I bought this TV for Christmas for my son-in-law at a great price. Turns out he wanted a 32" for his bar. When he returned it, he couldn't get a store credit, only a refund on my credit card. I'm pretty sure this isn't store policy (I hope).

The picture was great. However, the TV stopped responding to the remote. So, I replaced the batteries. Next, it still wouldn't respond. Then, I could not even turn it off via the power button on the actual TV. I had to unplug it to turn the TV off. When plugged, it would randomly turn on and off by itself. so I returned it. I wanted an exchange, but they didn't have one and would not offer a substitute, only a store credit. So, I won't be buying too many items here, if I'm stuck with a store credit. It worked fine for about two weeks.

Bought in 2016 and the pictures is gone, only hear sounds. Glad I bought the protection plan. Now have to return for repair.

This TV was not exactly what I wanted, but was on sale and performed as expected for the price. Not a TV that I watch everyday so it was a good buy.

This was supposed to be an open box in excellent shape - screen was broken and we had to drive to exchange it

Good tv for a low price. The colors aren't exceptionally real.

Good sound, 2 HDMI inputs and a very good price, all by a reputable brand. Picture is where it gets 4 stars not 5. It ain't at all bad, just one of those pictures that takes a bit of getting used to.....and a little adjusting. Overall it's worth the cost. Right now a main TV, will be moved to bedroom when I can get a bigger TV. Definitely a good choice for the bedroom or a smaller room.

For the sale price of only $129, this is an excellent buy! It is nothing fancy. It is 720p (1080p really isn't needed on a set this small anyways) and only has two HDMI ports. But for the price it has a great picture and works nice. It fits perfectly on the wall mount in the bedroom. It has a nice remote as well. For the price, it has everything you need.

came to me broken, had to be returned. I will never buy an open box product again unless I'm in the store to see that it works

The picture quality is fair at best. I have a 19" off brand name TV. With a lot better picture. And yes I did try to find a bigger TV with that brand. But couldn't.

The picture was ok, the sound was not good. Returned the unit for a Samsung 28" --which is much better.

Great TV for the price! Perfect size for a bedroom.

first let me say how picky I am. I bought and returned 3 televisions before I bought the toshiba. I had a Vizio, Element and a Sanyo and wasn't happy with any of them either because of the color or the sound. What I like about the toshiba is the speakers are on the BOTTOM of the tv set which provides loud clear sound. All the other tv I purchased had speakers in the back of the set and you would have to put the volume on max to hear it. The picture is so crisp and the color is vibrant and alive. I bought this online as an OPEN BOX and the price was amazing. If you have any doubt do not hesitate this tv is absolutely amazing. And the price for a 28" is dirt cheap. I love this tv and I am so happy I finally found a tv set that provided me with everything I was wanting in a new set and more.

Purchased this Toshiba HD-TV yesterday ... Great picture and AWESOME audio ... But, it is just a basic television ... It does not have any SMART, Internet capabilities, etc ... If all you want is a very good quality television so you can just watch television and enjoy a DVD or Blu-Ray, then this is the perfect television ... one negative, it comes with a simple set up chart, but no owners manual? The chart tells you to go on-line to get the owners manual, why? I guess to save trees ...

This product is not functioning properly it is dysfunctional although I purchased it a month ago, I will be taking it to the Geek Squad if the cannot assist I will be returning it!

The color is off and no amount of correcting seems to fix it. The ability to color correct is minimal and the included information sheet is of no help.

Tv was to small for my liking. On the ad it looked big but in reality the tv was small so u really do not use it it's stored away in my closet
