Love the neck fan, very well made and easy to use.

I purchased this for brother’s birthday gift. He loves it. He is baseball coach on my grandson’s team.

I was pleasantly surprised with this fan. It is very lightweight and comfortable around my neck. The fan is very powerful. It really puts out a lot of air. The air comes from vents on the side and back. This provides a nice cooling feeling around the neck. The lowest speed puts out a nice airflow. The highest speed is great. There is a button on the side that allowed you to navigate between the different speeds. I tried 3 of them. All work very well. The fan comes with a USBC cord. I love the way it folds, so it can be carried in my purse or tote. I can’t wait to use it football season. There is a small brochure with operating instructions. This fan is very easy to operate. The black color is nice, and gives a sleek look. There is a light to indicate that it is charging. There is a cushioned section on the back of the neck of fan. This makes it sit comfortably on the neck. I am very pleased with this fan. I highly recommend this fan. It is easy to operate and extremely portable . I even like folding it around my neck sort of as a wrap around, not sure if this was an intended feature, but I like it as well. Great product. Totally worth purchasing.

I chose this Torras COOLiTE Foldable Neck Fan to help my wife cool herself because she’s worn a wig for over 10 years for medical reasons. Wigs are notoriously uncomfortable in the summertime. Though we haven’t had any hot days yet, she was able to evaluate it over several days by baking and cooking dinner in a warm kitchen. She states that it does a fine job of helping her head stay cool. She commented that the air flows nicely up through the hair and mesh of her wig. She looks forward to wearing it this summer when she takes our dog for a morning walk. We’ve tried various products over the years to keep her a little cooler, such as dampened neck scarves, ice bags, and such. They each have their drawbacks, and so we're hoping this Torras COOLiTE Foldable Neck Fan will be the answer she’s been looking for. So far, it looks like it will be. To test how long a charge will last, I let the neck fan run on its highest fan settings nonstop for quite a while and finally gave up after about four hours. It’s supposed to be able to run continuously for up to 14 hours on a full charge and if that proves to be true, we’re pretty confident that it will be the cooling solution she needs. She really loves the foldable design because it fits well in her purse. She also commented that it looks stylish on your neck. Kind of like a pair of sleek headphones that you’ve dropped off your ears for a little while and not like some space-age, techno-device collared around your neck. My wife did mention that the fans are little loud when the neck fan is on the highest setting producing the greatest airflow, which is to be expected. Higher airflow means more noise. So, in the kitchen she usually runs the fans on the low and medium settings. She also believes that she probably won’t need to have the fans on the highest setting unless she’s outside and then she does not expect the extra noise will be a problem given all of the environmental noise around you when you’re outside. My observation was that it is really not terribly loud on the highest fan speed, but when the device is sitting an inch below your ears, it does seem a little noisy. On the two lower speeds it’s very quiet and seems to produce adequate cooling for my wife and definitely does not disturb anyone around her. Even in a quiet room. My only neutral comment is the On/Off Power button is a little counterintuitive in how it’s used, but once you’ve used it a few times it becomes second nature. The On/Off Power button is used with a short press to turn on the device, a two second long-press to turn off the device, and a series of short-presses to cycle through the fan speeds of low, medium, high, and then weirdly ending in device off. It is mildly irritating and counterintuitive to turn the fans off while cycling through the fan speeds. What would’ve been intuitive would’ve been a long-press to turn the device on, a long-press to turn the device off, and a series of endless short-presses to continually cycle through the low, medium, and high fan speeds without ever including turning the device off in that cycle. The 2-line Pause button is used to turn on/off the two rear fans. No problem there. I also appreciate that it uses a USB-C connector for recharging. Overall, my wife and I both think the Torras COOLiTE Foldable Neck Fan is a well-built product, priced right, and delivers cooling comfort well worth the asking price. I can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a little additional body cooling at home, at work, or outside.

Decent but does not blow that hard. Battery life is just ok.

I purchased one for my Self snd one for a friend. We were playing a golf tournament over the weekend and lets just say I was disappointed with it. Its really nice if your in cool air but it does no good as far as cooling when your in the heat. It just blows heat.

There's really a lot to like about the TORRAS COOLiTE portable foldable neck fan, along with a few things that keep me from giving a 5 star review. Overall, I can see myself using this a lot for things like hiking and other exercise that doesn't require a lot of movement or conversation with others. I don't think it will be quite as nice for things like sporting events in the summer, because of the noise generated (more on that later). Here's what I like: 1. The neck fan is well made and substantial, without being too heavy. 2. It feels comfortable around my neck and can wear it for an extended time. 3. Most importantly, it really does cool me down. I tend to sweat a lot and have trouble cooling down when I do get hot, and the TORRAS helps keep me from getting too hot in the first place. 4. Battery life is good for something like this. On the lowest setting it lasted over 6 hours. The last 15 minutes or so the fan slowed down a bit, but the speed stayed up there for most of the 6 hours. What I don't like: 1. At least for me, the noise is a bit of a problem. The fan noise itself is not very loud, but the air feels like it is being directed right into my ears. Think of trying to talk on a mobile phone outside on a windy day. That's what it sounds like to my ears. It makes it hard to hear conversations etc around me. 2. It took almost 6 hours to fully charge the neck fan. While I'm sure that it got 70% of its charge in probably 3 hours, it didn't fully charge until 6 hours.

The Torras Coolite portable foldable neck fan is simply a device that blends comfort with convenience! In reality, there is not much to the device, and that is what makes it great. It sets out to do a simple job, cooling off the person wearing it. I like the overall design and color scheme. It feels very solid and well built. This neck fan is rechargeable. Simply plug in the included USB-C cable and never worry about having to replace batteries. The fan is super portable! Both sides fold making it a much more minimalistic form factor when it is not in use. Simply slide it into a bag or luggage and take up less space! The fan has two buttons. The first button is the power button. It turns the fan on and adjusts the air flow from a low breeze to a high force wind! It is amazing how much power this neck fan puts out! The other button adjusts which fans are in use. The Coolite has fans that blow upward and downward as well! They can be toggled on and off whenever you'd like! I gave the neck fan four out of five total stars. I felt like my only complaint is that this fan fits fairly snug around my neck. It isn't necessarily uncomfortable, but I would like a bit more breathing room between the device and the skin on my neck. All in all, this is a handy device to help keep you cool on those hot summer days!

After the product arrived, I did a quick read through of the manual. Very easy to understand, interface is very straightforward. It has been a game-changer for my summer activities. Not exactly what I expected. Wish it had a little more fan power output. Last for about 1-2 hours depending on which setting it’s on. I expected more for the price. My cheaper one puts out more air than these.

The Torras - COOLiTE Portable Foldable Neck Fan is the best neck fan that I have ever used. For context, I have used other neck fans on very hot days and while they work, they usually have a small fan output that your neck barely feels. The Torras has multiple settings for higher fan speed and it hits all aspects of your neck from top to bottom. I was fortunate enough to receive these before a trip to an amusement park and this came in handy ten fold. Within minutes I felt cooled off from the high heat and I look forward to using these on future trips or just general hot days outside my backyard. I also really love the grip at the top that sits pleasantly at the top end of your neck which makes long wearability perfect. The Torras itself is very compact and folds into simple storage that is no different than packing headphones. It makes it extremely easy for packing. The battery life is also extremely good and the charging is seamless with USB-C. I am going to purchase 3 more of these neck fans for family use and completely replace my other branded ones. If you are one that spends long durations in the heat then this thing is the most unobtrusive fan that you don't need to hold and it does a superior job cooling you. I highly recommend this and seriously love the product.

TORRAS - COOLiTE Portable Foldable Neck Fan When I first mentioned to some friends that I was getting a Coolite Portable Foldable Neck Fan, I got a few laughs from some of them who thought I was kidding. They didn't believe that such a thing even existed. But when I actually received it and wore it for the first time, those laughs turned to a blend of curiosity and amazement. The Coolite Portable Foldable Neck Fan comes with a USB charging cable, but it came already charged right out of the box which was a nice touch. And the included user’s manual covered all the necessary steps to get me up and running. Here are some of my observations on this item: 1. It’s surprisingly quiet. (Initially I was concerned that wearing something like this with a motor that close to my ears just might turn out to be annoying.) That concern of mine turned out to be unfounded. 2. It’s surprisingly comfortable. (My first thought was that wearing something like this around my neck just might not be comfortable.) While it would be nice if it were even lighter, you’d most likely have to give up something in return for that lighter weight, so this current weight is most likely the best compromise between weight and features. 3. The control switch that allows the user to turn the device off and on and to toggle between the device’s three speeds is conveniently located on the outside of the right ear. 4. It’s foldable which means that it takes up much less room in your backpack or travel luggage, or when you choose to stow it out of the way when you’re not using it. I live in Florida and get my exercise by walking on the beach for three to five miles just about every day. And as most folks know, Florida can get very warm (as in “hot”), so any device like this that can help keep me cooler is most certainly welcome to accompany me on those daily walks. While this portable neck fan is not air-conditioning, it’s probably as close as you can get when you want to feel a little more comfortable while the temperature is doing its very best trying to make you uncomfortable.

The TORRAS - COOLiTE Portable Foldable Neck Fan provides personal cooling comfort in a foldable and portable design. Following are my observations while testing it out: - It comes with the neck fan, a USB type-C charging cord and instructions. - It is easy to use. Just unfold it, put it on and push the button to operate. - It is lightweight and comfortable to wear around your neck and has a memory airbag on the back of the neck for added comfort. - There is an LED indicator light that will flash red when the battery is low, flash white when charging and solid white when fully charged. - There is a single button for control, with the front of the button controlling the on/off and speed of the front fans, and the back of the button controlling the pause and turning on/off the back fans. Very easy to feel the button and operate it when it is around your neck. - When you power it on, it activates the front fans, on each side, in low speed. You can push the button again to adjust and cycle through three speeds. - If you short press the back part of the button, it cycles between on/off for the back fans. - The fans blow a nice breeze onto your neck and up sides of your face and the back of your head. - The highest speed really creates a nice amount of air. It's nice it comes with three speeds, as you can control the volume of air you want. - The foldable feature is great, as it folds up nice and compact and makes it easy to take in a bag when traveling. This neck fan is going to be a game-changer for me when mowing the lawn and working outside during the summer. I tend to get overheated when working in hot conditions. Having this fan on and blowing a cool breeze over my neck and evaporating sweat, will do wonders for keeping me comfortable while working.

I live in Arizona where the summer heat sometimes gets up to 115. I also play golf all year round in Arizona. In the summer heat, we try to play early before the desert heat ramps up. I wanted to find something that could help keep me cool during those hot rounds of golf. I don't like wearing a wet towel around my neck so the portable neck fan looked like an interesting solution. Although the heat isn't bad as I write this in April, we have had some 100 degree days. I'm using the neck fan between my shots as I drive/ride in a golf cart. I find the fan to provide some needed relief as I ride to my next shot. The fan is easy to use. The single switch allows me to set the level of air flow from the neck fan quickly. It can also be turned off quickly. To be clear, the fan doesn't supply "cool" air, it is simply blowing air around with the fans built into the device. When it's 110 degrees out, it will just blow hot air around but the "breeze" it creates does supply relief and keeps your neck cooler. When your neck feels cooler, your entire body feels relief as well. The only downside to the device is that it is loud when you have it turned up to the maximum air speed as several fans are working when it is on high. It's difficult to carry on a conversation with someone when the fan is on high. Despite this, I found that the fan did supply welcome relief while I'm in the hot Arizona weather. My wife has used the fan while sitting on the patio when the afternoon heat starts to turn up.

I'm often hot in situations where others are comfortable - even when it's not especially hot outside or particularly stuffy in my house. I've experimented with portable fans before, and never really found anything I like. This neck fan does the job - it cools really well. The highest setting gets downright cold - I start there and then switch to low after I'm more comfortable. I find it easy to wear - it's not heavy or restrictive. It's a little bulky to carry around - it doesn't take up much space in my backpack, but I definitely can't slip it in a pocket. And it's not very quiet. If you're in a quiet situation, it's pretty noticeable to people around you. When wearing it in a waiting room, the noise drew some notice. Nothing terrible - it's just fan noise - but it isn't subtle. It also makes it difficult to lean in and chat during loud situations, I kept taking it off to have a conversation at a baseball game. My sensitivity for this isn't all that high, and I'll definitely trade feeling cooler for potentially adding some unrequested white noise to a situation - but I won't look super cool while doing it.

Would not stay charged for more than 5 hours even running it on low.

I have grown up with fan sprayers and misters in my summer days and I opted to try this little gadget out. For what it is, it is a great little fan. The unboxing is simple and to the point. However, a longer charger USB C cable would have been better in my opinion. It's a minor gripe. I have plenty of cords to fit the bill, but this one will be reserved for a charging cable for my other devices. The other boxed items are the instructions and basic warranty info. I little pouch would have been more of a better add on besides the little cable, now thinking about it. A pouch would protect it pretty well in traveling with it. I mean, this fan folds so why not include a pouch? I went ahead and charged it for about 2 hours and when you plug it in, you do get a charging LED which will turn off when it is fully charged. The fan is foldable but still a little bulky. But pretty solid in construction. You get some cushions on the back neck portion but it's pretty comfy and not heavy at all. What this has are fans on the back side and front. I have to say any moving air is a good thing so that is a big positive in my eyes. However, if you do not want the back fans on, you can click the power or rocker button to pause the back. Then you have the main fan near the front. These are the more prevalant fans you can feel. There are three speeds. I just wear the fan pointed downwards because I want the breeze down my shirt, to cool my core down, rather than my head. The battery is decent, on the low setting. Of course, the higher setting you use will draw out the battery faster. For what this does, it is a welcomed fan in my pack. I intend to use this on baseball games in the summer!
