Got the sim for only 1$ with 30$ worth of credit. I am using it as a secondary sim. Nice network and decent internet speed. Good flexible plans which are definitely better than the major networks if limited internet is not an issue.

Its postpaid but you control what kind of plan you want and pay accordingly. Very easy to activate and use. The $30 credit to start with is a nice bonus.

Ting is an MVNO of both Verizon and T-mobile. The product comes with two sim cards, X1 and V1. V1 is for Verizon and X1 was supposed to be for T-Mobile. Unfortunately X1 is the old version (Thing's current version is X3) and therefore cannot be activated. Just be aware of this issue. I didn't much care since I am moving my landline to Google Voice which can port only mobile numbers so I had to park my number temporarily in order to be able to port it to Google Voice.

Love Ting Mobile! This sim card was $10 and it had a $30 credit on it!! I get great reception and their prices are amazing! Excellent customer service as well, I actually got to talk to a real person EVERY time I've called!

Cheap service is a no brainer. I dislike the fact however that the $30 promotional credit advertised on the cover is only provided after 2 month of service. I wish they were more clear and upfront about that.

Purchased this cell provider for my family's cell phone and data requirements when travelling throughout the US. Great service and that I can 6 phones tagged on just 1 account is awesome!

I got this to try the ting service and with 25 bucks you can get 5gb or if you spend another 5 bucks you can get more data. I have no issues with this, it comes with the SIM card and how to do it.

The product works fine - porting my number in was easy, and the credit available immediately. Problems started when attempting to port-out, as I had to reach out to customer support multiple times, and only fixed the port after being very persistent.

Great way to test out tings service. Wasn't bad coverage, in in boonies and it still worked with only 1 drop call so far. Tethering was slow but we were on the road in rural area overall, very pleased

Excellent value -- uses Verizon or I guess Tmobile networks. There are two SIMs in it. I used Verizon based Ting network. Call quality is good, Data is ok in my home.

I used it as a backup. The service is fine for me.

Fantastic price. Best Buy has super, SUPER sweet deals on these on a regular basis. Much cheaper than buying directly from Ting and then waiting for shipping.

Works as intended, I transferred my parents phone line from landline to a mobile phone and works flawlessly. I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend this for people intending to do the same.

Used as a temp number for my second phone - it works great and pretty cheap. Didn't give me problems when porting out either - recommended.
