    i want the fastest way from marine city to 11 mile and gratiot. it gives me taking gratiot instead of the 94 freeway. that's not the fastest way.

    I've had at least 5 tomtoms. When a new version comes out I grab it up. This one updates using wifi. You can still plug it in to computer but it's great to use the wifi built in.

    Sluggish UI. Missing POIs. Many features only work when connected to the Tom Tom phone app with account. Was unable to use the app because of sign up errors. No response from Tom Tom support.

    It looks great but could not log into Tom Tom and even did the password reset and tried another email and set that up as account but no luck. They use to have great support but now you can only get support if you log in. Really Really BAD support now. Tried for 3 days took it back and got my money back.

    Worked fine, then just went dead. Can't get it to turn on even when plugged-into the usb port. Tried to contact the customer support two days ago and still no response.

    Difficult to hookup, store personnel knew little about. Never got it to work properly. I will either buy a different model or go back to using a GARMIN.
