need a portable vacuum that stores easily and doesn't have cords that you can trip over, I would highly recommend this one.

Nice vacuum cleaner. This style of vacuum cleaner was a little awkward for me to become accustom to maneuver. The motor in the upper handle makes it top heavy. I like the light indicator that measure the dirt/dust being removed.

All I can say is my wife loves it and raves about it every time she uses it! She actually asked me to review it and she's never done that before.

I've had the Tineco PureOne S11 for almost a year now and I would not recommend purchasing. I have three dogs and most of my house is hardwood flooring, so upon reading the reviews I thought it would be a decent addition to my cleaning products. I wanted something that was easy to grab and easy to use for quick clean ups and just maintaining the dust/fur in my home. Unfortunately it does not live up to its hype. I am constantly having to turn on the AutoMax mode to even get any dirt or dust up as well as go over a spot multiple times. I would not recommend if you have any sort of carpet in your home because it's absolutely useless. I also have kept up on all maintenance of the vacuum and have made sure the filter/dustbin are always clear and clean and it has made no difference. I have switched back to using my Bissell Vacuum and wish I would have settled on a Dyson instead of trying to find a cheaper route.

Surprisingly great product ,but make sure u charge battery really well otherwise u can’t vacuum too long

I really like this vacuum it works really well on my hardwood floors and low profile carpets. I do wish it had a longer lasting battery.
