The product is fine. The end user is a little technically challenged and therefore had a bit of a learning curve. I normally buy the simpler version, but it was not available this time.

I like the big display, but hard to find some features. Also takes a extremely long time to update, 1/2 hour for a ten meg update file.

The battery no longer holds a charge but I’ve had it a little over two years. Otherwise it’s still perfect!

I use this GPS and a Garmin GPS at the same time and "hands down" this TomTom GPS unit is more accurate than its competitors.

Nothing like the older tomtom's Many settings just more of a pain to get to. No option to display the time or battery level while map or navigation is displayed. Returning for a garmin instead.

I like Tom Tom GPS One I used in he past for travel in Western Europe was really great,

Purchased for 21 day trip to Europe. It did not work from day 1, emailed customer service everyday to attempt to resolve issues. There are software interface issues between the iphone and the device. In the end, I stopped using it because it was worthless. When i did get it to work, it would not reroute on its own. It would not pick up traffic updates. I could not push the destination from the iphone to the device without hooking it up to my computer or having both iphone and device on wifi. It requires you have a phone running the MyDrive App to find the destination (which requires data) and then push the route to the device for it to then start navigating. This push would not work over bluetooth. Requiring wifi to push the route is not practical when driving around and needing to navigate to a different destination. I would definitely not recommend a TomTom GPS. Best Buy would not let me return it when i came home from vacation because of their return policy.

Good product to use. I'm not handling my phone with this.

The screen is large and very easy to see. Very useful on a trip without having a smart phone.

I purchased this as a gift for a friend she seems happy with it worked right at the box

Works fine. If you connect it to a Hotspot on your phone it will give you traffic updates. What it does not do automatically is suggest alternate routing along with time savings. It does not give all street names around you. just some. Makes it tougher to find a street unless you type in the name. Garmin solves those problems but I had 3 Garmins fail in 2 years. One had a screen problems, the other two quit receiving the satellites. Now using TomTom.

Had a 5in one before that isn't supported anymore. Replaced it with this one and love it.

Although I bought this for my fiance for her work cause her cell phone was loosing service in places she had to go to work ,she says she loves it, and never has any problems with it

GPS works but the my drive app that goes with it is terrible.. I have this one an a trucker 600 both are the same .

I liked the earlier TomToms, and this one is good also but it cannot keep a charge even when plugged into lighter even when using TomTom charger because it does require more power to charge. This is my second one that had the same issue with not being able to stay charged. Second one died from not chatging correctly.

A perfect device for lost people. The only thing that could go wrong is if all GPS global satellites fall out of the sky. Unit works perfect, it gives you plenty of advance notice to navigate without any hassles. Thank you TomTom!

This device is really uniquely and I love it also it helps me to drive less without my phone in my hand

When your phone won’t do because of spotty coverage, this GPS will get you where you need to go. Very easy to plan your route.

Bought this as a gift for my father who drives a lot for work.It's good quality but not very intuitive. Even someone comfortable with technology will take a couple seconds navigating through the interface.

Used it for vacation, got us lost in new Mexico, then again in az, again in ca had us 2.5 hours from our destination. We had to pay money to stay at a hotel for a night. From that moment on we used our awesome cell phones.as there is no ph # for service returning it.
