Best Buy well they are just Best Buy no use in trying to take it to them anymore.

Disappointed in gps unit

Has went down hill

We have always used TomTom for our navigation needs. Mine quit yesterday so I went all the way to Slidell LA to get a TomTom because our Best Buy only had Garman. That is 1.5 hours each way. I tried this new TomTom Go 60 one the way home and today. They have completely changed the format. It is not as customizable as the old one. It doesn’t tell the name of the next turn until you are within 2 miles. You can not turn off the guidance bar on the right side and f the screen. You have to have your hotspot on to use it. It won’t take but a couple days with hotspot on all day to use up your limit. The words are so small for a 6” screen. I am taking it back tomorrow and getting a Garman. It was a good long run but they have went to far in changing it up.
