Awesome movie! one of my favorites brought back to life with 4K! the surround sound and picture quality is great. these older movies are defiantly getting the treatment they deserve.

This is of course an excellent action packed movie. As good today as it was 30 years ago. The Quality of the Blu-ray is very good, I was surprised how beautiful the picture was in some scenes. The sound was excellent. Worth the purchase on Blu-ray.

I feel the need for speed!!! Take my breath away , Danger Zone , beach volleyball to playing with the boys , shooting down MiGS w Maverick and gang , what else do you want?

Really liked the movie. It was remastered in 4K. The 4K is OK it’s not the best 4K but it’s an improvement on this film from the previous versions. Also now remastered with Dolby Atmos soundtrack which is great.

Top gun is one of my favorite movies and this steelbook and 4K transfer really brings the movie justice. Definitely recommend for any fan of Tom Cruise or the movie.

It’s top gun. What more can I say. Love the movie and can’t wait for the next want to come out. Came with digital copy too so I can watch it anytime on the go!

I saw this movie on vhs. I didn’t care much for it back then. They had a documentary about the movie. It was interesting. So I gave this movie another try. Other retailers sold it at a price 50% higher. I got a good deal on this. I appreciate the movie now. It had no green screen or special effects. It was mostly all real. I enjoyed it this time. Great soundtrack.

It’s good to know what you’re talking about. I’m well versed in audio ... speakers, receivers and subs, and found the advice given to be on point. The Atmos track was ‘fire’ through my system.

The quality of the movie in 4K is excellent. There is also some great bonus features on the disc. Definite must have if you’re into aviation. I’m anxiously waiting for the follow up Top Gun 2

This is quite simply one of the GREATEST movies ever made! Its fun, impressive, and not even remotely offensive. You’ll love it.

Great movie! Looks fantastic on Blu-ray. Has plenty of special features including a look at the real Top Gun Flight School in Nevada. One of my favorite action movies of all time!

4K ultra is worth watching again, wish it was shot that high originally. Buy Total Recall, too, these old movies look and sound great on new hardware, like Denon AVR- S540BT.

Who doesn’t love Top Gun? It’s a great movie and the acting of Tom Cruise is one of his best. The 4K version is awesome and the digital code is a must these days. It’s absolute a must have movie!

The video was better than I remember it in the theaters. The reworking of the movie has really helped the entertainment value of the story. Especially considering the VHS version presentation.

The plot is thin. The dialogue is cheesy. But who cares?? This is one of the best movies of the decade! Tom Cruise at his finest - making every girl wish she was WITH him and every guy wish he WAS him. And, as with most 80s movies, the soundtrack steals the show.

An old and classic movie. Definitely looks better than backthen and would recommend this. Top Gun Maverick is way better though.

This is a funny silly film made even funner because it's now in 4K UHD. 4K is the future if you don't have it you need to get on the ball seriously. Best picture and sound you can possibly get.

Movie in sale and I wanted to watch the first movie again before I watched the secind movie. It was a throwback watching it!!

I have this movie in 4K which in itself was an excellent choice. But TopGun in 3d is up a notch. The depth and experience of this movie is second to none.

NEEDED THE TECH UPDATE. ONLY HAD THE VHS. STILL HOLDS UP , EVEN IF SOME OF THE ACTORS HAVE PASSED. SAD TO SEE MOVIES THAT YOU FIRST SAW IN THEATERS PASSING AWAY. BUT WE STILL HAVE THE WORK.
