Section also became weak. It also tells you it's not for heavy objects like food or Cheerios is for very light stuff like dust. It could barely pick up rice strains. You have to force it if you wanted to pick up something and even then it won't.

It’s ergonomic and lightweight but that’s about all I can think of. No (practical) suction power unless you need something to vacuum the dandruff off your shoulders…and that might take several passes. Was windering why it doesn’t have a wall mount charging station or at least a stand of some sort but they probably figured…why bother? Not impressed!

It’s completely dead and does not charge. It was never too powerful to begin with. I am Very dissatisfied. Best Buy should not sell this product.

No Stand and So-So Performance

Do not like that it did not come with a stand, despite one of the product's pictures appearing that it had a stand. So it'll just lay flat and take up extra space because they could not provide a stand or a wall mount accessory. The unit also has a rubber bumper surface at the inlet which ends up making it catch as you run it along a surface to clean.
