Titanfall 2 was released between Infinite Warfare and Battlefield 1 so it was not in the budget for a lot of people. Personally, I feel that Battlefield is too hectic and respawn spots are always too far away from the action and Infinite Warfare is just more of the same. Titanfall 2 is a break from the standard shooters with fast paced action and a great single player campaign

One of the major gripes about the first titanfall, was that it lacked a single player campaign. Sure, they integrated the "campaign" into multiplayer, but even then, the story was clearly not on the list of priorities with the game developers. On the second time around, not only did they address the lack of campaign, but they did it quite definitively. Strong single player campaign, and multiplayer game play is a redemption for the first titanfall. Snag a copy of this game during the holiday season, as it will be deeply discounted!

Titanfall 2 is a great case of developers listening to the community of gamers and making the right upgrades and changes. Titanfall was an excellent multiplayer game, Titanfall 2 expands on that and now provides an excellent single player campaign as well. Getting to control the giant Titans is a really cool experience and the out of Titan gameplay also works great.

I am really enjoying this game. I had a lot of fun playing the original Titanfall. The one thing I felt was missing from that game was a single-player campaign. This game absolutely delivers an excellent single-player experience. I enjoyed the level design and game play mechanics quite a bit. It also has several brand-new Titan load-outs that are vastly different from anything in the original game, as well as many more pilot weapon and gear choices, as wells as the option to level up and and customize pretty much everything in multi-player. And there is a very large player base, (at least on Xbox One), and the longest time I have spent waiting to join any game has been less than 30-seconds. My only negative comment would be that in the single-player campaign, I didn't feel that the voice-actor that was used for the main character provided a very engaging performance. As you play the game, you are occasionally given dialogue options when interacting with other characters. His level of excitement, (or any emotion for that matter), did not match the situation that he was experiencing at that time, (such as piloting a giant robot for the first time). But his dialogue is a very small part of an amazing experience, and certainly did not ruin the game for me in any way. This is definitely worth your money.

If you played the first one you will definately love this one. Titanfall 2 has a campaign mode as well as online unlike the first one. Also a ton of customization to pilot and titan. All around awesome game. Campaign is good but its all about the multiplayer. Maps are great and weapons are awesome. Get this game you wont regret it...it spanks cod all day long.

It is a game from developers of the original CoD franchise that separated to form a new studio. The game is surely fun with mechanics original to this universe they created. This sequel takes what worked previously and added even more depth with a campaign story to provide a solid gaming experience along with multi player options. Very much a fun game!

Solid game! The campaign is superb. The pacing and bond between Jack and BT are awesome! Level design is very creative and very free flowing. Best controls I have ever experienced in a game! Titanfall 2 didn't get the hype that Titanfall 1 received and this could be its downfall. Don't let this one slip as it contains one of the more satisfying single-player experiences in FPS history. T2 improved on almost everything that T1 was trying to achieve and since this flew under the radar, it is refreshing to know that the game is very, very good.

When you look at the field of first person shooter games, rarely if ever, do you care about the single player story. But this game, you will care. You will experience a story about friendship that has no boudnries and takes you on a roller coaster ride of thrills, chills and hard throwing spills. Are you ready pilot? I did not purchase the first Titanfall as I am an old-school gamer and demand a campaign.This game drew me in through the visuals and I was blown away! The story is absolutely fantastic! The game play is tight and very fast paced. As it's the holidays there are a lot of games on my list but have found myself not able to put this down since purchasing.

I really liked the first and when 2 was announced I was pretty stoked. After videos and publicity, I knew I had to own it and when I got it I wasn't dissapointed. Just enough single player to start a franchise and multiplayer is its own beast. Sure, maybe a few core-mechanics came from other familiar games, but they only took enough to be able to help build their own formula. I mean, let's face it, where else can you fight giant mechs with giant mechs??? Great game and I'll be excited for a 3rd in 3-4 years.

Awesome cheap game... On sale for four bucks was a awesome find... Quite happy....

I don't know why everyone says this game is the future of multiplayer, because MP was painfully boring. However, ignoring that, the campaign is top notch in all directions. The graphics, voice acting, controls... Just about everything was perfect, and kept me enthralled until the end. Then I fired it up and started playing through again.

if you liked the Titanfall 1 why wouldn't you LOVE the second one. This is a must buy!!!! The graphics are to die for!!!

I really enjoyed the multiplayer in this game, but I was letdown with how stale the single player was after reading people praising it. The bosses were just random people thrown together with no story.

This was on sale for $30, and the campaign is worth that price of admission - The guns, story, variety, voice-acting, levels and sheer variety of ways to tackle a situation make this yet another amazing 2016 FPS campaign along with Doom. Multiplayer is very well done too. (Yes I bought this game for PS4 and X1, its that good.)

Titanfall 2 NAILS the single player game with some fun gunplay and neat puzzle/jumping aspects. Emotional connections are made and character development is good. Multiplayer improves on the original titanfall vertical gunbattles and titans are always fun to pilot. So satisfying to punch a pilot as they try to board your titan!!

This was Respawn's second entry in the Titanfall series and it is a solid one. They added a campaign that is very good, even though it is a little short. The multiplayer is just as good as ever with the bonus that all future DLC content is free. Meaning that whatever maps and modes they add, you'll get it without a season pass.

I've only played a little of the first one since that is a multiplayer-only game but Titanfall 2 now has a single player campaign which has diverse activities and was a much needed option. The XBOX version controls and plays smooth as can be with excellent graphics and sound. This is one of the better games out right now.
