    BEST BUY had this at the absolute lowest price at the time on a special. Did a bit of research and trusted what I read about the product. It was purchased as a replacement for a smaller, outdated TV in our workout room that my wife was so done with. This has been awesome and I am a hero for finding it for her. LOVE all of the features built into the TV so we are able to minimize many of the peripherals that were required with other TVs with less programming and features.

    We switched from cable to streaming and this TV works PERFECTLY! Got this set for my daughter's room and she couldn't be happier. The picture is great, the sound is great, and the integrated "FireTV" makes it super easy for her to watch DirectTV, YouTube, VIKI, and a host of other streaming apps. (And the setup was super easy as well). Now, it may not be Ultra 5GLTE 4K or whatever the current "state of the art" picture resolution is today, but trust me, the picture is WONDERFUL! I don't regret this purchase one bit! 100% satisfied!

    I purchased this television because my other had a power surge and needed a quick solution. The options available with the Fire / Amazon Smart programming technology made this an easy transition. I have always been a Samsung or LG fan, however the clarity and quality of the picture is better than my more expensive television and has given me a new opinion of the Toshiba brand. I will more than likely purchase a Toshiba for the main room also when it is time to upgrade. Very happy with the deal I got on this purchase.

    Nice tv, good picture, easy to set up. Bought a dvd at the same time. Easy to work with this tv once I had a cable that was good. Just put a little antenna on it and I’m amazed at all the channels this picks up with a hotspot. Have to scroll through the channels, can’t just push a button. Overall, I’m very happy with the tv. Great sound,you don’t need another speaker if your hearing is iffy. 1/4 of the way turned up is really loud!

    I bought this model when I was looking for an inexpensive option for temporary housing. It does not work well with Hulu. It freezes and restarts repeatedly. ( I had no problems streaming on my phone or iPad) I had a tough time with installing an update and found out Amazon didnt support this. It just ended up being a nuisance and I had better luck watching tiny screens. There is no need for a firestick tv. I do not recommend at all. Just get a regular tv and a regular firestick

    We purchased this TV in February. Originally this TV worked great! It was easy to use with the Fire TV built in. It quickly started having connectivity issues. Then the other day it wouldn't reconnect. I went through the steps to reconnect the TV, none were working. So we finally tried to reset the TV. The TV is now frozen on the language selection screen and nothing will get it to go away. If it had continued to work I would have given it a much better rating.

    The HDMI ports on my non-smart TV died, so I could no longer stream content from Internet - via my laptop to my TV. Got this smart TV which connects directly to Internet tower and frees up my laptop. Salesman recommended Toshiba for user-friendly navigation software; he was right, it is easy. Also now have access to other networks via Internet & enjoying Gaia programming in addition to that workhorse: Netflix.

    Got this for our bedroom. Great picture and sound. The built in Alexa is cool. It doesn’t work with my Fios digital converter box so I’m not getting those cable channels. I didn’t get an HD antenna yet to try that. But we mostly use it for Netflix and streaming anyway. Downloaded lots of apps for cable channels: networks, A&E, TBS, etc. Great value. Just do your research if you want to connect to your full suite of cable channels.

    Great TV, I have four, 2-32", 1-43", 1-55". Start TV with Amazon Fire TV platform or TV channels. Don't know how it works with cable but with antenna service it it great. Has traditional TV guide and scrolling icon guide. The remote is simple and does the job well. I have a Blu-ray player, Apple TV, and DVR+ boxes connected and they all run excellent. Runs like the fire stick but better because the ota channels are intergrated. Highly recommend.

    In purchased this for my nerdy 15 year old son who told me that this TV got bad reviews because of how the Crunchyroll app worked. I ignored his advice and purchased the TV anyway. Thankfully this worked in my favor and the reviews were not accurate therefore finally proving to my son that he can't believe every darn thing people say on the internet! 15 year old boy know-it-all approved!

    We purchased this TV for our rental home which has community supplied cable (55+ community in AZ). This TV did not work with the park supplied cable. It works only with wifi and we were able to put it in our own home (with wifi), where it works great, and move one of our own TVs to the rental. Just beware if you are in a community with hard-wire cable only. Otherwise, great picture and not hard to use.

    I love almost everything about my TV. It is easy to use, has a great, clear picture, and i love being able to access all of my favorite streaming apps. I am giving this 4 stars because sometimes Hulu gets very laggy... sometimes i get booted off of it. Not sure if this is something covered by geek squad? I have the warranty so it is something i’ll have to look into. Mostly though, no problems. Would definitely recommend.

    I bought this TV because I had thought that Toshiba TVs were high quality, but I did not realize that HiSense had bought Toshiba's TV business a couple of years ago. Had I known, I would not have bought it. I also did a little research on the Fire TV OS this TV uses, and though I have not turned it on, I've read that the FireTV OS has ads and a lot of "noise" in the menus. I like Amazon firesticks, but not really what I want in a TV...

    Bought this Smart TV on 12-28-18... was somewhat curious as the price was SO low with so many benefits... Was I TOTALLY surprised... WOW... I love it and my lady loves it... especially when you don’t have cable... with basic internet only, we have TONS of shows and movies at our disposal... Seroiusly thinking about getting another for the bedroom... THANK YOU TOSHIBA and Best Buy!!!

    I was gifted a used TV that broke in transit to my place, and went looking for a small, inexpensive replacement on impulse. This fit the bill perfectly. For the size, and for my relationship with watching TV (usually while working and having it on for ambient noise) there's really no need for resolution higher than 720p. It fits comfortably on my dresser, and setting it up was a snap. I'm pretty pleased.

    We purchased this TV for my Daughters room. Its a perfect size and the picture quality is great. We didn't need any thing top of the line for her. The TV is only running Apps and not a TV provider. Being a smart TV it made it perfect since we didn't need to purchase an extra unit to stream APPS. The ease of use is perfect and easy enough for my 7 year old to navigate the apps and interface.

    Went with this TV for mainly the price. Very happy with picture, sound and ease of set up. Only negative I can say about the TV is more about the Fire apps accessibility. My cable provider is Spectrum and their are no options to download the Spectrum app. Roku has it, so why doesnt Amazon? TV is a month old and well worth the purchase

    This is of course one of the cheaper options for a TV, but you'd be wise to spend a bit more. Sound quality is fine, picture is OK, but you could be waiting for over 2 minutes for the TV to respond to what you press on the remote, and the TV constantly crashes, or will stop playing your show part way through. I've only had the TV for 2 months. Huge regret.

    I have two other Smart TV's that are Roku and had decided that when I was in the need of a newer TV for a spare room that I would go with the Amazon Fire TV. By comparison, I find the Amazon to be a bit quicker in response time when playing Internet TV. Also, I seem to like the setup of the onscreen functionality better than the Roku TV's. Very pleased with this product.

    Horrible, barely worth anything. Useless, wish I would have returned it immediately but the issues didn't start until too late. It's very slow, freezes up all the time, have to restart it and reset it way too often. I had to connect my fire TV separately and still not the best quality tv. Save your money and time and put it towards something better than this.
