First it is expensive, reason for 4 stars and from what I can tell not going to work well in NYC humidity and high temperatures. High temperatures and low humidity is where it will excel. The weight is not noticeable at first but after an hour or so you will begin to fell it. Charging speed and battery life are all pluses. It has a good build quality and well packaged. Lots of technical terms KU 3.0 chip, state-of-the-art Coology system, and graphene heat dissipation technology, COOLiFY Cyber swiftly envelops you in refreshing coolness, accompanied by customizable airflow and modes (Cool/Fan/Heat) ensuring tailored comfort regardless of the temperature…most of which is unknown to me. But it works well on the one hot day I tried it out on so far, no humidity. The fan blades look well built from what I could spy and noise is fairly low. The cooling performance is impressive without excess humidity.Despite its small size, the COOLiFY packs a punch and delivers a steady stream of cool air. I also appreciate the long-lasting battery life. The 6000mAh battery lasts for hours on a single charge, ensuring that I stay cool throughout the day without needing to constantly recharge. Overall, I highly recommend the TORRAS COOLiFY Cyber Wearable Air Conditioner 6000mAh to anyone looking for a portable and effective cooling solution. Given the price wait on till a big sale or Black Friday deal.

I’ve read several reviews all over the internet and watched countless videos of people praising this thing and I’m highly disappointed. I’ve tried it for a full 24hrs in different conditions like indoors and outdoors and honestly the only way it feels good is if you are indoors with the real a/c on which completely defeats the purpose of spending $300 on a “personal neck a/c”. I guess I’ll stick with a basic neck fan and save my money. I swear the people praising this thing must’ve been paid or received it for free.

Useless tech. Gets cold and warm, sure, but the price doesn’t warrant it.

I purchased the first one and it stop working on day one. Exchanged it and got a new one on week two it’s not working correctly not cold and when I charge it or turn it on. It doesn’t light up anymore to show me what temp it’s on or how charged it is. I have to use the app so returning it or going to see if they can fix it.

It’s great for the first fine minutes but then the air starts coming hot. The description doesn’t say anything about this issue.

The item was to heavy for my wife to carry around.

The Coolify Cyber is definitely an impressive device. From the unboxing, you feel the quality and care put into the materials of the storage case and device itself. This seems to be a quality item albeit with an unusually short warranty period. The only flaw is, I seem to have a neck a bit too large to wear it comfortably. And my wife tried it and her neck is too small. So, try to test fit for size in store if possible. One size fits some and maybe most, but not all. Even though I am not the best fit for the device. It really does feel like it cools and warms the neck. The cooling blows air mostly up the side of the face and ears. I did not notice much air blowing down or up the back of the neck. And sadly their is no air when using the heat mode. Just gets hot. My wife really wanted heat with air since she is cold more often than not. Just know that when wearing this, its a bit like the noise of being on a plane during takeoff. And those around you will hear it running on higher settings. You can still hear, but it might be odd to those around you. While not the devices fault. I just cannot wear the Coolify for more than a few minutes. With it putting so much pressure on my neck. It felt like I was working towards a headache or light headedness. Long term use is just not possible for me. And given the weight, not sure you could do anything more than wear it for sitting or slow paced activities. It does have an app like everything else nowadays. And it takes several taps to (re)connect, and really only adds finer tuning to airflow. But, the app is easier than the two tiny buttons that are very hard to find while wearing. Overall, I would recommend the device because as someone who worked outside for 30 years. Anything that can help regulate body temperature is helpful. It just needs to have more options to adjust size and arc so it does not clamp so hard on larger necks. Don't let my lower rating deter you from testing the device yourself.

I was in the market for a fan or cooling device to take on my camping trip for this upcoming summer. I saw that Best Buy offered up exactly what I was looking for in this Torras Coolify Cyber neck air conditioner. Although the real-world, full test won't take place until June, I wanted to provide my initial feedback. I had purchased some cheap neck fans in the past but they are very ineffective and shoddy. This time I really wanted something that was both effective and built to last. As I mentioned earlier, I needed something to help me stay cool during camping setup when the heat is really on. Although I originally purchased it for that use, I am also a pretty active person and play a ton of pickle ball and ride my bike. The Coolify Cyber may come in extremely handy with those two activities as well. The Coolify Cyber model looks very futuristic and is made of a glossy black plastic, which may attract fingerprints but Im not really concerned about that. It comes with a sturdy carrying case which will keep it safe from scratching while in my pickle ball bag. It also comes with the USB C cable that is used to charge it up. The unit has a built in screen that shows what mode is active and there are only 2 small buttons on the unit that control its functions. They are not very prominent and hard to find while wearing the unit and Torras needs to address that in a future model. The Cyber fits onto my neck very comfortably and since the hinge points are silicone, they are flexible for a variety of neck sizes. The unit isn't too heavy so it's not an issue wearing it for a long period of time. The battery is stated to last up to 3 hours on full blast cooling mode and ~13 hours on low fan-only mode. Not too bad as my activities will never exceed any of those time frames. They are fast charging compatible so recharging shouldn't take too long. There are 8 total fan outlets that blow up and down the neck. There are 3 basic fan speeds but can be more finely adjusted via the Torras app. Yes, these can connect to your iPhone via bluetooth and the app allows easier access to the functions via screen sliders versus the tiny buttons on the unit itself. It allows you to adjust the way the air flows (either down neck, up front or both), the cooling, fan-only and heating functions, as well as the fan speed. It has an auto mode function and I have no idea how that works. The manual it came with was very incomplete and brief. There is also a timer setting in the app if thats something you need. The cooling plates wrap around the entire neck and are quite effective. I believe I read that they have graphene built into the material which probably helps make them cool or heat so well. Overall, the Coolify Cyber has been working nicely and it should, as it was expensive. I just wish the buttons on it were more prominent and the app was more feature rich. I do appreciate the case as it will make it easy to take with me on other adventures and Im totally looking forward to using them on my summer camping trip but will have to wait a few more months for that. I have no doubt they will make the trip far better than previous years.

Review for Torras - Coolify Cyber Wearable Air Conditioner 6000mAh - Cascade Black I saw someone wearing this at Disney World and thought it was a great idea for travel in warm places, but I got one for myself for more mundane reasons. I love to garden, but hate to be sweaty while doing it. In the same way, I thought using it while mowing the lawn on a hot day would be much more bearable. The Coolify Cyber seemed like the ideal solution. It’s light, easy to use, and can run for two plus hours in cooling mode without needing a recharge. Heating mode runs for three to 4.5 hours, and fan only mode can run for more than 15 hours! Also, with the USB-C connection, it can charge to 80% in a little over an hour. Before taking it outside for a trial run, I downloaded the Torras Coolify app. At first I thought it might be superfluous, since the device only has two buttons: one for on/off and one for mode adjustment. But once the unit was around my neck, I quickly came to appreciate how easy it was to control the device using the app. You can power the unit on and off, select the heat/cool mode, the fan speed, which parts of the unit move air (front, back, or both), and even set a “favorite” for repeat usage. There’s also an AUTO setting, that calculates optimal usage based on your body temperature and the surrounding air temperature. Finally, you can set a timer for how long you want it to run, although I couldn’t think of a good use for that! :P I was excited to try the Coolify Cyber out as I was prepping the garden this year. I was initially concerned it would be too heavy - totally not a concern. After turning it on, I practically forgot it was there. It fits very comfortably, didn’t shuffle around, and didn’t impede my movement in any way. It kept me comfortable for 90 minutes of gardening and would have lasted longer if I could have!

They make it like its really an ac but it blows hot air with low air pressure they 30 dollar one from target works better.

I'm definitely enjoying the Torras Coolify wearable AC. I got it just in time for the first few days in the upper 80's around here so I was able to test it out right away. It's easy to use. You can choose which zones you want turned on. Sides, back of neck, or both. You can also set the fan speed to whatever is comfortable for you. I'm not sure what the surface that contacts you skin is made of, but it straight up feels cold when running. I was really surprised. It's more than just a fan around your neck, this really does make a meaningful difference in how I feel. I prefer to control it via Bluetooth through the app. I fumble around with buttons on things I can’t see. Having the ability to control it from my phone makes it a lot easier for me. The fans are not quiet. If you have trouble hearing conversations, you’ll need to run it pretty low to still hear people around you. If you’re in a louder environment like a sporting event or concert, it shouldn’t really matter. This unit, while advertised as personal AC, also has a heat setting. I was quite surprised by how quickly it heated up and how hot it got. I had a stressful day at work and was getting a headache. I put it on and warmed up my neck before doing some stretches. It was soothing and helped me calm down so I could get back to my life. It comes with a nice carrying case to protect it, as well as a standard USB-C charging cable. I haven’t used it long enough in any situation to have to worry about the battery. I suspect battery life is highly variable based on how high you run the fan. My only real complaint is that it’s not quite big enough for my neck. I’m a big guy, and it’s just slightly tighter than I would prefer. Still usable, but frustrating when it’s so close to great. Otherwise, I love it.

Years ago I tried another brand which looked similar to this, but it was only just a fan, blowing the air around your neck, and if it was hot out, and you were sweating, the evaporation did have a cooling effect, but the cooling wasn’t coming from the device. The Coolify cyber actually does blow cold air, just like an air conditioner. I never tried the previous Coolify models, but the folks who did, say that this model is the best yet. The Cyber has three modes. Cool, Heat, and Fan. (probably just like the HVAC system in your home.) You can save battery on hot days by just using the fan mode. As I said above the evaporation of your sweat will cool you, but when you set the unit to COOL is where it really shines. In less than 20 seconds you can feel the unit blowing cold air on you. I’m not sure how its technology works, but just trust me, it does. When you first put the unit on, if you’re not used to feeling weight around your neck, it feels kind of heavy, but not uncomfortable. The neck piece is flexible and just hugs your neck. You don’t feel as if it’s going to fall off. It has the obligatory app, which controls every feature, so you don’t have to feel around for the proper button on the unit. It linked up immediately and has been rock steady. On a cool day, the HEAT mode would be really great. You get an immediate warm feeling around your neck. The fan turns off, but It’s not really necessary in this mode. It’s amazing to me how versatile this thing is. You’ll love its case, it has such a premium feel and will keep the unit safe. The only negative I could find is the instructions are VERY minimal. What there is, is printed in “mouse type” on little folders so you’ll need to have your glasses handy. The good news is much of its operation is intuitive. Just make sure you download the app, and then experiment. You’ll figure it out quickly. If you’ve never tried a ‘personal air conditioner’ I think you’ll really like the Coolify Cyber. It’ll be a great companion when I’m mowing the lawn this summer.
