    Worked well from March 5th, 2021 until May 2nd, 2021 and then it just died, inside light and all. Done! When it did work the microwave and convection oven all worked very well. Cooked several meals with this unit but didn't over do it buy any means. Like with a lot of microwaves, this one was also tricky to figure out what all the function are. The return date was by March 30th to get an exchange or refund (so I missed it) but the great people at Best Buy didn't hesitate to exchange it for a new unit of my choice or a refund. I bought one but I didn't go with the Toshiba again.

    Got it yesterday and will be returning today. It is SO loud , something has to wrong with it. Also the left front foot is uneven and nothing I did fixed it and I refuse to Jerry rig it with a cardboard or something like that.
