Very poor compared to prior models

The voice response is not as accurate as in previous models. The screen is not user friendly. I am stuck, as I missed the window to return this expensive item. IN my opinion.........not worth the cost.

Product is way over priced and quality is crap

Graphics are very low budget, and Tom Tom is not up date on any traffic or map quality or even options... Don't waste your money... Unless you currently use a JitterBug phone and think that is high quality..(just saying)..

I bought this to replace a 7 year old gps that quit. I needed this for traffic as I drive daily 4 highways - It has to be used through your phone - I had to reset it several times as I was working with TomTom directly - it would work for a second ! I’d pull out of my driveway or parking lot at work and it would immediately disconnect my bluebooth(phone with me close)lose connection for traffic etc. it only worked for directions - for 200$ I expected this to be great - Dont waste your money

Not the right choice

Much more complicated to use, and set up, and lacks speed limits & vehicle speed, which is very important. Displays are not as "eye pleasing" as prior versions. And, from reviews by others, updating the maps appears to be a non-starter. For these reasons, we returned the unit before we even attempted to use it.
