I went into this with a bit of skepticism. But after putting it on, I can now confirm, this works, and it feels like magic. I don't know what technology they're using for cooling, but it's more than just fans. There are 3 points of cooling; on the back, and one on each side, from what I was able to measure. I used a simple infrared non-contact thermometer and measured at room temperature without wearing it. In cooling mode, the cold spots got down to about 55F. When on the skin, this feels comfortable, like a cool pack on the skin. Combined with the fans, this really does cool you off. Though, the fans are a bit noisy, and maybe even distracting. The higher the fan speed, the warmer the cool points got, which makes sense since it's blowing the cool air away and onto you. I'm looking forward to warmer weather and using this to help cool me off. This also has a warming mode, which also works really well. I again measured with an infrared no-contact thermometer, and the hot points (again 3 of them), got to around 95F, while not wearing it. But, again, that sounds hot, but once on the skin, it's not uncomfortable at all. As a matter of fact, it feels like a nice mild warming pad, which would be good for a sore neck, or just to warm you up. Keeping the fans on low seems to be the ideal way to go here. Then, you can just use it as fan-only, which will prolong battery life, while still helping to cool you off on warmer days. It also occurred to me that the fans on a higher speed setting might even help keep bugs away from your face. The device itself has 2 buttons on the bottom right side (as worn). One of them is a power button, and the other switches modes. Unfortunately, there is no way to differentiate the two, so it might take some practice remembering which button is which while wearing it. You can also use the power button to adjust the fan speed to 30%, 60%, 100% and device off. Holding the power button will also turn it off. The mode button switches between the fan mode and then either heat or cool. Hold it to change between heat/cool modes. All of these can also be changed in the app, which was super easy to pair with the device. The app also lets you finer control over the fan speed, and you can also change the areas which the device is active (the sides, the back, or both). So, the key drawbacks are, this isn't particularly comfortable to wear. It does have two silicone flex points to help put it on, and also fit on larger necks. But the rest of the device is just hard plastic, and its rather large. Weight I thought was fine, but you lose neck mobility, and just having a large hard plastic thing around your neck is somewhat uncomfortable. The product overall, both the instructions and the app are in broken English, which always gives me vibes of poor quality control. But so far, the device durability feels fine, but I'd be concerned about the flex points. This also comes with a nice hard case, and a spot for the charge cable, so it will be protected in travel. Charging takes over an hour, which kind of felt like a long time, and I don't expect this to last more than a couple of hours, depending on which mode you use, and fan speed.

The Coolify Cyber is a great option for those looking for a personal temp control device, providing unexpectedly effective cooling and heating effects to help keep you comfortable. If used this device in two capacities: while working out and while gaming. I'm both instances, the cooling impact has been great. While going on a run, it helps to greatly reduce my propensity to overheat. It's not to the same effect as having a large fan blowing at my while running on a treadmill, but it's great none the less. Same story for gaming, where at times, I can get quite warm because of the PC in my room that's exhausting molten lava temp air. The Coolify Cyber helps immensely in that scenario, and helps regulate my temperature. One scenario I haven't used this in, but definitely plan to is while flying. I frequently suffer from overheating on planes. This is a situation where the Coolify Cyber will be the perfect flight companion. A few notes on usability... First, it's not necessarily the most comfortable device to use at first. The horseshoe shaped design cinches fairly snuggly around your neck (to give you the greatest cooling impact). While it does flex, it still is a bit tight until you get used to the sensation. Next, I haven't been able to find what, if any, IP rating this device has. My main concern is that, while this is basically the perfect workout companion for those who run hot, I'm a bit concerned that sweat may adversely impact it over time. Finally, battery life is just ok, not great. While using the cooling setting on low, I feel like it'll last a couple hours before needing a recharge. Given the tech, it's not surprising, but could also be a nuisance for those looking to use this for things like yard or flights. Overall, I'm very happy with the Coolify Cyber. The temperature effects are unexpectedly potent, helping regulate body temps in a number of key situations. If you're in the market, consider this a strong option.

I’m really impressed with this! I wasn’t really sure what to expect, but being someone who deals with heat related issues I figured it was worth a try. Glad I did. It is made very well. Controls are easy to use and easy to understand. The 6000mAh battery lasts a long time. Easily through a long walk or run on full blast. The smart app is nice but by no means necessary. I was a bit concerned about if it would be big enough (I have a large head :-) ) but it fits great. It pretty much forms to your neck but it doesn’t get tight feeling. It would be easy to think you need to run it full blast all the time but that isn’t so. Once you cool down I’ve found it’s best to turn it down a little bit for the best comfort. It does make some noise but it’s not bad. If you are just sitting at home with it on you will notice the sound, but out and about you will forget all about it. What I’ve found is it kind of sends a chill down your spine and that in turn helps you feel cooler. You need to be realistic with it. It’s not going to make you feel like you’re sitting in the freezer at a grocery store :-) But it will help greatly with keeping you comfortable.

I bought it thinking it could help me during these days of intense heat, with temperatures above 90 degrees. The experience was disappointing. This product does not cool the air temperature enough to be worth paying so much for it. I used it outdoors at maximum power… it was like having anything at all. Inside the car, you could barely feel a slight breeze, but there was no difference in temperature from the ambient air. And indoors, I didn’t get good results either. Perhaps the heating mode is effective, you can notice the difference when using it. In comparison, a year ago I bought a neck fan from another store. Honestly, it has much more power, and you can feel much more air from that fan than from the Torras Coolify. The difference is that the other one was only $20.00, and the battery lasts much longer at full power. I was completely disappointed whit the Torras Coolify Cyber. Either the product I bought was defective, or it is definitely useless. I returned it the next day.

Seens to wrk very well definitely makes a difference

This device will not do the trick if you want something to cool you down when you're outside in the summer heat. I got this last week, and during the heatwave over most of the United States, this device didn't do anything more than be a neck weight. There are 3 settings and if you use the highest, the fan noise is too much!

This thing's legit. Can't wait to take it to Disney
