I bought this just a little over a year ago. It worked great at first. It’s a bit heavy but it did its job of cooling. Every few months I would charge it just to make sure the battery wouldn’t go bad but I didn’t try to use it. Now the battery still holds a charge but it will not turn on. An E23 code keeps coming up. After googling the issue it must be a common problem because their website said to email them and they would contact me about how to fix it. It’s been over a week, I’ve emailed them several times and still no response. I even sent a picture of my receipt to prove I haven’t owned it very long. You’d think at this price point they would stand behind their product. Waste of almost $300!

I use this for 10 days in Florida in June/July at the amusement parks. Works on high for hour and half. Keeps you very cool in normal hot days. In very hot days it’s keeps you from being miserable. I used INIU Portable Charger, Smallest 22.5W 10000mAh Power Bank to charge the air conditioner during the day. It took about an 1 and 1/2 hour to charge to 100%. I could also use the air conditioner while I charge it. Love the app, was very easy to use and no fees. I was very surprised how great this product worked.

I'm always too warm even when people around me are not. This is refreshing and saves me panic. I like the coolness on my neck. The fan seems like a regular fan, but the cooling neck contact is really the best part. I like the miltiple speed oprions. I noticed the end/interior parts are cooling too, but that part doesn't make contact with my neck so it seems that part is wasted. Sometimes I put on a leg (while sitting) though and that's helpful. The fan makes some noise as any fan would, but it's reasonable.

I wanted this to work. I wanted to feel the steep price was justified. I live where it is HOT, hot enough that I skip hiking during the day for much of the year. Simpler neck coolers, with fans only, are worth something but not enough to make those hikes bearable, so I tried this. First, let's establish that it DOES work, sort of. The cooling function really does cool. But the practical impact is minimal, not even noticeably better than a fan alone. Given that the device is heavier than simpler options, less comfortable than they, and far more expensive, it needed to be a noticeable improvement. Nope. The search continues.

I give this 4 stars even though i returned it. I work in a warehouse and unfortunately it didn't work in that high of heat but i think it would've worked in a normal situation. The cost even on sale was extremely high and there are way less expensive devices so i wouldn't recommend it for that reason but it was high quality made.

Got it for my mom. She loves everything about it except the weight that it puts on her neck.

This works great at cooling you down. The only problem I have with it is it doesn’t stay charged long.

Works really well. I don’t feel the need to turn on the air conditioning when I’m the only one in the house or upstairs. The only drawback is that I wish it had a longer battery life.

Great device! Works as advertised to cool you down on the hottest days. Lightweight, easy to charge and simple to use either directly or through the app for your phone.

I love this for outdoor activities. This perfect for camping or festivals. Or being outside for long periods of time but it definitely did the job!

Works great! I have cancer and was given a shot that causes me to have hot flashes. This collar works great to keep me copled down!

I gave it 2 stars only because of the battery life. On low setting on a full charge last less than 3 hrs. Besides that it cools extremely well. Best cooling fan out except for the battery.

Great product the cooling on your neck is amazing will come in handy with a hot summer approaching.

Works good unless its 90 deg and humid are above which is what we get most of the year in Florida

Great item for those who have high performing sweat glands. Been great for traveling.

If your using it indoors its a perfect gadget but if using it in the hot sun like we did, doesn't give enough cooling for the price

This product was great buy and it holds up highly to what it’s suppose to do.

Not great. Yes it cools but the area that does cool is so small that after five minutes of wearing it the heat from my neck counteracts cooling. Definitely not worth the money.
