Because of that I wasn't able to even use it and had to return it for a different model. Based on the Tineco Tango that I replaced it with, I would recommend this company's products.

The suction is not that great unless you use the extra power button then it only last about 8 min. before the battery is completely dead . Then it takes 3 to 4 hours to charge . It was rated number one in consumer reports , but I think they are wrong on this one .Tried to contact customer service it took up to 2 weeks to finally get response .

Awesome Vac!

Performance: The performance on this vac is top notch. The suction power is amazing and the iloop technology does a great job auto adjusting the suction power when more is needed. It is a great feature that keeps you from wasting battery on unneeded suction. The vac works great on everything from hardwood to heavy carpet. We have too big dogs and this vacuum doesn’t have any trouble getting all the hair up. It also does a good job not throwing dust out the back when using the motor head on hardwood. Charge: The charge is great, I haven’t had any trouble vacuuming my 1600 sq ft house and the option of a removable battery gives you extra charge and the extra battery port makes charging both batteries easy. App: There is an app too that records all your vacuum stats. It’s neat but not really super useful so not really a reason to buy. Overall: This vacuum keeps up with the big names, with tons of accessories and plenty of power you’ll be hard pressed to find a better cordless vacuum.

The s11 comes with your basic attachments including a mini brush, a pet brush, and an extension tube. The battery lasts about 40 min in eco mode and about 10 min on the highest setting. Still enough time to vacuum your car. I love that there is an attachment that cleans your filter. That's ingenious. You can mount the vacuum on your wall and it includes all the hardware to do so. This vacuum is extremely light and easily maneuverable. The app will tell you battery status and when it's time to change your filter as well as a few more metrics. The app is not necessary for the vacuum to function. I recommend this to anyone looking at a comparable model.

It is a quality vacuum. It comes with a variety of useful accessories. The crevice tool is more functional than many others due to its size. The dirt trap is very easy to open to clean out. The LED lights on the beater brush attachment work great and really help you see dirt you may have otherwise missed. The battery lasts a reasonable time. It looks pretty cool and futuristic. You can even pair it with an app. I love how clear and informative the display is. My wife was a little skeptical when she first saw it because it looks more like a designer item than a real vacuum. But she fell in love once she began using it, and it's now her go-to for all but deeper cleans. In short, it is versatile and works well.

Even comes with Max suction modes which are good for high traffic areas. Also has multiple attachments that are good for stairs and pets. Doesn't rotate much when you turn it, but that's not a deal-breaker. I fail to see the implications of a vacuum on wifi, other than keeping your kids or sig. other honest with their chores. That's fun but not necessary. Clean up seems easy enough. The dust bin is just one button and it came with a filter cleaner which I have never seen before. A huge plus in my book!

Terrible Vacuum

The battery is great too, I can clean downstairs, the double flight of stairs and then the upstairs bedrooms without having to pause for a charge up. I hadn’t known anything about this brand before trying out this vacuum but I am so impressed that I will certainly be looking into more of their product line!

S11 is a Winner

It de-tangles very well, picks up debris with ease, has a good feel and is not very heavy at all. It is pretty easy to clean and I think the filter cleaner is genius. I find Tineco to be a good company so far! Would recommend!

It is fairly light, easy to maneuver, and the power head has a low profile that gets under furniture easily. This would be a useful for certain jobs - but not all. I did test it on carpet in our home - and we have pets. It seemed not to be doing much on the Auto setting. Set on Max, it did a better job of picking up pet hair and dirt. The downfall of using on max is only about 10 - 15 minutes of operation. After vacuuming 2 rooms I did go back over with a corded unit to see what else was picked up. The corded vac picked up almost as much pet hair on the second pass as this vac did on first pass. However, with the smaller power brush head attached, it did a pretty good job on upholstery. Bottom line, this would be great for small areas, light traffic areas, hard floors, upholstery, car vacuuming, etc. I don't think it can take the place of a full sized vacuum.
