I absolutely love this vacuum. It glides across the floor so smoothly. Pick stuff off the floor great. It’s great on carpet and hard wood floors. Overall 10/10

Bought this for my wife because she had been wanting one for awhile. It comes with a wall mount kit and hardly takes up any room. It seems to be working very well.

I love the concept of a cordless vacuum. But this one did not work for me. It was top-heavy. If you have wrist problems, this probably will not work for you.

Our household has found this Tineco cordless stick vacuum to be a pretty handy household device so far. Upon opening the box I was surprised by how many different attachments the vacuum came with, it came with even more than a normal vacuum, making it far more versatile right away. While playing with all the attachments we found plenty of places this vacuum is great for besides normal floor vacuuming: on all our stairs, in the car, on top of the fridge, and along baseboard trim to name a few. The suction power is excellent, the most I have seen from a cordless vacuum yet, while also being one of the quietest. I thought the quiet sound was almost deceiving because it sounds like it is not vacuuming much, but it is very strong suction when compared to the volume. In the past I have found cordless vacuums lack enough power to fluff up the carpet, however this device has enough suction to suck up so much while also fluffing the carpet and making it look like it was actually vacuumed, while other cordless vacuums seem to just go over the surface without the fluffing. The battery has been lasting surprisingly long, even when turning the level on high we can still vacuum the whole upper level of the house without it dying. I am loving the feature that combs the hair out of the brush so it does not get stuck and build up, gone are the days of getting the scissors and cutting the hair build up out. I have noticed emptying the vacuum is not very ideal, it seems like no matter how I try to go about it, there's no way around just shoving my fingers into the debris to get it all out, and also get to the area the hair builds up in. This makes emptying the vacuum a bit dirty and dusty, especially compared to most vacuums where you can just open a door and it all falls out. I also thought the vacuum can be hard to maneuver at times compared to other vacuums, especially on carpet. It is still easy to use, but maybe for someone older or weaker in the arms/wrists for any reason, this may make moving the vacuum around a little more difficult. Overall though we are satisfied with this device and have already noticed it helping us keep our household just a little bit cleaner and would recommend it to any house dealing with pet and human hair, it seems to shine when it comes to hair removal!

The Tineco PWRHERO 11 is nothing short of impressive. The vaccuum impressively allows me to clean my apartment late at night and the neighbors below are none the wiser. Cleaning the system if it gets jammed is also quite easy. The suction for the form factor that is provided is right where it needs to be. When it comes to cleaning the cat hair that is everywhere... well lets just say... it gets every nook and cranny. It also is portable which makes life so easy if I want to clean my car as well. The wall mount is solid as well. It comes with two screws and plastic drywall anchors which aren't as effective. If you can, try to mount it directly to a stud as it is much more secure overall. The dock does not include the charger, its actually a cable that you have to route through it and then it connects. The main base unit carries a significant weight factor so be sure to take that into account when mounting the wall mount. The charge lasts quite awhile and doesn't lose suction till the very end of the battery life cycle. Overall it is a solid product and reliable.

    Great for cat litter

We've been through 2-3 stick vacs so far, and this has been the most successful of them. Our main use is for around our cat's litter box. Even though it's a covered box, she somehow still gets most of the litter outside the opening and then tracks it around the living room. For this reason we keep a stick vac charging next to the litter box so we can touch up after litter changes. Here's the problem; stick vacs tend to suck up the litter into the tube and then drop a bunch of it again once you release the suction. It gets worse over time as the filter gets clogged up, but in the past this kept happening even with a fresh vacuum. This one, on the other hand, is a keeper! There are three levels of suction and the highest is extremely powerful and pulls the litter into the chamber enough to keep most of it from falling back out. The pre-filter does start to get clogged fairly fast (cat litter is a vacuum torture test, so I won't hold it against them!) so it requires rinsing and drying every couple washes. Luckily it's really easy to remove and clean. Emptying is simple, just dangle the chamber over the garbage can and pop the latch and the bottom drops along with the dust. Pretty standard as far as stick-vacs go. Assembly pretty much requires plugging the components into each other and charging. It came with a nice hanging station that holds the vacuum and the tools, but I haven't used it. There's no plave for me to hang it in that area, so I don't use it. I did notice that the run time is considerably shorter on the highest setting than the lowest (which makes sense!) but since we're mostly using this in a small area for quick cleanups. The litter box is on carpet, but we've used this on out hardwood floors adjacent to the room with the same success. If you have cats, I would highly recommend giving this vacuum a try. I would also recommend it for similar messes, like sand if you live in a beach area.

I had heard good things about the Tineco vacuums in some of the social media groups I am in, so I was eager to try this. I have three children and six animals (yes, you read that right). Four dogs and two cats. We. Have. Hair. All the time. So, we need a robust vacuum to keep up with our needs. Another challenge I have is that I need something lightweight, as I’ve had issues with my back for years. Getting up and downstairs with a heavy upright with a cord is just not feasible. For comparison, I will be referencing the vacuum I use the most, my LG Cord Zero, also from Best Buy. It does a good job for the most part but it’s not a “pet” vacuum. For starters, you have a Quick Assembly guide on the first flap. That’s nice. It’s simple to put together, though I’m not crazy about how it assembles. The black buttons to release the parts are OK, but my LG will click when their tools are in place. I also push down on their releases while pulling out the tool, where the Tineco, you push the button down and then you pull. Sometimes I wasn’t sure it released when I tried to take it apart. First impressions were that it’s beautiful, for a vacuum cleaner. Nice colors, nice design. The materials feel of less quality as compared to the LG. It feels more susceptible to damage. Don't get me wrong -- it's sturdy enough for daily use. Heavy use, I'm not sure. Next quibble is that it doesn’t stand up by itself. Neither does my LG, to be fair. However, the LG has a charging stand that can also be mounted to a wall. The Tineco comes with a wall mount only. You can charge the battery alone, or in the vacuum. However, without a stand or the ability to stand upright on its own, you’ll need to lean it against something for charging. I have not installed the wall mount yet, as I have not decided where it will live when not in use. Now, to use. The vacuum has a trigger that you have to constantly hold down to start the machine. It also comes with a little switch that allows you lock the trigger down for extended use. I would have liked a push button for on/off, but it’s not a huge deal. I wonder what will happen, though, if that little switch breaks, which I can see me doing. It has three power modes. The first level does an average job of picking up the dirt. You can feel that the second mode has more suction. The third mode, however – oh, boy. My carpet literally lifted up into the attachment when I tried it. I couldn’t get the vacuum to roll easily on that mode. I tried that mode on the hard floor and it was still hard to push. The light on the floor attachment is very helpful for seeing all the dirt and hair you’ve missed. It doesn’t do great on edges, though. It also doesn’t pick up tufts of hair. One of my dogs is a Chow Mix. He has got some hair and he hasn’t been to the groomer in a while. I take several passes over the hairy tumbleweeds and the vacuum still won’t pick it up, in any mode. Good for floors, but not great for anything that isn’t embedded in the surface of the rug. Lightweight enough to use on the stairs, though I didn’t not think it did a fantastic job on them. Just average. Easy enough to empty. You will have to remove the spindle inside the unit to clear it out. My LG, I can use a pencil to loosen and remove the wrapped hair. The design of the Tineco doesn’t allow that, so you have to take that piece out. All in all, it’s a good value. I think it will become the upstairs stick vac in my house.

I have a two year old German Shepherd dog, and she SHEDS, well Tineco pet cordless stick delivers. The best feature about this vac, is the multiple cleaning attachments it comes with. The pet eraser definitely picks up on the suede couch, and the battery life lasts long enough to clean the vinly floored areas of my 750sqft apartment on max setting. One of the drawbacks I didn't like was that it -has- to be wall mounted, and so it's mounted in my utility room, but an extension cord was needed for power. Other than that, I really love how I can just snag this off the wall to do quick spot cleaning before guests come over. It has an interesting trigger system to activate it, and a trigger lock to keep the vac from powering down for longer usage, and the main powered brush head has an LED that definitely highlights the pet hair. Empying and cleaning the dust canister is easy, flip switch and dump it into the garbage bin. It does have room for a second battery, but the unit only comes with one, so if you need to clean a bigger space, you will want to purchase a separate battery.

    A Good Vacuum.

I like this vacuum. One of the most important things to me about vacuums is how powerful the suction is. The suction on this vacuum is good. The brush works perfectly as you can see the lines from vacuumed rugs. You can get it in tight spots as the bottom of the vacuum stick is very flexible. There’s a lock on the trigger that I really like so you don’t have to hold the button the entire time of operation. Relief for your finger. There are 3 different power levels to cycle through if you need a little more power. It’s not as loud as other vacuums either. Different adapters comes along with the vacuum to convert it to handheld. This is perfect because this will allow me to use it in my car. I like the brush attachment because it can agitate stubborn particles but I don’t care too much for the crevice tool. The one thing I don’t care too much for which made me rate 4 stars is that in order to empty the bin there’s a button you have to press on the front of the vacuum. The allows the dust and trash to potentially get on your hand and clothes. It may have been better if this button was on the back of the vacuum. Not a total deal breaker but it is concerning. Nevertheless, this is a good vacuum and you will not waste your money if you purchase. Oh and by the way it does a great job on pet hair and dander.

I was unsure of what I was getting when I picked up this stick vacuum. I've never owned a Tineco before and I was eager to put it through its paces and see how it compared to the Shark vacs I'm used to. I'm happy to report I am extremely impressed and would definitely recommend it to others. All of the parts are very well made. All feel sturdy and will more than stand up to the rigors of regular cleaning use and the odd accidental knock or bonk. Everything fits together seamlessly and parts are easy to snap together and separate. I really like the design choice of having the charging port on the battery itself rather than integrated into the vacuum base. If you're like me and keep multiple batteries on hand for your stick vacs this allows you to charge one while using another. The dock/base that comes with the unit is also very sturdy, fairly aesthetically pleasing, and thoughtfully laid out. I especially like the battery compartment at the top and the fact that all of the accessories that come in the box fit in the dock at the same time. Usually a manufacturer will include a "bonus" attachment in the box and it ends up being the "odd one out" when it comes to docking with an included stand or base. Battery capacity is essentially what I expected it to be. Stick vacuums don't last terribly long, but with this one I consistently got between 20 - 30 minutes of continuous use mixing and matching the 3 power settings as I went. Speaking of the power settings, I am THOROUGHLY impressed with the suction I get with this unit. Especially the highest one. I have 3 dogs, all of whom shed, and it's a constant battle to keep all that at bay. It gets everywhere, Under tables, under beds, under sofas. You name it. One of the first things I look for in a stick vac is "Will the suction be enough to get that tuft of dog hair that somehow ended up dead center under the bed? I am happy to say this one is up to the task. All in all, I am VERY happy with this vacuum. I didn't think I'd ever like something more than my Sharks, but this one has me wanting to check out the rest of the Tineco lineup.

Unpacking - everything was nicely organized and on the box there were instructions for quick set up. As soon as I unpacked I plugged in the battery pack and charged it to full capacity. It took almost 3hrs to fully charge. Assembly - Instructions were very easy to follow. I connected the dusting head first because I wanted to clean the baseboards and do some edging. As soon as the battery pack was fully charged I connected and turned it on first to low speed. It wasn't picking up the dust bunnies so I increased the speed to max speed. I timed it at high speed and the battery lasted for only 11 minutes, which was disappointing. I had to stop and recharge the battery and wait another 3hrs until fully charged. I ended up using my corded vacuum to finish cleaning. Next day after charging I connected the floor vacuum head to check out how well the vacuum would work on hardwood floors and dog hair. I must admit that I was impressed because I started off at low speed and increased to middle speed. Battery life lasted for 18 minutes which was pretty decent, I was able to vacuum under the table and the kitchen, as well as do some edging. I loved how it picked up the dog hair and the best thing is the LED lighting so you can see the dirt picked up after going over the sections.some areas I had to go over twice at low speed. Accessories - I do like the wall kit because you were able to attach to the wall and it had places for all the attachments so you don't lose anything. Another cool thing is that you can charge it while connected to the wall so you don't have to remove the battery to charge. Another feature that I was impressed with is how clean the canister and HEPA filter was after picking up a lot of the dog hair. It wasn't dusty or very dirty, I opened the canister over the garbage and it drop out and I helped remove some of the hair but overall the canister did not smell of the dog hair like my other vacuum after vacuuming. The weight of the vacuum varied with attachments. I found it to require two hands when using the dusting attachment. It would be great if it was lighter. When using the floor attachment the one great thing is how the head articulates and I was able to vacuum under the beds no issues with reaching. Overall, the reason why I gave it 3 stars was because the battery life was short and you had to have it on high in order to dust edging. When using the floor attachment the dirt picked up however I had to lift it sometimes to pick up a piece of dog kibble because the head is low to the ground. This is a positive because there were no issues with picking up the dog hair which is why I would recommend this vacuum to dog owners. I would recommend purchasing additional battery packs so there is no down time when cleaning. I would recommend this cordless stick vacuum for pet owners for quick cleaning on the couch and quick floor clean ups. If you are considering this as your only vacuum then I highly recommend purchasing additional battery packs.
