The price was reasonable and the picture very good! We are not very happy with the audio quality. The volume is too low. The salesperson was very helpful.

The size of this TV was perfect for the area I am using. Still waiting for the new tv smell to subside which can be annoying. Hope the electronics are not frying inside. Forgot how long this lasts because it has been awhile since I bought a new one.

I purchased the TV for my daughter's college apartment. It is the perfect size for a small apartment bedroom. She uses it for Netflix and playing video games and has been very pleased with the product. Screen resolution is perfect for her use. We are pleased with both the quality of the product and the price. Highly recommend!

You simply can't beat this tv for the price. The size is perfect for a bedroom, sound is above average, and picture quality is as well when compared to similar other brands in the same price and size range.

I was looking for two inexpensive LED TV's for bedrooms in my home and saw this TV. I was worried that since the TV's were so inexpensive the picture wouldn't be that good but I was pleasantly surprised.

this toshiba tv 28 is a great size for any room and the price is very afordable and the is a brand name tv and the picture is very clear plus great sound you can see movies and play video games

I needed a tv for my moms bedroom. I thought this would be too small. This turned out to be just right. She was happy that it was not an overwhelming size. It was easy to program in the channels, and the price was right.

We were looking for a small flat screen for our mom who we had just moved into a studio size room in assisted living! We didn't want to spend a lot but wanted to still get a product that was nice. This was on sale and fit our needs. Our sales associate was the best and really went the extra mile.

This is a good TV if you are not looking for anything fancy. I bought this as a christmas present for my grandmother. It has a good picture if you just want to watch in standard cannot speak for the hd since she doesn't have hd tv.

Bought this for a bedroom. The picture is good but it is not as good if you are viewing it from an angle other then pretty much directly in front. As the angle increases the picture degrades. For the price ($129) and how I am using it, the TV works great. For more off angle viewing check the Samsung.

I bought this TV on an open box special for use in a small office. The picture and sound quality are very good. It exceeded my expectations for an LED TV at this price point. I would definitely recommend it for a small room.

I bought this little tv for my granddaughters room. Toshiba is my favorite when buying a tv. This little television has the best color. It is just the right size for her room. Love this product, and the price was good too.

I bought this for my daughters room to use for streamlining videos from her tablet. The quality of the picture is great with the tablet or DVD but when watching cable shows, the picture is kind of grainy.

The price was right, since I was looking to something not as good of a brand name! I've a 42" LED Toshiba HDTV flat screen. That I did research , this is why I seen it & went right away with this model.

Very good picture and easy to set up. Was on sale at the time and was best price of all at the time that met my space requirements. (largest screen size that would fit under my kitchen cabinets.)

Bought this tv for use in my rv bedroom. Picture is good compared to my other 1080p tvs. Watch it occasionally when the wife has got a chick flick on the other tv.

This is a great value for the money. Nice picture quality and the sound is very good for in-unit speakers. I was happy to find a good quality 28 incher. For me, size was an issue; This was as big a unit as I could accommodate and I'm very happy with the purchase. It was an "open box" and all the equipment (cables, remote, etc.) were there but the mounting template and start-guide were not.
