Bought this 32in TV for my newborn's room to play his sleep sounds, I know I read that the TV was previously opened but I just thought someone returned because they found something bigger and better. But no, they returned it because of program delay. The TV responds to manual (not voice) remote commands late. I'm sure Best Buy was aware of this and yet they sold me a bad TV. I have never had a previous problem with anything from Best Buy so I always buy with them. It's no longer returnable one month later and I'm stuck with a bad TV. 150.00 doesn't grow on trees. Oh well, they won't get me again. I'll never buy another open box item again. You let me down Best Buy. Dissatisfied customer :(

They HDMI inputs are fuzzy image. Otherwise, good TV

Loved it when I first bought it. Bought in in February and nine months later I turned it on and nothing but lines. The Alexa still worked but nothing else. Tried troubleshooting but that did not work. I am sorry I wasted my money on it.

Overall this is a good TV. Ideal for a bedroom. I got this TV for a really good price($119). I feel like I got more value than what I paid for at the moment but I have not had the TV longer than a few weeks. Likes - Easy to set up. Had to do a few updates when it first turned on but it was easy to do. - Good picture. - The Fire TV part of it is cool. I like being able to pull up Netflix easily. Menus are easy to navigate and there are some shortcuts to access menus without having to go to the home screen. - Alexa remote pretty cool with voice commands. - There are some nice picture and audio options available to adjust the TV to your liking. Dislikes - I wish it had a home sitter type timer in it where you can schedule an on and off time. Maybe this is something that will be added in a future update - Integration with my Echo Dot is wonky. I tell Alexa to turn on the TV and it says it can’t find the device but the TV still turns on.

I absolutely love this smart tv. I already had a firestick so I wasn’t sure I needed a smart tv, but I’m glad I decided to get one. The tv has all the same capabilities of a streaming stick/ device and you don’t have to worry about switching back and forth if you don’t want to. The interface is great and easy to maneuver. Set up is super easy and the remote is Alexa enabled so you can just speak your commands and the tv does it. The picture is great and the price is hard to beat. I would certainly recommend this tv to anyone looking for a smart tv or just a tv in general. You won’t be disappointed! The only thing I would improve would be adding a backlight to the remote so you can see the functions if you’re watching tv in the dark. Other than that this tv is a great buy!

I use this TV primarily for streaming content (Amazon Prime, Netflix, and Hulu). I find the TV very user friendly, and setup was a breeze. It has three HDMI inputs as well as a composite (standard definition “RCA” yellow, red, and white) input. You can connect it to the internet via network cable or built-in Wi-Fi. The picture is great, in my opinion. Even when watching standard definition DVDs, the picture quality is very good. In addition, this TV has wonderful audio output. The volume setting goes up to 100, but I’ve never turned it higher than 10—and depending on what I’m watching, level 10 volume is too loud! This TV provides a lot of bang for the buck. I recommend it.

We got this TV for my bedroom after the display went gray, then completely black, on a Samsung from 3 years or so ago. Wow, what a GREAT TV this is!!! The picture quality is crisp and lively, and it produces sound that is so much more substantial than what we used to have on our old unit. The unit looks sleek and aesthetically pleasing, yet it is also light, making it easy for one person to set up. It was also easy to set up, and I love the fact that it lets you pick which of the numerous apps/features you would like to use. We bought this w/ a SONY DVD player w/ HD conversion (DVPSR510H) from Bestbuy, and it fits PERFECTLY between the legs of this 32” TV. They look great together. All in all, I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. I feel almost worried for the TV manufacturing industry because such a great TV is selling at such a low price point...

Bought this for my Lanai. Wall mounted it above my Hot Tub. It is the perfect size for my location. Easy to operate and sounds and looks good. I have been looking for a tv for this room for a while and couldn't resist the price.
