I am having same issue. The bike arrived not funtional. The electric component does not work. Also trying to get instructions from vendor to return. Will never buy from Best Buy if Best Buy if they dont aak thisvendor to give refund.

Junk arrived broken trying to return not a Best Buy product trying to get vendor to tell me how to return
