    Purchased to replace an Insignia RokuTV that was periodically needing reboot to keep network connection. But this thing is absolute GARBAGE. Going to talk to the store and either replace it or get refund. Worked fine for about 3 days, then started acting up. 1- if you watch Hulu with the app, then try and watch broadcast TV, the audio goes out after 3 to 5 seconds. ONLY way to get it back is to reboot the tv thru the settings menu 2- the menus get 'behind' after it hasnt been rebooted for a few hours... you hit volume, the volume changes but the display waits 10-15 seconds to show the change; you hit the key for the menu that includes 'sleep' an it takes up to a minute to finally show 3- the Alexa part of the remote stops, just like the display. you hit the key on the remote, the tv beeps but does NOT listen to your commands, until its rebooted 4- twice it has locked up trying to turn off at night.... hit power on the remote, it takes 5 or 6 seconds to turn off the screen/sound, but the LED backlight stays ON with the TV glowing. only way to clear it is to unplug the tv and plug it back in..... Thought 'Toshiba will be better than the Insignia... boy was I wrong..... the Insignia RokuTV was a dream compared to this! It would only drop network once every week or two, this has issues EVERY time you watch it... :( Trying to decide if its worth the hassle of getting a replacement unit only to find out the replacement does the same thing.... The features wanted was the sound quality and the Bluetooth connection to headphones and keyboard..... Wondering if the Insignia will do those functions, even if the sound quality itsnt as good ... Oh, and the TV Guide, says 'program unavailable' on EVERY channel, UNTIL you view the channel, then that channel gets its tv guide data... until you turn off the tv, then you have to view eery channel that you want tvguide data for every time! Seriously???? what good is the guide feature?? Will update review if I do get another unit and it actually works...

    USB Port JPG Slide Show is No Good

    Playing a slide show of JPG pics on a flash drive is a big deal to an amateur but avid photographer such as myself. USB port is NOT an input function. It is a separate and difficult to use PROGRAM. The only way to see a slide show is to select all pictures ONE AT A TIME and press Play. When the slide show plays, it will not pause, go forward, or go back. The program will allow you to select the first picture and navigate forward and backward one at a time MANUALLY. I do not plan on sitting there clicking the navigation ring over and over again to continue to the next picture. Great TV. Built in fireTVstick allows full control with a single remote control. If you don't care about using the USB port to look at pictures, you may like this TV. If you EVER decide to look at your pictures in the future, good luck with that!

    Don't Buy wifi malfunctioning -- unusa

    wifi and ethenet malfunctioning -- unusable August 4, 2018 Size: 32 inches Purchase in November. I only used the TV for a week and its now saying that it can't find the WiFi. The first week or so I had this TV - worked very well and was integrated with Direct TV Now. It was very easy to use. My Wifi is connected maybe 200 Feet away all my other devices was working just fine with full WiFi services except for this TV. I even rebooted the WiFi and it still won't connect. I called Best Buy and the other people but no one could help me. I just want my money back its not even worth it. Unable to use for its intended purpose of streaming with these issues. I can't stand this TV. Don't Buy

    Slow, have to restart it constantly

    Horrible, barely worth anything. Useless, wish I would have returned it immediately but the issues didn't start until too late. It's very slow, freezes up all the time, have to restart it and reset it way too often. I had to connect my fire TV separately and still not the best quality tv. Save your money and time and put it towards something better than this.

    If it wasn't for my antenna, I wouldn't have gotten any channels. I returned the tv. It was a pain yo work because although it said free, nothing was except what the antenna picked up. A ROKU tv is better cos you do get to see movies without being asked for credit card info. I've never regretted buying a tv so much. Best Buy, thanks for an easy return.

    I can't think of a good thing to say.It's constantly losing internet connection. All my other devices work fine.I really needed this to work because the voice commands would have been great for me, I'm disabled. It may as well be in a dumpster.I cannot recommend this to a friend an enemy perhaps.

    Bought this TV 4mths ago and have used 3 times. No picture but sound. Called Toshiba for help and did everything that was rec'd but still it doesn't work. Will cost more than it is worth to ship back. Would give this a zero star rating but it's not an option. DO NOT BUY!!!!

    Terrible the sound goes out and it just closes out what I’m watching than when I turn it off and on it doesn’t bring me back to where I was watching the show it turned off this product sucks don’t buy it now I have to see if toshiba has a warrant because time has passed to return it to best buy

    Apps Keep Shutting Off and TV Restarts

    When I'm watching an app it makes a weird noise and restarts. I checked the firmware and everything is up to date. Can happen up to 5-6 times a day. It's been doing it since day 1. Thought it would stop after updates but it didnt

    Freezes daily

    I purchased the TV and two weeks later it started freezing. Every. Single. Day! Doesn’t matter if the tv has been on for an hour or twelve hours still freezes. I have to hard reset it constantly. Wouldn’t buy this specific brand again.

    This Tv did not work, tried everything, thought it was me. Asked a friend to come over and check it out. In the end the remote was not tuned to the TV. When I brought it back, the geek squad agreed. Had to purchase a different TV.

    At first tv was great, the kids enjoyed it. Three days later, I turned It on and played YouTube as usual, 5 min later after nobody touched it I have To reset the tv. YouTube became idle/had the play/pause button on a black screen.

    That TV is horrible, it doesn't have the youtube App and all other apps are related to Amazon account. I don't want to use my Amazon account to sign in my TV. The software interface is very confusing. Avoid it.

    I purchased this device Open Box and it arrived defective . The TV turned on but it would not load past setup screens . Unable to get device to work so I had to buy a similar device from another Brand .

    This TV was hard to program and would shut off I did not like the fire TV part I am sorry but I had to return this set. I like like Best buy they credited my account with no problem.
