LOVE this device. Originally purchased ahead of the summer months for when I garden outside, but have been using it on the heat setting recently while it's still cold out. I have a lot of windows that get drafty so having a bit of extra warmth around my neck is great. Very lightweight, quiet, holds a good charge. The 3 fan settings are nice as sometimes I don't need as much as oomph as others. Really nothing I don't like! I have worn it walking on the treadmill if I don't want to sweat as much and it works just like a fan for cooling. Great purchase!

Ah! A breeze in summer and warmth for winter two in one. Best for amusement park visits, grocery shoppings, outdoor activities, kids game/sports days, jogging and much more. It can hold up charge. Not very heavy and yes it comes with sturdy cool looking box that can hold it safe for traveling. I'm glad I bought it. Quality fan.

I love this neck fan. I had a cheaper version of the same brand. This is so much nicer. I don’t like my hair getting sweaty while I’m doing yard work. It curls back up and I don’t want to be gross. It’s sorta quiet. Keeps me cool and my hair doesn’t get sweaty and curly. Charges easily and stays charged for a good amount of time.

I tried four other versions from Amazon and returned them all. The cooling plates on the inside are a game changer, plus this is quieter blows cooler air and also has a heater. The price is a bit high but the end product is much better! I also love how the app makes it so easy to use

Definitely cools your neck area and it is quite comfortable. However, there is a slight problem with the battery. I charged the device to 100% one day and didn’t use it until the second day. On the next day, I noticed that battery was down to 92% (I only bought it for about a month and I don’t use it frequently. Maybe around once a week). So there is definitely a slight battery leak with my device.

The a/c part works pretty good when the temp doesn’t feel like 100, have not tried the heater yet, waiting on cold weather. Fell like the heat will be better than the A/C which is no fault of the unit. Just hard to produce something small to cool. But overall really nice well made product. Great presentation in the box. Hugh quality.

Nice device! A little heavy/bulky, bit pretty effective. Warm/cold both great!

Kind of spendy for what it is, but surprisingly works very well and i am glad i purchased. I mostly wear it around the house to stay cool. My friends and family all want one now.

Great item that really helps keep you cool on hot days. You can also connect a battery pack and it will work while charging so basically infinite cooling.

If you're in the market for some thing, that's more substantial than a wet rag. This one's a good one to go with. The fan still catches my baby hairs sometimes though.

Love the quick cooling, while quiet and comfortable! Also, I work at a computer so much, the heat option feels fantastic and is very relaxing for my shoulders and neck. Appreciate no carbon emissions, and biodegradable packaging. Nice case will keep it protected in my laptop backpack, as this will travel with me for sure!

This is my 2nd review on this product. I had mentioned on my first review that I bought 3. I got 2 black and 1 white color. Kept us cool during the hot weather. When you're outdoor and it's hot, this will come in handy. The best part about this is you wear it around your neck and not like a fan which you have to hold it with your hand.

This item is SO good. There is an option between fan, cooling and heat. Not only does it have the 3 different options, there are levels of each option. Very effective. The heating element doesn't give warm air but heats the device. Very easy to use and the functionality of the device out weighs the stylish aspect of wearing it. Great product with USB charging instead of batteries.

Really cools you off but of course dont expect miricles. It is only on your neck but that little bit helps. Last a long time.

The best one on the market to date. Had it for a few weeks now and they beat being in the sun. With that being said I work in the scorching Carolina sun and these things help out a ton! I give it 4 stars because don’t expect miracles. Even on high blast you barely notice the ac function when you’re in the unclouded heat, however it does provide a brief cool which is better than being in the bare heat. At that point the AC feels like the fan function. The battery doesn’t last long on full blast as expected. The heat function is fantastic. If you have a beard, the hairs do fall in the little vents and you can hear it but it does not snag your hair. Device is perfect for indoor use.

This gadget is awesome! It cools so well. You turn it on and the plates start to get cool almost instantly. One thing, to get the best cooling effect is to run it for 15 minutes. Take it off for a few minutes and then put it back on. This allows your neck to not get numbed to the cooling. When you put it back on it is wonderful. Don’t get me wrong, it will still help if you leave it on but it doesn’t have the same dramatic effect to feeling cool.

My husband loves it. He showed it to his grandpa who is getting hot flashes due to cancer treatment and he went to bestbuy and bought the newslest model. Grandpa says it stops his hot flashes before they get too bad. Husband said it doesnt do that great in heat above 95 degrees unfortunately.
