excellent for our needs/took a little while to get use to how to do it (we are not techy)

I bought this gps for my father since he always travels far for work. He likes it it works well for him. Especially since it ca speak in another language besides English for him. For me personally I prefer the gps app on my phone.

Love this product. Big screen, easy to use and plenty of time to see what is upcoming for getting to your location. Would buy again without hesitation.

I think it is probably ok but way to technically challenging for me to use. I do not have anything blue tooth so I really needed something really simple like my 10 year old Tom Tom that finally quit working.

Good works well everything seems right. Ive never gotten lost since i use it.

I use this product everyday. It helps me get to where I need to go with out fail. I am still learning new things I can about it.

I had TomTom GPS since 2007, the old one is outdated. Therefore, I need to get new one with more features offer on TomTom - GO Confort 6”

This is a very nice gps for the price. I have been using this brand for over five years really like it and this is a good one also.

Works bur isn’t always correct. Can’t find stores when looking, this is a hassle when you don’t have extra device to look it up. Addresses work fine

This allows me to keep my phone free for calls and still have a navigation system.

This unit does NOT receive traffic updates directly. You must link it with a smartphone, which is a pain in the posterior. Though a long TomTom user, I am switching to a Garmin SmartDrive 65 with Traffic which, for almost the same price, has free traffic updates without a smartphone and also lets one give voice commands: "OK, Garmin, take me to 123 Sesame St., New York, New York." It also has more human-like directions, such as "Turn right on Lancaster at the Lincoln Fried Chicken." And it has other nice features, such as better graphics and a history database from the History Channel to tell you something about locations you pass.

Ive always had the tom tom, its the only navigation system I trust to get me where i need to go without getting lost.

Where do I start? I had a TomTom XXL550 before this, that became obsolete when TomTom started putting out maps that were larger than the memory on the device. So much for "lifetime" updates... This new device looked promising, but as it turns out, it is so much less of a device in so many ways. First- to enable traffic alerts, you need to have a cell phone connected to it via BlueTooth, plus an app that you need to download to your phone. When it works, it works okay, but since day one, there have been connection problems that TomTom support were unable to fix. Device also claims to have the ability to read test messages aloud for you. I have been round and round with TomTom about this for a month, and it barely ever works. Tried everything they have suggested; nothing makes it work reliably. After a month of struggling with TomTom technical support, I gave up and contacted BB about returning an obviously defective product for a replacement or refund. Guess what? They refused to help me. Contacting my CC company now... My advice? ...Stay away...

This GPS is wonderful. Directions are spot on and have not yet had any issues.
