So I had to go in person, and I got a refund bc there were no more in stock. Customer service was helpful. Whoever shipped it, not cool (it should have said “open box”). The product itself is awesome and I ordered it bc it was on sale, I just didn’t expect to receive a dirty used one. Would’ve gave it 5 stars but I gave it 3 bc of the quality of the product in my experience.

Sleeps with it every noght and doesnt share it with anybody. Super soft for little kids. No tags or anhthjng that can hurt. Will probably end up getting one for myself because there is jo age limit on awesome plushes!!
