Resurgence is not always the best!

After opening 12 packs, I have found that the cards have a nice thick stock, the finish product has a sheen that can be displayed very nicely. One rookie per pack is about what I found out of 6 packs with 4 cards in them. The special cards look the same as the regular cards so one might not feel that the results are like opening up a box of Topps Chrome. I would purchase limited amounts and stick to the Optic and Chrome issues of the same year. Good luck!
