Very pleased with my upgrade from a first generation Tom Tom to this unit. Simple to operate, very pleased. Highly recommend.

Have only used the new one once so still figuring it out. So far so good. Not as sturdy materials on the new one but it got me where I was going.

Use this all the time in my travels, would never leave home without it, makes driving in unfamiliar areas relaxing,

I purchased this GPS to replace my 1515 model that stopped working. So far I do not care for this unit. The older one was simple and straight forward. Whereas this one is more complicated and lags. It may take several seconds for the unit to respond and it can take even longer for the unit to provide a route. The unit also does not have some of the same views as the 1515 model. Personally, if I did not need a new unit so badly I would have returned this one for another.

Great gps. Bought for my dad while in Virginia. My dad is 77 and not tech savy and he found it very easy to navigate through screens

I regret the purchase, would do better to use my cellphone. My prior Tomtom, although it always had problems, was easy to use and gave good service untill it stopped workung. The main problem w/this one is cusromer service - none! Altgough a notice included in the box lists a telephone number, it is not valid. Only 'chat' is available. The spoken directions cannot be heard when the car is moving. I followed instructions for a 'soft' reset to increase the volume, did not help. When fully charged, the device does not work very long w/out being plugged in. This alreasy causes me a problem when I was not getting directions at the end of a brief journey. There seems to be a way to progrm the device using my cellpgone, however I can't figure it out, and no-one to call. Hard to enter driving directions, and it does not recofnize places I would expect. I plan to continue working to ger better results, however I was not looking for something that would be so hard to use, w/little support.

My old version had live traffic updates and was a good bit quicker on startup. But it does the job well when it gets going.

Great GPS. I ourvhased this to take overseas. It was very simple to add maps and even change voices. Very impressed.

It turns on and receives signal Much Faster than my older TomTom. It is easy to use. I will be purchasing a 2nd one.

Love being able to know where i'm going. Easy to update and help me to know I'm in the right direction with the latest technology!

Easy to operate, great map view. Tom-Tom even transferred a purchased voice from my old Tom-Tom One. Works well.

Good for my dad who is not technology inclined. Easy to use

The GPS looks like it works, I turned it on and it told me where I was...but the description of some of it's features listed features that it just didn't have. For that, I took it back. For less money, I have a Garmin that connects with my phone, and has voice commands. Sorry TomTom, for less money, I got something with more features.

This is my second TomTom. Is easy to update once you download the app. My only disappointment so far is that you can't change the vehicle icon that shows which makes in plain

This item is a really good item, it works great just as advertised and the price was phenomenal.

Purchased this product since I rent many cars in different locations And now many rental companies charge for having a GPS I purchased my own and I am well ahead.This is easy to set up change destination I have used it where I thought I was completely of course it faith in Tom Tom got me each time to my location.

Great product. Worked well on trip. Glade bought. Great price. Got on sale. Last one. Yay.

Good System... but, not as Fast as my other models when navigating through to find and or to complete a location point.
