drive is very quiet and was easy to install. had no issues since the os was installed. It is fast enough for any normal user. It had a reasonable purchase price as well.

Very easy installation. Replaced a 9 year old drive with less memory. I was able to backup all my existing files and still have lots more room with this hard drive.

this hard drive worked great for my application and did a price match and it was cheaper at best buy and i got it installed in no time my laptop is now up and running .

The price is perfect, just gets better as the years go and it works just as expected. I suggest to all my friends to buy one of these and do a back-up as much as possible.

for the price you cannot beat it. large size with a cheap price and have used toshiba in the past never have any issues. Would recommend on any normal Laptop.

I installed this drive and built Windows 10 on it. Very pleased with the drives performance and it is quiet. At 1TB it was a good value for the $$$.

OMG! College is a busy life and while in college you will need to use a computer system for research and writing reports. I had a 250GB Hard drive on my laptop and one day I ran out of space and needed to delete files that I did not want to delete so to help me save more files I Bought this 1TB Hard drive and now I have more then enough space for the rest of the college year and will not need to delete another file that I might need later in the years to come, plus for some reason my laptop is running faster then before. This is another perfect best buy product.

I had to purchase a hard drive for my Toshiba Satellite laptop, because the one I had died. I purchased this item because it was from Toshiba. It was very easy to install, and now I have a new computer with a lot of memory. When I bought the hard drive it was on sale. It was great. Smaller memory hard drives were more expensive than this one. I have had the hard drive for about one month with no problems.

Well, considering the fact it's a Terabyte Laptop drive under $50, it's an amazing deal. Also, quality is great since it's a good brand and new. Bestbuy's reputation makes it a safe purchase. I had a hard time trying to find a 1TB new laptop drive ANYWHERE, including eBay, for less than $50 including shipping. NOPE, only BestBuy. Truly a great company great products, great prices, great reputation.

The Toshiba - 1TB Internal Serial ATA 2.6 Hard Drive was the perfect drive to replace the 500 GB drive in my HP notebook. My drive had crashed and this drive was the perfect replacement. It was easy to install and the price was much less than I had thought it would be. I have reinstalled Windows 8 and upgraded to Windows 10. It performs beautifully with the new OS and provides more storage than I will ever need on a notebook computer. I don't think I could have made a better choice!

I almost clicked add to cart for a smaller drive but decided to go to the store. I saw this one on the shelf. Twice the capacity for a few dollars more. Installation was a breeze. So far quite happy with the performance.
