Great tv for the price. Perfect size for a small room

This TV is exactly what I was looking for. At first I was going to buy a 24" for our master bedroom but realized the 28" would fit in the shelving unit perfectly and I am so happy we went with the bigger screen. I am also very happy with the quality at a very affordable price. I would highly recommend purchasing this TV.

Have enjoyed the clear color and sound of this TV.

The television picture quality is good. I bought this TV for a dedicated workout room in my upstairs spare bedroom. The only issue I have with it is it is so light-weight that it's easy to tip over when using the stand it comes with. I'll have to wall-mount it so it's secure. Otherwise, a good purchase.

This tv has good picture, easy to move from place to place. Good for kids room

I purchased this for my daughter who has a very small bedroom. I was worried that it would be too large, but it was the perfect size. We had it shipped and it was delivered as scheduled and in great condition. We'll definitely use Best Buy shipping again.

This TV is a decent, basic TV. It has a nice picture on regular TV channels, and an excellent picture when connected to an HD channel. We use it mostly to connect to a PS4, so the low price was the deciding factor. It must be made just for BestBuy, as the BestBuy logo is on the back of the TV

Great tv for the price. Good tv for my kid. Right size for her room.

After about a month now I can start to judge this tv. THE GOOD: Sound quality terrific, and with no adjustments comes out very clear and crisp even on low volume. Well designed remote control lets me operate it fast and without looking at keys. Picture quality an 8 out of 10, compared to previous tv by other maker. THE LACKS:Remote has no button to freeze frame which my previous Samsung 28" had allowing me to freeze images seen on tv. Fails to pick up from antenna as many off air broadcast stations as previous tv, missing a half dozen, and some of those it receives in poor quality, highly pixelated, or with dropped signal. Holes to mount wall bracket an odd metric size M4 hard to find and set too deep requiring extra long screws. Lacking enough hdmi ports for other devices.

I got this TV at a great sale price for my bedroom, not too big and not too small. The picture and sound are both suprisingly great. Prior small tv's I have bought even at max volume I can barely hear but this one just on 15 I can hear very well. Do not regret my purchase at all.

The picture quality is excellent for viewing DVDs and over the air or cable broadcasts. Sound quality is quite good as well for such a relatively small 28" TV. The only thing I wish was a little better is the menu system is more confusing that other TVs that I own.

I purchased this TV for my mother, who did not need a big heavy piece of electronic equipment. She has a small room where it fit perfectly. This TV everything you need, at a very reasonable price. Great quality and easy setup!

had it a month and works well - color good - size perfect

We have a large kitchen with plenty of counter space and were shopping for a new TV. The 28" Toshiba was an ideal size. The picture quality in terms of color reproduction and resolution are excellent for a 720P TV. Sound quality is good for a small flat panel TV. We are very satisfied with TV quality and reasonable cost ($129).

Great TV with the wonderful picture and equally wonderful sound. Perfect for a bedroom or small area. Would definitely recommend !
