Very pleased with this purchase! Easy to setup, crisp and colorful picture, even decent sound (much better than I expected). We are using this TV in a large bedroom, and with a high (6 ft.) mounting place the sound carries very well from the downward-facing speakers. Great purchase, especially when considering the near $100 price! And I have always had excellent performance from other Toshiba TVs. Would recommend this to anyone looking for quality in a smaller screen / low-end price point.

Bought this for the kid's "playroom" and it's perfect. DVD, Firestick and old-school snes all hooked up. Took the place of an old off-brand 19" CRT, fit in the same cabinet. With the volume at 20 it's still plenty loud for the little ones to watch cartoons on.

Great picture and easy setup. When a 32" seems to big for a smaller room this is a great option and the price was excellent. Toshiba always make a great product and I may be picking up another.

I bought this as a small extra TV for my daughter's room, and I couldn't be happier. Great picture, thin bezels and easy to set-up. Even though it's 720p instead of 1080p (not typically found on TVs less than 32"), you'd never know from looking at it.

upgraded from old school model to flat screen for bedroom. Easy to set up and great addition to the bedroom. takes up less space than old model.

I need to preface my review with a clarification, I don't have an over the air antenna so I can't test the sensitivity of the tuner. I am using the television with a Roku 2 to provide me with entertainment in the bedroom. It's great. Setup was easy and hookup of the Roku 2 was painless. The picture is great, I am also very pleased with the sound, it's clear and plenty loud enough for my purposes. If you are using the TV stand, make sure that you have sufficient room. The Best Buy page doesn't list the width of the TV, It is a bit more than 25" wide. As the feet are at the outer edge of the tv, you will need a base of at least 21" to hold the TV.

I was looking for a monitor that would fit in small location. I went to the local store to check the overall length of T.V. and it was correct for what I needed. The price was right and the picture was great. I am very much satisfied....

I needed a 29 inch or smaller to fit into an entertainment center. This fits nicely and was an excellent price. Has all the features I need for a second TV.

Love this TV - great price - easy to set up - light as a feather. Have always liked Toshiba electronics - sorry no longer being sold in the US.

Thought my cable was out only it turned out to be my old box TV located in my living room. So I needed a TV immediately. It just so happens that Best Buy was having a flash sale & I got an excellent price on this TV & it was in stock at my local Best Buy. Great picture, great sound. With the high definition that my cable company has the picture looks like 3-D. I live in a trailer so a 28" was just the perfect size. It was very easy for me to figure out how to set up by myself (& I was on crutches!!)

I bought this to replace an ancient 27" CRT TV on my RV. It was the largest new format that would fit into the same compartment. The picture is really awesome and sharp, especially for this price point.

This TV was purchased to replace a CRT that was in a bedroom. Set up was somewhat straight forward. Picture is good. Adequate connections for gaming. Super lightweight. All and all pleased with purchase.

I bought 2 of these TVs for both of my Sons, and they love them. They are personal and great for streaming videos, movies, and music from devices that can connect using HDMI cable. Picture quality is perfect also.

this tv works very well. The sound is a little weak but the picture is great and it is easy to operate. It is not a smart tv. I mounted it on the wall in our eat-in kitchen and it does a nice job.

This 28" TV fills the bill for the price. Is it perfect no. Does it offer a decent picture with some nice options. Yes. If you are looking for a TV that offers a decent picture that is very reasonably priced this is a good choice.

Perfect TV for the bedroom or other smaller room. It's light and compact for it's screen size, sits out of the way on a dresser without taking up much space. We watch over the air TV, the picture is very clear and the tuner is good. We also have a PlayStation hooked up via HDMI, it's perfect for that. It has a built-in sleep timer and all the functions needed in a basic TV. Sound quality is not spectacular, but it's fine for this purpose. Remote is great, logical layout with a decent quality feel. We've had ours over a month now & use it for a couple hours or more every day. Really glad we finally replaced our old CRT bedroom TV!

Great pic on this tv but lousy instructions to program it. Need this smaller 28 inch size tv to fit in a smaller bedroom entertainment center. Would recommend it

Easy set up and good picture. Screen is large enough to be seen from any where in the room. The color is bright and bold.

Tv shows real good. Nice tv for its size. Toshiba makes real good products I just ended up with a bigger size of the same tv
