The Tineco - PWRHERO 11 Pet Cordless Stick Vacuum is lightweight and useful. The vacuum is easily assembled in just a few minutes of snapping together various parts, for a standard floor vacuuming, attaching two sections of tube combined with a 10.4 inch-wide powerhead. There are a few variations you can use with the attachments including a smaller powerhead, an edge tool and one with a brush. As for cleaning: - Bare floors, 7 out of 10 - seemed to do ok, picking up dirt and hair without much effort - Carpets, 8 out of 10 – good suction always desirable, the powerheads did seem to do a decent job with lifting the carpet and getting dirt and pet hair off the floor - Furniture, 9 out of 10 – this seemed to really be where the unit excelled, especially when using it in a hand vac configuration. Picked up a good amount of black cat hair from out light-colored outdoor furnishings. Using the vacuum: The rechargeable battery slides into the main portion of the motorized piece of the vacuum. As with other vacuums these days, the battery and filters are proprietary which leaves me a little wary when they have to be replaced. For now, I’ll just clean the filter with high velocity air. The on/off is a trigger type which luckily has a locking mechanism, so your hand does not get tired. Overall, I found it a bit awkward to grip properly, although my wife with much smaller hands seemed to not have a problem and thought it was comfortable and light to use. There are three power levels, although I mostly used it on Max, lower power settings will yield better battery life which seems to impact the how quickly the motor spins after a few mins on max, but from then it runs at a consistent speed until the battery dies. Battery life really didn’t seem to be an issue as I got about the rated 40 minutes out of the unit, with about three hours to fully recharge. I did notice during especially intense cleaning sessions where the vacuum was pulling in less air from the cleaning surface the air coming out on the vent on the motor was pretty hot, almost blow dryer like at one point, not sure if this is normal but something to watch. When it had the ability to pull up more air (for instance on a bare floor) the motor exhaust cooled quickly. Pros: - Does a good job cleaning, especially in a hand vac mode configuration - Wireless - Multiple attachments including a Full-size hard floor LED power brush, Mini-power brush (awesome for hand vac mode) and 2 in 1 dusting brush and crevice tool - provided dock station Cons: - some may find the grip awkward - the stick modular portions are hard to separate - motor exhaust can get warm to hot during certain cleaning conditions

The Tineco PWRHERO 11 cordless stick vacuum for pets has been a game changer. I never realized how much pet hair was still on my dark tile floors until I used this vacuum with a light on it. It makes it so easy for me to see the pet hair and debris on the floor so I know where to vacuum the tile and I can see it has been cleaned up. The stick vacuum was very easy to assemble. It literally was 3 pieces to snap together and you are ready to vacuum. The battery had a charge - so I literally was vacuuming within 5 minutes of opening the box. One of the best features that I like on this Tineco stick vacuum compared to my previous stick vacuum is that it has a switch that you can turn on for continuous mode. You don’t have to keep the trigger pushed if you switch it over. The vacuum is very light weight compared to my previous stick vacuum. It has three modes for a light, medium or heavy suction. It has worked great to clean up the pet hair and it very easy to empty. You can switch between the stick vacuum and the attachments to get in smaller spaces or on furniture. I am able to vacuum my entire 2200 sq ft home in one charge and still have time left on the battery. This is a nice stick vacuum and works great for pet hair.

The Tineco PWRHERO 11 Pet Cordless Stick Vacuum came with the following items. Main handheld vacuum Tube Anti-tangle LED Power Brush Mini Power Brush 2-in-1 Dusting Brush Crevice Tool Wall Mounted Dock Battery Charger Manual Assembly was fairly easy although I got a little confused with which end goes where when putting together the tube and attaching it into the main body. The battery is removable and charging the battery took a little over 4 hours to fully charge. For my first test run, I decided to use the anti-tangle LED Power Brush and was able to vacuum my living room and upstairs bedrooms and hallway on one charge at a Low Power setting. The vacuum was very light and comfortable to use. The battery is supposed to last about 35/19/12 minutes at low/med/high power settings. There seems to be light indicators on the battery to indicate its charge level but I didn’t see any lights so I didn’t know how much charge was left after my vacuuming session. I found emptying the dustbin and cleaning the filters very easy to do. You just click on the dustbin release button and the bottom lid pops open to empty the contents. Even at the lowest power setting, I felt the suction power was more than satisfactory for cleaning my carpet. In fact, out of my other two cordless vacuums, I think this provides the strongest suction power. Another thing I noticed is that it is extremely quiet compared to my other vacuums (both cordless and corded). It is so quiet that you might think it isn’t doing a very good job at cleaning but when you empty the dustbin, you are immediately reassured that it did a great job by how much dust it has collected. I have never heard of Tineco before but I am very impressed with the PWRHERO 11 Pet Cordless Stick Vacuum. The vacuum cleaner has an attractive design, feels well built and is light and comfortable to use. Hopefully, it will also prove to be very reliable in the long run. I will definitely pay attention to the Tineco brand in the future. I think this is an excellent value. I can strongly recommend the Tineco PWRHERO 11 Pet Cordless Stick Vacuum to anyone in the market for a new cordless vacuum cleaner.

Tineco PWRHERO 11 pet Pet vacuum is lightweight and handy to have around. It’s easy to pick up and use the vacuum at a moment's notice. It picks up pet hair fine off hardwood floors on the lowest speed available. Assembly was easy enough for me to do in less than 10 minutes. Putting the pet cordless vacuum together was painless in that regard. PWRHERO 11 Pet accessories include a Mini-Power Brush, Anti-Tangle Brush, Crevice Tool, and 2-in-1 Dusting Tool so it's a lot here to work with when picking up pet hair. A cordless vacuum is also designed well which makes it look like a modern vacuum. not a fan of the color but the power of the vacuum is there. The easily accessible button the change speeds is on the front. (Low, med, and Hi) A/C barrel plug on the side makes it easy to charge. The vacuum can reach corners and crevices pretty well. There are lights on The vacuum makes it easy to find dirt and debris on the floors themselves. The suction on the vacuum is also pretty strong on the highest setting, This use is more power that’s the battery goes down even quicker on this setting. holding the trigger starts the vacuum up and as long as your figure stays on the trigger that's how long it's now. It's no definite on and off switch. PWRHERO11 does what it’s advertised to do and that picks up pet hair with quick ease. What this doesn’t work on well is the thick carpet from my testing. It’s been having trouble picking up the hair from my bulldog on the carpet for whatever reason. Outside of that, the vacuum is pretty good and I have no problems using it. it does the job it's supposed to do and picks up pet hair perfectly. Great vacuum with good power.

Great compact vacuum with many different options with connections to do different things. This vacuum is pretty good with hair and pet fur. I have 3 people in my house that have long hair and it it performed really well. The rollers did not get jammed. The filter did well in keeping the hair and pet fur. The maneuverability is great. Using the long extension and the floor roller was nice. The 3 power settings is nice. My kid was easily able to use it. He used the upholstery adapter and went to town vacuuming up glitter all over the place easily. Emptying the canister was easy. And dropping out the filter to get the hair out was easy too. Remember, this is a small capacity unit so you will need to empty frequently. This unit lasted about 30 mins straight. The wall mount is nice. It keeps everything organized. Charging is easy. Plug adapter in wall and you plug the connection on the side and you are all set. Based on the criteria of use and various options and resulted outcome I would recommend this product.

I'm a big stickler for design in products nowadays. While this product functions pretty well as a vacuum, its design and thoughtfulness is lacking. Let's start with the good: the suction on this thing is amazing, but it could be problematic for some users. Even on the low setting, it pulls up rugs and I have to utilize a "push-only" motion instead of your typical push/pull due to this. But hey, it's getting the job done. As far as design, here are the issues I have found: 1) You have to manually plug this into its charger when you place it on the charging base. On a previous stick vacuum I had, placing on the base plugged it in in one swift motion. 2) The charging indicator is on the opposite side of the charging port. So you're going to be inconvenienced by either having to reach around and plug it in, or having to look on the other side of the dock to see the charging status. 3) The anchors for the drywall mounting were completely useless; they are set to deep for my 2009-constructed house which, I'm betting, means they're too deep for most houses. 4) The cable-run for the wall-mount is bottom-only. If your charging cord comes in from the top, you're left with an ugly setup. The unit performs well and is good value for the money. I like that you can flip a switch to "lock" the vacuum button so you don't have to hold it down the entire time you want to be vacuuming!

Tineco (which is a sub brand of Ecovacs Robotics Inc.) is a fairly young company which was founded back in 1998. They certainly have a ways to go in order to create a name for themselves, but they seem to be on the right track as they offer a wide variety of vacuum options at reasonable prices. For me, it was the convenience of a lightweight and portable pet vacuum that had me sold. Between our two dogs and the cats we frequently foster - pet hair always seems to be collecting on our floors. Luckily for me, the PWRHERO 11 quickly and quietly sucks the pet hair from our hard floors. It is maneuverable and convenient, but it is far from perfect. The vacuum is constructed entirely from plastic giving it a cheap feel and it appears as though nearly every possible corner has been cut to keep the company’s costs to a bare bones minimum. The rigid plastic feels as though it could crack if it falls over, or is dropped - which does happen with stick vacuums. Make no mistake, no part of this vacuum can be repaired. The manufacturer does offer a 2 year warranty, but I am not confident that it would cover a replacement if any of the plastic joints, clips, or components break. I would recommend the Tineco to those who have hardwood or laminate floors. The vacuum is maneuverable, convenient, and has rubber over the wheels that ensure hard floors are not scratched. The only issue I have with vacuuming hard surfaces is that the brush sits low enough to the floor that it struggles to pick up larger debris. We have kids in our house which means it’s only a matter of time before we are trying to suck up fallen cheerios or stray goldfish crackers. On the high suction setting, the vacuum may suck up most chunky debris - but often it simply pushes them around until the power is turned off - at which point the cheerios fall back to the floor. For quick jobs on hard surfaces, the PWRHERO 11 works rather well, but the suction is only able to give a surface clean on carpet. The small tank quickly fills with pet hair, but even after several passes over carpet - a surprising amount of dirt is left over for a full sized vacuum to suck up. I do not recommend purchasing this Tineco as your only vacuum - unless you live in a small apartment with no carpet. Think of this as a lightweight option to quickly suck up crumbs or dust bunnies. CONS: - Cheap Plastic Construction - Dust Bin is quite small and fills quickly - Dust Bin doesn’t easily detach - meaning that typically the stick portion of the vacuum must be removed before the dust bin can be easily emptied. Instead of carrying only the dust bin to the garbage, the entire base unit is held over the garbage and the bottom drops open. - Struggles to pull dirt and hair from corners and where the flooring meets a wall - Struggles to pick up larger debris: For example cheerios will only be sucked up on the highest suction setting - and even then they are often pushed around the floor only to fall out when the vacuum is turned off - Power button trigger must be held down or locked - Locking the power button requires two hands - Adjusting the suction strength requires a 2nd hand - Charging cable must be manually attached to the vacuum (even when it is placed into the docking station - The limited power only cleans the surface of carpet - Vacuum height does not adjust - Smaller power brush does not have a quick release which would allow tangles to be removed from the brush tube. - Replacement / spare batteries are not offered from Best Buy. - There are two filters that often need replacement PROS: + The larger anti-tangle brush has a quick release that allows the user to easily remove tangled hair and debris from the roller brush. + The large anti-tangle brush has a light which is convenient and works well + Length of the battery life is appropriate for most household jobs + The Mount holds all of the included accessories and has a spot to store an extra battery + The vacuum is reasonably quiet + The unit is light weight which makes it portable and maneuverable

I have been wanting this vacuum for about a year now and i hva eha it for a few months now. I use it every other day in our house for our dog sheds like crazy. It works phenomenally on non carpet floors. We have a few rugs in our house and the suction is too strong to use it on them, so thats a bummer. I have to use the smaller attachment for couches on our rugs.

Kinda regret buying this vacuum . When im done vacuuming an left it up to pit itback up, all the dirt and other stuff just falls right out the bottom. ALSO when i go to use level two and 3 (max) it will run for 5 seconds then shut off and blink red for a few seconds then i have to turn it back on and only use level 1. Had this vacuum for at least a month now and doing understand why it’s doing this.. wish i went with a dyson vacuum instead…

Great vacuum for small areas. If you are looking for general carpet vacuuming get the corded one. Dyson is an awesome product!

very unhappy with the unit and wound up returning it. Though it was brand new, it was full of dust. The trigger to turn it on was touchy at best and you had to squeeze it in just the right spot for it to turn on. Also the wall mount had no electrical connection to plug the charger in so you would have to plug/unplug the vacuum each time you hung it up.

Works well, easy to use battery life is okay but for the price I would recommend
