Was on the fence about buying this vacuum due to its size and being cordless. I wasnt sure it would be up to the task. Boy was i wrong! This thing its so light and powerful, its easy to maneuver and makes the cleaning process so much faster. I highly recommend it

It is very light and very easy to use it does not take up much space it is not a sword and it sucks with excellence I love it

Best vacuum to have, multipurpose for your entire home or desired space, even for car usage , compact and so easy to use and maintain as well I like to clean and organize overall but this vacuum make me love it to be honest.

The vacuum cleaner came out very good, I had doubts that it would not be good but it was quite the opposite. The product is excellent and it is easy to use. Even my children use them. It is very easy to use.

This is a great lightweight, cordless stick vacuum that performs well above its price point. It does a good job picking up dirt and dog hair (even long, thick dog hair) and the lights on the vacuum are very helpful for seeing where the dirt and hair is located. I think the lights on the vacuum are much more use useful when using the vacuum on hardwood floors rather than carpet. It is very quiet when you are using it in the regular vacuum mode and just slightly louder when you turn on the “max” function. The “max” function makes this product even more impressive. You can really feel the extra boost of suction when using that feature. I found the “max” feature tends to work better on hardwood floors and remains easy to navigate the vacuum, whereas with carpet it tends to be a bit tougher to move the vacuum around with maximum suction. The dustbin is very easy to open and it is conveniently located so that you can monitor how full it is getting. The vacuum comes with three handheld attachments as well as a wall mount piece. All the handheld attachments worked very well and were easy to attach/detach. It is nice that there are placeholders on the wall mount to hang the handheld attachments so that they are easily stored near the vacuum. The battery life on this vacuum is decent, but varies significantly in battery life when using it in the regular vacuum mode vs the “max” mode. The max mode uses up the battery much faster, so I would say it cuts the runtime down by almost half of what you can get out of it in the standard vacuum mode. The one thing that I didn’t like about this vacuum is that the wheels squeak quite a bit when using it on hardwood floors. Overall, it is a good product and I highly recommend it.

The power hero 10s is a nice compact little vacuum. Looks good in rose gold and has a good variety of accessories. Suction is pretty decent and it does have a turbo button if you need extra power. It's not very loud, so I don't feel bad about using it in the evening. That being said, this is better suited as a secondary vacuum. Battery life is decent but don't expect to do a whole house on a charge. It's more for quick rooms or spot cleaning. The bin is small and fills up quite quickly. But it is very easy to empty and all the filters are quick to remove and clean. Comes with hardware to wall mount and charge, or you can just remove the battery and charge it seperately. There's a locking switch when you start it so you don't have to keep pressing a trigger while using it like other brands. It's nice joy having that extra strain on the finger and also let's you hold it in more unusual ways in case you need to lift it or place it somewhere. When you want to turn it off, just flick the slider. All in all, it you have a small place or a primary vacuum, this is a nice addition. Though the price is kind of high for a backup cleaner. That being said I may use this as a car cleanup vacuum because it's so portable

This vacuum is what i been looking for it charges quick and the battery last long i can clean my whole house and its very powerful to suck anything

The vacuum is lightweight, effective, and makes for a great backup vacuum to do quick cleaning work.

I wanted to “Love” this vacuum. I did for the first week. As of now the “max” power button doesn’t work! I don’t think I would recommend this stick vacuum. Sorry

Right off the bat I would like to say that I can not believe how lightweight this vacuum is. It is listed as 5.9lbs, but that must be with the main attachments because the base unit by itself only feels like 3 lbs. For the size and weight of this vacuum I would not expect it to be able to pick up anything, yet it works almost as well as my regular floor model at 4 times the weight. The regular suction mode works great at picking virtually everything up that it encounters with just the extension as an attachment. Once you add the powered brush attachment the suction seems to increase with the reduced open air space around the head of the brush. The powered head unit zips through on any surface and pulls a good deal of dirt from anything it touches. Once you engage the "MAX" button for the increased performance you can feel the head of the brush being suctioned to the floor. I literally could not believe the amount of dirt and dust this tiny unit was pulling from what looked like a clean rug. I was so thrilled with it's cleaning power and mobility that I didn't want to put it down. The powered brush head also has an incredible range of motion. I was able to twist and turn that thing around every corner as if it was on rails and no part of the brush head ever left the floor.It's the perfect size to fit under and around chairs, desks and narrow areas. It even has an LED light strip to see debris on any floor no matter the room's lighting. The vacuum comes with 3 other attachments, a smaller powered floor attachment for even tighter floor spaces or furniture, an elongated narrow crevice tool to get between seat cushions and stuff, and a 2 in 1 dusting brush. All of these attachments work excellent except for the 2 in 1 dusting brush. I like the idea of a dusting brush but feel that the opening is too wide, with trying to cover a larger area for dusting it loses a lot of focused suction. The bristles do most of the work by moving or trapping the dust in the bristles themselves. I found myself constantly pulling and knocking the dust out of the bristles into the mouth of the tool to make sure they were not dropped elsewhere.  I also like the fact that all of the attachments fit on with a grooved edge and most have a quick release tab to lock them into place, so they don't accidentally drop off. Because the unit is so lightweight and compact it can be used virtually anywhere, I have enjoyed using it in my car every chance I get. It's so easy to carry up the stairs in the house and vacuum as I go, and even just as easy to vacuum out my drapes and window treatments. It fits perfectly for any cleaning task at hand. I did notice that after quite a few cleanings that even with a full battery charge, the unit started to have difficulty picking up items like cat food on the regular mode, and I would have to use the "MAX" power setting to grab those items. The simple fix for this is to pull out the mesh filter out of the unit and remove the pre-filter. Everything pops out with a light twist and is easy to clean. The pre-filter needs to be rinsed under cold water to remove the clogging dust particles. Once this is done and the filters completely dried you can resume your fun of vacuuming everything at the restored suction levels. The Hepa filter in the handle can also be rinsed to remove odors and other accumulated dust particles. Overall this vacuum is a joy to use, and cleans with impressive results. The included manual indicates that there are optional accessories for different uses, and it looks like there might be a better option in there for a dusting tool, than the one that came with it. Oh, it is quieter than most vacuums but still is noticeable as a vacuum sound, but on a plus, it doesn't seem to startle my pets as much as a corded vacuum. I would definitely recommend this for anyone with back issues or other weight restricting conditions because of its weight and ease of use.

Purchased this garbage of a vacuum cleaner in January 14, 2023 and it broke this week (March 11th).. I don’t vacuum everyday either so this product should have lasted more than 2 months! Before purchasing anything from Best Buy, remember that their return policy is 15 days and they WILL NOT work with the customer after that! I was provided no options; can’t return, no exchanges, no repairs.. They said to call the manufacturer which never answered the calls I placed. I would not be surprised if Best Buy goes bankrupt due to poor customer service and products that don’t last.

Not the greatest, after only having it for two months. The button for Max power does not work. Cleaning the bottom roller takes time it's not and easy take out and clean. Suction I give it a 3 out of 5. Installation was easy. For the price I expected more and for it to work more than 2 months.

Love this! We have a shabby carpet that our robot cannot clean. Was looking for a vacuum to use for this carpet and the car fans etc. some of the noticeable points Lightweight but very powerful and good suction Attachments work great and easy to put on Hepa filter easy to remove install Not heavy and bracket works great can hold attachments on each side. Not sure how long battery lasts but out of the box there was a charge and was ready to use. I plugged it in and flashing blue light indicator that it was charging You can see all the dirt it picks and removal is nice and easy of all the debris it picks up The light while using it is nice and bright in front and is great for dark areas or night cleaning Cats are safe and not bothered it’s quiet or at least a lot quieter then some that I’ve used Well made, sturdy and so easy to set up Overall: cordless… Love that and it’s so useful to just take it and clean the car or rooms without limitations. Looks good and has some serious cleaning power. I wish the charging cable was white instead of black but that’s not a huge problem.

This has quickly become my favorite and most used vacuum in the house. It’s light, easy to maneuver, and being cordless makes it easy to grab and use in a pinch. I was initially concerned about the 29 minute battery life, but as a secondary vacuum it holds up to most of my cleaning tasks. I mostly use it for quick clean ups of any dust, hair, or messes I see around the house, and it also works great as a car vacuum. The extension tube gives it enough reach to hit most ceilings and the lightweight body makes it easy to carry and angle anywhere. The suction power isn’t bad, but it’s much better in MAX mode. I really wish the MAX mode didn’t drop the run time to 9 minutes, but I generally don’t need it that high anyway. There’s going to be compromises for a wireless battery operated vacuum and I think Tineco has found a good balance between power, longevity, and weight. It’s that balance that has made the 10S so useful and why it has quickly become my go-to vacuum. Quick pet and hair clean ups, dust bunnies, dry food spills, kitty litter, stairs, cleaning between couch cushions, kitchen crumbs, the 10S makes quick work of it all and it’s back on the charger for the next spot duty clean. I do wish a full charge was faster than 3-4 hours, but it hasn’t become an issue the way I use it. What is kind of annoying is the half second delay between pulling the trigger and the vacuum to start running. It doesn’t affect performance in any way, and it’s not like I’m vacuuming a moving target that needs precision timing, it’s just a personal annoyance that I’m nitpicking about. Overall, the PWRHERO 10S is an excellent cordless vacuum that’s lightweight and convenient to use. I wouldn’t recommend a battery operated vacuum as your only primary one, but this makes an outstanding secondary vacuum for quick clean ups, cars, and spot duty. Highly recommended. PROS - Cordless - Lightweight - Plenty of useful attachments - Easy to angle and maneuver - Convenient to grab and use - Good suction - Trigger hold switch is convenient - Attractive design CONS - Only 29 minute of run time and 9 minutes at MAX power - Takes a 3-4 hours to fully charge - Delay between pulling trigger and turning on

This is a lightweight - both in terms of physical size and performance - stick vacuum which can be a good second vacuum. I use it upstairs which is an area that has less foot traffic when I do not want to carry the high performance, heavier vacuum up the stairs. One of the nice features is the color - it is unusual that vacuums give you options. This is an attractive tool. Also, it comes with some nice accessories such as the crevice tool, the soft brush attachment and s smaller head for going into areas where the wider head does not. It is also nice that the unit arrived charged and ready to use. One drawback is that the head does not pivot as low as the other stick vacuum I own, so I was not able to vacuum under low cabinets like I can with other stick vacuums. Being a smaller unit, the battery life is more limited ad the capacity of the dust trap is significantly smaller than on other vacuums. In general, I like the size and weight for when I need a vacuum handy on the second floor, but it is not powerful enough to be the only vacuum I would own.

Lightweight, excellent at picking up debris. Not loud at all. Love it is wireless. Wish it lasted longer than about 40 minutes of usage.

The stick vacuum is lightweight and easy to move. The suction is enough. The only thing I don’t like is the battery time with usage is only like 10-15 minutes.
