The Coolite puts out a good amount of air. With that air comes wind noise so sounds are somewhat drowned out while using it. I do wish they had a lower fan setting that gave a nice breeze while cutting back on the noise. On low, you'll hear a rush of wind going straight past your ears. Higher settings start adding a whistle, but at least you'll have a little more cooling going on.
The band is a bit tight for people with thicker necks and I only flex it so much before I start to worry about pulling it too hard. Plus size is that it stays on securely and there's almost no risk of the fan falling off by accident.
Along with the speed settings you also have a button to turn on the rear fans. They can't be used without turning on the front fans. There should have been an option to just use them to get some cooling without the wind in your ears.
So while you get can get a cooling breeze wherever you think you'll need it, you'll have to deal with the windy breeze in your ears unless your headshape is different than mine.
- Dear Customer, Thank you for reaching out to us and letting us know about the issue. We’re sorry to hear that your device does not stay charged for more than 5 hours even when running on low settings — this is certainly not the experience we want you to have.
The battery life of COOLITE is 2.7-15.2 hours (depending on the operating mode), Could you please confirm whether you’ve tried fully charging the device overnight? In some cases, recalibrating the battery can help.
We’re also happy to look into a replacement or further troubleshooting if needed. Please feel free to contact us at [email protected] or call us at +1 888-881-8818, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention — we’re here to make it right.

I have been using this Torras - COOLiTE for a while now and it’s been a game changer for me. I am a person that runs hot when I do activities. And this has help tremendously with that issue. I travel to theme parks and comic cons and they for some reason are always hot. I and I get absolutely miserable. But with the coolite not an issue. It has multiple speed of cooling. And low it’s way colder than most neck coolers. But when that thing is maxed it’s like an ice box. It takes advantage of the 4 fans. Which allow for more airflow and in multiple directions. It goes up and down the back of your neck which helps tons with cooling. One of the great things is it’s charged by a USB C charger to make it simple to charge on the go. Speaking of on the go it is very portable and light. It folds up nicely and isn’t too heavy to carry around in a backpack on while it’s on your shoulders. The ability to fold allows it to aim at your face better. Overall it is a great unit that’s light and powerful that will keep you cool during those hot summers and events.

I have grown up with fan sprayers and misters in my summer days and I opted to try this little gadget out. For what it is, it is a great little fan. The unboxing is simple and to the point. However, a longer charger USB C cable would have been better in my opinion. It's a minor gripe. I have plenty of cords to fit the bill, but this one will be reserved for a charging cable for my other devices. The other boxed items are the instructions and basic warranty info. I little pouch would have been more of a better add on besides the little cable, now thinking about it. A pouch would protect it pretty well in traveling with it. I mean, this fan folds so why not include a pouch? I went ahead and charged it for about 2 hours and when you plug it in, you do get a charging LED which will turn off when it is fully charged. The fan is foldable but still a little bulky. But pretty solid in construction. You get some cushions on the back neck portion but it's pretty comfy and not heavy at all. What this has are fans on the back side and front. I have to say any moving air is a good thing so that is a big positive in my eyes. However, if you do not want the back fans on, you can click the power or rocker button to pause the back. Then you have the main fan near the front. These are the more prevalant fans you can feel. There are three speeds. I just wear the fan pointed downwards because I want the breeze down my shirt, to cool my core down, rather than my head. The battery is decent, on the low setting. Of course, the higher setting you use will draw out the battery faster. For what this does, it is a welcomed fan in my pack. I intend to use this on baseball games in the summer!

So this is an interesting gadget. I can’t help but to think, who thought of this? And how did they get it approved with funding for R&D, Design, and production?
I’ve been testing this out the past couple of days and while you do look very strange wearing it, the neck fan does provide a really nice amount of airflow to the sides of you head and also to the rear. There’s only 1 multi-function button for the device so that is a plus making it simple to operate when you wearing it around your neck.
There are selectable fan speeds, 3 to be exact. The lowest fan speed provides a decent amount of air without being to loud. The second speed is quite a bit more powerful and you definitely head the fan speed increase, and the third speed it very powerful and very loud. I wouldn’t be able to sit long with this speed as it’s almost too much wind blowing up to your ears.
I would say the lowest speed feels the best and is a good compromise between comfort and quietness. This can be important if you’re working around others in an indoor space such as an office.
As to the effectiveness of the fan its hard to say just being a week in and also the weather this time of year is only in the 50’s on average so I will need to test it further in the coming months to see if it actually cools you down as its claimed to do.
It’s worth noting that the charging for this device is done via the USB-C port and seems to charge within a couple of hours. Battery life seems good but more testing is required to fully gauge that aspect of it.
I could see this being really useful if you have to be outside on hot days for extended periods of time such as working outdoors or at the beach. The build quality of this device is very good. There minimum creaking when you grab them and they open up on some sort of hinge that is covered in a nice soft rubber or TPU material. This allows you to put them around your neck.
I also think they kind of look like a pair of over the ear headphones, so I myself don’t mind the look of them but others were like what is that?
Overall its a strange but cool gadget and for the price if your someone who heats up a lot and doesn’t like to be sweating in the warm weather I would say definitely give this a look. It may actually pleasantly surprise you!

TORRAS - COOLiTE Portable Foldable Neck Fan
When I first mentioned to some friends that I was getting a Coolite Portable Foldable Neck Fan, I got a few laughs from some of them who thought I was kidding. They didn't believe that such a thing even existed. But when I actually received it and wore it for the first time, those laughs turned to a blend of curiosity and amazement.
The Coolite Portable Foldable Neck Fan comes with a USB charging cable, but it came already charged right out of the box which was a nice touch. And the included user’s manual covered all the necessary steps to get me up and running.
Here are some of my observations on this item:
1. It’s surprisingly quiet. (Initially I was concerned that wearing something like this with a motor that close to my ears just might turn out to be annoying.) That concern of mine turned out to be unfounded.
2. It’s surprisingly comfortable. (My first thought was that wearing something like this around my neck just might not be comfortable.) While it would be nice if it were even lighter, you’d most likely have to give up something in return for that lighter weight, so this current weight is most likely the best compromise between weight and features.
3. The control switch that allows the user to turn the device off and on and to toggle between the device’s three speeds is conveniently located on the outside of the right ear.
4. It’s foldable which means that it takes up much less room in your backpack or travel luggage, or when you choose to stow it out of the way when you’re not using it.
I live in Florida and get my exercise by walking on the beach for three to five miles just about every day. And as most folks know, Florida can get very warm (as in “hot”), so any device like this that can help keep me cooler is most certainly welcome to accompany me on those daily walks.
While this portable neck fan is not air-conditioning, it’s probably as close as you can get when you want to feel a little more comfortable while the temperature is doing its very best trying to make you uncomfortable.

Cons:
I wish it came with a case
Review:
This unit is very comfortable and boasts a very sleek design. The folding feature makes it easy to store, I just wish it came with a bag or a case.
Surprisingly it is very quiet while using it at its slow speed. Speeds two and three are noticeably louder as the outputs are right at your ear. With that being said, the comfort level that speed one brings, I don’t see me using it on the mentioned higher speeds.
Another sophisticated feature is that you can choose which ports you desire to be operating. On powerup all six outlets are active(which will use more battery) One press of what looks like a pause button, you can turn off the flow in the rear of the unit (2 ports) directed on your neck behind your hairline.
Like I mentioned above, once powered up all six ports are enabled at its slow speed. Repeated pressing of the power buttons, cycles the unit through speeds (1,2 & 3) and a fourth press shuts the unit down.
It’s ultra convenient because it has a usb C charging port. No more looking for multiple chargers types.
I would recommend this to family and friends.

I love the idea of having a personal wearable fan as I'm always hot when working around. Having the fan move with me is ideal. However there are just too many flaws in this product.
There are 3 speeds and even on low it's too much airflow. The "proper" way to wear it is blowing up with the USB C port down. That is too much wind right in my face. Really bad for contacts. It's much better if I wear it upside down. Also just on low, it's way too loud. The fans are right by your ears and it's just constant noise.
There should be a wheel so you can adjust the speed variably, better than 3 settings. (would make it more gentle, quieter, and last longer.)
The unit should have some kind of soft touch coating. I found it pretty sticky when wearing for long periods. It's also kinda heavy at almost 3/4 of a pound.
The quality control needs to be checked, the vents all along the neck fan where the air comes out are sharp!
It's nice to have usb for charging but it takes over 3 hours to charge and only lasts for just over 6 hours. That was pretty disappointing as well.
At this price point, it should include an upright charging stand so it could be used as a desk fan as well. I like the concept of this wearable fan but sadly this one doesn't meet expectations.

As a Florida resident, I am always looking for a way to keep cool outside (especially durring the summer months). I first tried out a neck fan a few years ago and was a little underwhelmed at the performance. Therefore, I had high hopes that the Torras COOLiTE would provide an improvement upon the entry level model I previously tried.
Unfortunelty, I was dissapointed after trying out the COOLiTE. The first thing I noticed is that this neck fan is wider and heavier than the one I previoulsy used. Carying arround a few of these in my backpack would add a significant amount weight to my backpack. Therefore with the extra size and wieght I was hoping that the cooling performance would be a major improvement upon the other model I tried. Unfortunetly that was not the case. While I did notice a marginal improvement in cooling performance, it was not in line with the extra size / weight / price from this unit.
Overall, I really can't recomend the unit based on all the factors above. You are better off sticking with one of the lower priced alternatives.
Dear Customer, We’re truly sorry to hear that COOLiTE didn’t meet your expectations. We understand how important both portability and performance are—especially in hot climates—and we appreciate you pointing out areas where we can do better.
COOLiTE was designed with enhanced airflow and a larger battery to deliver longer-lasting comfort, which may make it feel a bit bulkier than entry-level options. That said, your feedback reminds us how important it is to keep refining the balance between power and everyday usability.
For improved cooling, we recommend adjusting the fan angle so airflow targets the sides and back of your neck, and using the high-speed mode outdoors for the best relief.
Thank you again for trying COOLiTE. Your experience means a lot to us, and it helps guide how we improve and grow!

Don't waste your money. It makes you hotter. The air flow is weak. For the price of 70$ you would think it would be decent. It's not.
